Fantastic online place to organize properties, write lender proposals, calculate numbers on a property, work up a CMA and more! Loved the ability to account financially for differences in properties when comparing, such as # of bedrooms....and its all customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I could see wrong was the automatic map that shows your property address was incorrect, it pinned a property 2 door down from the correct one, and you can't manually move the pin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Able to pull comps while out in the field which is important for us to give a sound offer right from the homeowners quarters. We love the absentee owner option. When driving for dollars and possibly stumbling across vacant properties were able to pull to the side to see if the owners mailing address is different from the property address. Analysis and templates to make it easy!! I can go project to project fast and easily. Able to load and keep track of all leads and projects very easily. Can make adjustments very quickly when evaluating and making sales. Able to get help fast from the help center when I cannot find a property. Can start project fast and quickly on the phone. If the comps would auto adjust for size and condition then this would be the perfect software to use.

Budget tracking would be a big plus. Timelines to make the rehab process and sale process stay on track and on time. IT would be a huge help to integrate out task management system with the software as well.

I really like the functionality. Very comprehensive and easy to use. You can analyze flips, wholesales and rentals. It can even be 4 units or more. It automatically pulls property info from Zillow and any lien info found in public records. The ARV calculator is one of the best multi functional calculators for finding a properties value. I enjoy using it. Analyzing process makes it really easy to input all costs like closing, carrying, and selling cost. Rehab costs tool is amazing. You can generalize or itemize. It even comes with National Home Improvement and National Construction Estimator for dailed in rehab costs. I have just started using Seller CRM, which has been great. Very comprehensive with tasks for us to do, and we can even connect it to a previous project to start a new one. Overall this CRM is one of the best I have used. When analyzing 4 unit buy rehab refinance rent scenario, it seems to be difficult to distinguish between rehab holding costs and rental holding costs. I wish we could search lead by more than just name or address. Would like to have phone number also. So far it has everything we need to run our companies CRM. REIkit's feature rich software has intuitive navigation, document structures familiar to Real Estate and construction contractor professionals and pulls data from reliable and accurate official record repositories and databases. super- easy to use, quick valuations and comp resources, upgrades are always free if you are already a member. But the BEST feature, is that the owner and creator of REIKit, Kuba, actually answers your calls and works through any questions or problems you are having himself! It's easy to use, affordable, and they have the best customer service. I also like their custom reports that allow you to upload your own company logo. It makes it really easy to raise money and the reports are professional and easy to read. Not to mention they have so many more features and enhancements on the roadmap.
