## Regus Reviews
  ### 1. Sales confirmed something critical that turned out to be wrong

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | CTO & Head Sage, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I never actually used the service. I canceled before the start date after discovering the address did not meet the requirements I had specifically asked about before signing. Because of that, I never had the opportunity to experience the workspace, mail handling, or any of the actual services.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The biggest issue was accuracy during the sales process, and what happened after I discovered the problem. Before signing, I specifically asked whether the address would require a PMB designation because that would make it unusable for my needs. I was told it would not. After signing, I learned that it actually did require a PMB. The sales manager later admitted he did not know that requirement and apologized.

I canceled the same day I received the full details and before the service start date. I never completed the USPS Form 1583 and never activated any services. Despite that, billing continued, and it took repeated disputes to even get someone to review the situation.

What bothered me most was not the mistake itself; mistakes happen. It was the disconnect between sales, operations, and billing after the mistake was acknowledged. It felt like everything moved to automated enforcement rather than someone simply resolving a situation that started with incorrect information.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

My recommendation would be to consider alternatives and do a very thorough verification before signing. At a minimum, make sure you confirm exactly how the address will be formatted and whether it will work for your specific business needs. Based on my experience, I would personally choose a provider that can confirm those details accurately before execution and resolve issues quickly if anything is represented incorrectly.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory, Regus is trying to solve the problem of providing businesses with a professional address and flexible workspace options without requiring a traditional lease. That can be useful if you just need legitimacy in a market, occasional space, or a place to receive mail without the overhead of a full office. For me, the goal was simple: I needed a clean business address that would work for verification and credibility purposes without needing physical space.

  ### 2. Adequate services for small business'

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Your own private office space. Low monthly fee. Amenities such as a kitchen area with a community refrigerator. Coffee, water, front desk person, optional conference room space.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

No help when it is needed. All requests go through the front desk person. Leaving it up to that person to relay the concern properly. Hoping that person follows up on said request. Charges fees for rediculous changes. Example, if moving from one office to another within the same office space, they charge you a clean up fee ontop of prorated retainer. Monthly rent is hardly consisent unless you stay ontop of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Offer some good space while saving on additional utilities, you'll need with renting an actual office space. Like internet and maybe electric. Just don't expect white glove service.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Works well for a small workforce such as one, two, maybe even 3 or 4 people. Compared with renting an ample office space that you are not utilizing. With the low rent cost, you are getting more than going out on your own.

  ### 3. Extremely disappointing

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgiana S. | Owner of Schwandt Properties, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The offices are attractive and clean. Office manager is nice.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

I have had an office space at Regus on Greenway for about 13 years. At first, it worked well for me. However, the service has become very poor. I rarely go in to the office because I have a shop at home business. I use the Regus office location primarily for Google Maps and to have a reliable answering service. While it has worked for Google Maps, the answering service is terrible! Originally when I started, someone local would answer the phone. This person knew me and knew about my business. Now, some random person answers and they consistently give incorrect information. I am able to listen to the calls remotely: I am an appalled at what I hear. The caller is typically put on hold for a very long time.....and many times the caller simply gives up and hangs up. I would discourage anyone from using Regus at Greenway in Middleton at this point in time. In fact, I am looking for alternatives after all of these years.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Read the fine print carefully. Look for alternative workspace environments

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of support, poor communication problems, not representing my company well, etc. Very expensive for what I get in return.

  ### 4. Abhorrently deceptive billing, difficult cancellations, and non-existent support

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I truly do not have anything to say positively about Regus.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

You receive no written copy of any legally recognizable documentation when you sign up - just a confirmation email. The web portal is seemingly deliberately obtuse and adds strangely confusing language and web flow to any form of cancelation process. Upon canceling they insisted I had a non-cancellation and no-early-termination term on my agreement, when pressed for this in writing, they did not provide any such agreement. The documentation they did provide indicated there was no notice needed and no penalty for "breaking" my agreement. Yet, upon cancelling, they continued to bill me. They are predatory, abusive, and deceptive to a fault. The City Deputy, Ronaldo, repeatedly explained that he had no ability to discontinue my billing early and when he looped in the City Manager Michael McClanahan, he did not reply to any one of my requests for the contract or the agreement showing the non-cancellation or no-early-termination clauses or terms.

I have now filed a complaint with the Arizona State AG and continued to ask for documentation proving their case against the 0 break notice and 0 break penalty document they provided me.

And all of this was for a virtual address! Not even a physical office space.

Absolutely terrible experience with a terrible company who seems to be actively anti-consumer.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. I desperately wish I had looked up reviews first and taken everyone else's advice to stay away.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All I wanted was a virtual office address for my businesses Google listing, I thought a virtual address would look better than a P.O. Box until I opened a physical location. Regus did provide that service.

  ### 5. Unprofessional Conduct and Questionable Financial Practices

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerija B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Absolutely nothing positive — the worst work experience I've ever had, honestly!

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Attitude, Customer Service, Problem-Solving Approach, Renovation Costs, Communication.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

A heartfelt recommendation to never engage in any professional relationship with this company "Regus" and "Spaces", because there is absolutely nothing pleasant you will get out of the experience!

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is an irresponsible company with poorly organized internal processes, which they claim to be "standard for international companies." The quality of service leaves much to be desired. Most processes are automated, but in reality, they often don't work properly. Employees Latvian customer service consistently shift responsibility to others and as a result, solving even a basic issue can take over a month — and you, as the client, will be blamed in the end!
If you don’t closely monitor your invoices, rest assured — you will end up overpaying Regus and a specially Spaces and not by a small amount!

  ### 6. Don't rent an office from them!!!! They're scammers!.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena B.

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Absolutely Nothing! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The offices are terrible - broken ventilation and loud noise in the offices, rotten food, and the worst management in the world! They're just money-grubbers! Don't rent an office from them under any circumstances. The sales managers deceive customers just to get their money. It's a scam that's hidden behind a brand.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That did not solve any problems. That just steal many of they clients

  ### 7. Poor Soundproofing and Service Issues. Look elsewhere.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

They had temporary office space. It was clean.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Walls are paper thin. You can hear the other folks in the office. This is true of the conference rooms as well. Their service is weak and they will nickle and dime you when you try to cancel.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Look elsewhere

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed temporary office space

  ### 8. BEWARE REGUS

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The idea was for us to use their virtual office arrangement and have access to a national network of office space we could use as needed.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

I signed up for a month to month virtual office agreement. I was advised it would be a $99 signup fee and $90 per month, with first month free. I did ask about additional fees, nope none they said unless I use services like copies, drinks, etc. Agreement set to start August 1. I paid the $99, and was not able to pay $90 as there was no invoice available. Since August was free, I didn't log in till the end of August when I made the $90 payment. Well, by mid September somehow Regus said I owed $329. Apparently there's a monthly mail fee of $30, they bill a month in advance (so yes they ask for September rent on August 1) there's a "retainer fee" of a month's costs, and they knowingly don't tell you about ANY OF THIS, nor do they invoice or email you when these items post to your account - so literally they told me that the only way I would have seen these would be if I "happened to log in." If you don't "happen to log in" to a portal you won't see these charges and then you get $29.50 in late fees that they won't waive. I went to terminate the agreement, and the local office agreed I'm month to month and I needed to pay for October $90 and the late fee of $29.50, which I did and then termimated my agreement online. After termination, I got an email saying I have a 12 month contract and "cannot" terminate. AVOID these people like the plague. I'll be talking to the Attorney General in my state as well as where they are headquartered and posting this review EVERYWHERE.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. We intended to use the Regus virtual office arrangement and have access to as needed office space via the national network.

  ### 9. Avoid

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I had a $340/mo subscription for 10 uses a month in NYC... and from day 1, nothing about the experience was good. There were constant issues with their website when I tried to reserve space. Their support staff was un-helpful.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

-incompetent staff.
-website is as reliable as if a middle schooler in the 90s coded it.
-support unhelpful for tech issues.
-offices spaces are meh.
-when you cancel your 'month to month' subscription, they'll still charge you for 2 more months because they slip that in the Ts & Cs.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Avoid using Regus or Spaces

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexible office space

  ### 10. Regus Website False Advertises location photos

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony A. | Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Nothing. Everyone I have talked to has brought more problems to me and no solutions.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Everything listed above. Horrible customer service. No ethics.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Do not book anything online if you plan on using them. Visit the facility first so you can see how drastic the difference is between how they advertise a location from the true reality of what you are walking into.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I went online to book a location for a filming and was told the photos were accurate to the location. Trusted that the booking was being truthful and brought my film team to the location to find out that not one photo was accurate on the website of the location. Requested a refund and was denied saying that on a recorded line they never talked about the photos being accurate which is a lie. I should have known that the price was too good to be true but I heard some decent things about Regus so decided to give them a shot. Buyer Beware they are just scammers and liars. Will not give you any accurate information because end of the day they just want to get the booking online. They have no clue what photos are real or not of the location. All False Adverting.

  ### 11. Regus renewed my virtual office contract without my consent

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muriel L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I haven't used their virtual address service since I already have a legitimate business address.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

I am now being forced to pay for a service I did not agree to, costing me a lot of money. I feel cheated by Regus, and I would like them to fix this situation.-
Regus's business is unethical in that it scams its customers into victims. This action is unprofessional.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Don't do business with this company. They're dishonest.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regus has caused me significant distress by extending my virtual office contract agreement without my knowledge. I had initially agreed to a one-year term that was due to expire in June of 2024. However, I received an email from Regus stating that I needed to respond by March 31 to terminate the agreement.
Unfortunately, I was not aware of this and missed the renewal email.
On April 3, I received a confirmation email that my lease had been renewed and would now expire in June of 2025.

I tried to terminate the agreement through the app, but I couldn't find the link. I then tried to terminate the agreement using my computer, but all I received was a thank you for renewing my contract, which wasn't what I wanted. I reached out to the Regus office and explained the situation, but they were unable to help me.

  ### 12. Don't Forward Mail, Worthless Support, Threatening to Sue Me and Destroy My Credit

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

There is absolutely nothing positive I can say about regus.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

They changed my office address with 2 weeks notice.

Since then they stopped forwarding my mail to me.

They once billed me for forwarding someone else's mail to them, but not my mail.

I canceled my account via email on November 20, 2023 and removed my credit card from my online account so they had no method of charging me. I received no reply to my cancelation request.

On December 21, 2023 Regus charged me $125 for the monthly service of not receiving mail. Plus another fee that is not explained of $30.85.

On December 22, 2023 I received an email from Regus stating I owe them $393.85 and "If you fail to respond to this notification within 3 days, we will report your debt of USD 393.85 to a credit bureau and engage a debt collection agency or law firm."

But Regus owes me, they owe me all the mail they stole, plus a refund for November and instead they are threatening me.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Go somehwere else.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide a virtual address and then lose all my mail that's sent there.

  ### 13. Junk Fee

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert F. | Senior Account Executive

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Quick move in and the local staff were friendly.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

I moved into my Regus office because I was given very little notice that I needed to vacate my current space. With very little time to find a new spot Regus was the obvious choice. If I had done my research I would have never signed with them. My local team was great, but everything else has been difficult to deal with. I was charged two additional months of rent 18 days after they confirmed my cancellation. It took over a month to have those charges refunded. Then I was also charged a $664.47 “deep cleaning” fee. My office was roughly 15’x10’. This was absurd because I returned my space in the same condition I received it. They claim the service is for “deep cleaning desk drawers and spot cleaning carpet.” This is b.s. because all I had in the room was a small table (with no drawers) and a computer chair. There were no additional carpet stains. The only stains in the room were from the previous tenants. So obviously they don’t do too much spot cleaning. I have pictures and videos of what the rest of the office looks like. I will share it on other review sites. The definition of a junk fee to me is a charge for a service that is not performed. JUNK FEE!

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office space

  ### 14. Regus is a Scam

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliet H. | Lead College Admissions Counselor, Credentialed Teacher, Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

There is nothing about Regus that is quality.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Inflexible, overpriced, poor customer service, viscious

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Don't sign anything with Regus. EVER.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I attempted to cancel an agreement the day I made it. I learned that hard way that once an agreement is signed, there is no way to cancel it. Sales represenatives are deceitful in that they do not disclose cancelation terms, and Regus' managers are viscious. Now I'm on the hook for thousands of dollars The company is duplicitous in its business practices, overpriced, and devoid of consumer satisfaction. Rent anywhere else.

  ### 15. Horrible!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

It can seem convenient but don't be misled

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Horrible service. Deceptive contract terms.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Do not!!!

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They offer temporary or permanent office space solutions with a huge caveat

  ### 16. Charging me $138 for an office retainer fee, when nothing was changed, damaged, removed, added.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christiana O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The staff at the physical location in Nice were very friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The company of Regus itself and the corporation that is refusing to help me, show proof of any cleaning costs or damages (because there aren't anything, they are just taking the money), and they have closed each issue without giving me a call or trying to work with me in any capacity.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Read the fine print! And get all of the charges documented before signing.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have filed three claims with Regus and every time, they close the request without resolving the issue or me agreeing to it. I rented an office space for one month while in Nice, France. The fee was straightforward, and the office staff itself was very friendly. I signed and then terminated the contract because it was just for three weeks I would be there. When I left, the Regus Center added a $138 Euro for an office restoration fee. I reached out to the Office Manager in Nice; she said she isn't sure what that charge is and to contact the company to resolve that. This fee was never discussed with me verbally or written, but apparently, in the fine print 4 pages down from a separate link in the contract, it mentions an "Office Restoration" fee may be charged "to cover normal cleaning and any costs incurred to return the accommodation to its original condition and state." I left the office room in the exact condition in which I found it, without any additions or subtractions. There were no damages or issues that would require any restoration work, and I had requested no changes to the office space. When I asked for a receipt to prove anything, both the Nice Regus and Regus itself had nothing. READ THE FINE PRINT or they will try and charge you. They also are incredibly unhelpful or sincere in reaching an agreement.

  ### 17. worst service and onboarding ever

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

There is nothing positive. They have a nice looking website.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Their service was great until the contract was signed. They invoiced 3 months right away, then only replied once a week to my emails while the service was not even successfully onboarded yet.

I ended the contract, and never saw my money again.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Don't even start.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They only create problems. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

  ### 18. One of the most unethical, unprofessional and worst companies to do business with!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny (Danny Blaq) T. | Sr. Developer Salesforce Marketing Cloud & SQL, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about Regus in anything.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

That his company even exists, if it hadn't I wouldn't be writing this bad review to warn others.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

I DO NOT recommend Regus and I warn others to not use Regus

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am completely in awe how Regus is able to even do business in the United States being a foreign owned company and they definitely do not adhere to US standards in doing business.

I signed up with them through an Amex offer. Requirement was Auto-pay to even complete the registration process, no auto pay, you can't sign up. Did all of that, Regus charged fees the same day, and then a week or two later I receive a "Late fee and collections".

How can a company be so incompetent, that you set me up on Auto pay, but then charge me late fees after you charged the fees. Totally bogus.

I sent an email to the company and they admitted of their fault stated they would reverse everything BUT UNTIL today nothing, they have been harassing me with collection emails but the funny thing that they have. way to still auto charge my cc on file. I sent them multiple request to show me their ledgers of billing and I filed an official complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with the Consumer Protection Bureau to investigate and I am also looking to see what legal action I can take against the company

I signed up for the virtual office and I have not ONCE used anything. Regus basically siphoned $1000 for nothing.

I would urge anyone that values their business, sanity, and time. There are way too many option out here to deal with this unethical company.

YOu can got to the BBB - All bad review F- and they don't even care

They have a class action law suite filed against them for discrimination by the US Labor department

I am puzzled how the United States allows this company to operate like this but looking at the Banks here, its no surprise.

If you think I am just saying something I can post every single transaction communication, contract, payment for proof. I have no problem putting it out in public

  ### 19. They closed their location - and would not cancel our annual contract

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Regus?**

They have soured my opinion to the point that I do not like anyting about Regus - I will not use them in the future.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

How can it be legal to close a location and still charge rent?

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

There are so many other, better options out there, do yourself a favor and look at literally ANY other option.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They closed the location we were renting from, and told us that we now "have access" to one in a different city, but we still have to pay the remainder of our contract. There are so many other, better options out there, we will NEVER use them again.

  ### 23. 2 weeks notice to increase monthly fees 140% from $59 to $141. Customer service always closed.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Unfortunately my experience with Regus has left me with a very poor opinion of the company. Since I only used this as a virtual office address, I had very little interaction with them and don't have much positive to say. I always thought it was a bit expensive for what I was getting in return.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Customer service line is always closed, and the online portal is not user friendly. Billing dates and service periods are challenging to follow. For example, service period covers Oct 1-31st, is billed August 31st along with miscellaneous charges for August, due November 15th, and then auto charged on the 23rd of the month. I can't even tell which month the autopay charge covers.

It is rare to experience such poor, inflexible, and unaccommodating customer service from a company after being a customer for several years. My monthly fee was drastically increased from $59 to $141 with less than two weeks notice. However, the email I received notifying me of the change on August 18th stated the increase wouldn't occur until October. On August 31st, I was billed the higher rate, and when I didn't find the cancellation button in the online portal until September 2nd, I was told there's no way to end my agreement on September 30th because I didn't give notice on the 1st. So, I am left being billed for a service I no longer want at an exorbitant rate. Future customers beware. This company does not care about its customers or their satisfaction.

If you call the 800 number on their website, there is an option for the helpdesk but every time I've called it says they are closed. I put my number in for a callback, and got the sales team. She said they no longer have phone access for the help desk - everything must go through email or the portal. The emails I get in response to my concern simply say we're sorry if you're dissatisfied, but these are valid charges. Regus expects no less than 1 month notice from their customers, but can change your rate any time they please, with no limits on the amount, and no recourse.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

I would recommend people avoid this company.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual office address.

  ### 24. Poor experience with basic at best service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa R. | Publisher, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

It was located in a nice building, the building itself was great, and had good security - none of that was because of Regus.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

High staff turnover, broken equipment that goes unfixed, staff can only open help tickets (those go unhelped), they don't return your money in a timely way.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regus doesn't solve issues, they wait them out and hope you solve it, forget or move on. They have outsourced to the Philipines and you can't even contact anyone. They do not return your deposit in 30 days, day 44 here and all I have it we processed it finally on June 7, but we can't provide a confirmation number, just know we did it... the contract ended April 30. They are NOT WORTH IT - if I knew half of what I know now, I wouldn't have signed two years ago. I paid a lot, for a very basic "service".

  ### 25. Worst customer experience I've ever encountered

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The design of the physical space is great!

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Manipulative and predatory billing practices. Make cancellation an incredibly difficult process. Double billed me for many months after I had cancelled and then dodged my calls, refused to provide emails. The only customer service contact they have is a helpdesk that submits tickets for a "specialist" to get back to you and then if they don't then all you can do is call back the helpdesk.

It's ultimately going to cost me thousands when you add up the legal fees for I've had to allocate to get a lawyer to help me recoup from this poor service AND the many months of double billing for a service I wasn't using.

Feel free to message me if you want more details. I have transcripts from every interaction. If anyone wants to bundle horrible experiences together to write a news article piece let me know. I will make the time.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needing quiet places to work with Wifi.

  ### 26. Criminal & continuous charges - STAY AWAY!!

**Reviewed by:** Maggie . | Sales, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Horrible customer service, impossible to find something to finally talk to and then when you do they DO NOT help.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Their criminal behavior, I am forced to take legal action for their monthly charges even though I canceled online and have requested about 5000 times to get it canceled

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Stay away

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I requested to cancel my membership more than a year ago and they are STILL charging me. I had to report them to my bank as a fraudulent organization! Going back and forth with one useless rep, customer service is nonexistent. Awful, wretched experience. The worst I've ever had. Criminals.

  ### 27. Terrible Customer Service--Double Billed due to system hanging

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Regus has locations in large cities and that would be valuable if I ever wanted to book again which I do not.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The downside is the customer service and the lack of listening to the client.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Be customer focused. You are going to lose the long game.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has an account with Regus so I booked for the first time. My first experience was extremely negative. The system was hanging and I never received confirmation of booking a conference room so I went through the motion a second time. It also hung up and I got frustrated and quit trying, assuming the system was having an update. In the morning, I went in to book a room and saw that I had 2 bookings. I never received any confirmation . I immediately cancelled one and received an email that I would still be charged. I disputed and Regus continues to insist that I booked two rooms and cannot receive any refund for the unused room. I see now why they have a 1.5 rating. Never had any issues with WeWork or local office shares in other cities.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

everyting. I hate Regus and their workers.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can cancel the service on their mobile application, but they charge the service for the next month and charge you for late payment.

You cannot pay early, cannot select payment methoda, and late payment fee is %50 of your monthly payment.

This is felony, not a business.

dont do any business with them.

**Reviewed by:** Andy H. | Senior Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I do not like nothing about the company.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The cancellation process at Regus is highly unethical. Regus purposely charges their customers double in advance, ignores cancellation requests, and the after a subscription is finished, renews the subscription and continues to charge the customer per month behind their backs.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Many lies in their marketing materials. Example:
1. Misleading Lounge usage offer
2. Misleading Meeting Room Claims
3. 2-3Mbps Internet connection.
4. Almost Non-Existence Customer Service.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a fully fitted office in town for convenience. I meet clients all around Singapore and would like to have a place to sit in to do work.

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Locations! I loved that they have locations all around the world and this helped me to try and look into their service!

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

All other things besides location especially the customer service. They want to collect asap and will give you no room to opt out even before your contract starts.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a new space that was closer to my new location so we looked into regus because they were the only coworking space nearby

The people at the reception always nice and cheerful;)
The office space is being kept clean. The location is very "central" restaurants nearby but if you want to bring your oen food there are two kitchen/lunch areas.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Nothing so far. There is nothing that I at the moment can come up with.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Have a look. Meet up with people with Regus and they Will be able to explain which options you got and whats available and what not.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Ability to not use my home address for home business
ability to go to a spot for clients to sign docs

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Trust me; there are countless other options... Try another place. Lawrenceville, GA interaction... Poor customer service. Poor communication. Poor startup/getting started support. Non-responsive to new customer issues... It took over seven months to resolve a simple problem. Says one thing, charges you another. It's now 2023, and Regus online support and communication are no different than in 1995. Keep in mind even if they don't hold up their side of the contract, you are still under contract for a year no matter what.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Look at Reviews online... All sites have 1 or 2 stars for Regus... Find another option that has online support equal to the year it is.

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The spaces are gorgeous, functional, clean, neat, inspiring. I can only say good things about the several Regus places I've used

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Customer Service is almost non-existent. Endless emails end up in the same result: "please wait 5-7 biz days and try again"

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's nice to have an office space to work at

  ### 37. Decent service office space but a bit overpriced.

**What do you like best about Regus?**

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Not cheap! They like to arbitrarily raise lease prices.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

If you're looking for a serviced office, there's not much to pick from Regus does some things right but it depends on the center.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Serviced office

  ### 38. Regus takes your money, and does not deliver.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Regus?**

They have locations around the country..

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

They have no one that can help you. If the office center employees at your location can not get what you need they will not give out any information, any phone numbers, and they will continue to bill your credit card. You actually have to refuse the charges as you can not remove a credit card from the Regus system. No phone call response, no email response, no technical response, the place is just ridiculous.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office suites.

  ### 39. Beware - there is no real customer service.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Regus?**

I suspect it was easy to sign up for, and that's why it was chosen.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

We can not get our service (mail forwarding) cancelled. Have tried multiple time to update our contact info as the former contact is no longer with our organization. We notified them we no longer needed their service, which was supposed to be month to month. They continued to charge our card. The card was then cancelled and they've put us out to collections - for a year's worth of service. We try emailing the help address they provide, and it bounces back with a message that they can't find our account (even though they sent the collection to the right email) and states to login to the account for help. But the account is frozen and can't be logged into.

Been going 'round and 'round for months now.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Highly recommend finding another service if you are in need of a virtual office. Pay attention to who owns it and where they are located. This place is out of Belgium, who apparently has no real employees - just electronic communications.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are creating problems, not solving any.

  ### 40. Nearly Impossible to Terminate Lease

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** steve d. | Lawyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Very little to like. I find them dishonest and intentionally deceptive in their lease agreements.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

They make it almost impossible to avoid an auto-renewal of annual contract. Two years in a row, when it was time to cancel, no one seems to have that authority. Always get a different answer and none of suggested solutions work. I think they are very deceptive and borderline fraudulent. Buyer beware!

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Look elsewhere or avoid an annual contract if possible.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None

  ### 41. The worst experience of having an office

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2020

**Describe the project or task Regus helped with:**

Regus office manager agreed to do a month to month lease with me with the understanding that I will have the flexibility to leave them after a month if the service is unsatisfactory. Turned out it was a scam, I was forced to pay 3 months rent up front and I was forced to sign a predatory contract i.e. I was required to make the first payment or risk being assigned to a collection agent on Day 1 of tenancy!

**What do you like best about Regus?**

The office space had good tea and coffee

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Incorrect information, lack of trust, lack of customer support, fraudulent contracting practices

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The idea was to have an office, I ended up terminating my contract within 1 week of signing up!

  ### 42. Be Careful Booking a "Boardroom" with Regus

Booking a boardroom for Strategic Planning Meeting for our Principals

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Lots of locations to choose from and seemingly good prices.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

TERRIBLY Dishonest. When you select the room you want (by photo because no room names are provided), they send you a confirmation that says "Boardroom" with no pictures. Then , when you arrive, they escort you to a little tiny room with no windows ...not the room we selected. When I asked about the room we were supposed to receive, they said it was already booked for the week and they were sorry for the confusion. No one was in that room the entire time we were there. They did let us move to a room with windows, but it was a work room with cubicles. Complete Bait and Switch Routine. I exchanged multiple emails from the staff at the Addison Millennium Center asking them to have someone contact me from booking or the corporate office, but I never heard from anyone. Obviously, they are not interested in repeat business.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Confirm the EXACT room by name and photos before payment is processed.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What to expect when booking a room with Regus. I am realizing no benefits; rather just trying to prevent others from being misled.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Nothing. The Regus team will do their best to make sure you dont have peace of mind anytime in their offices. They can evict you without any notice. They collect rent 2 months in advance other than the retainer deposit.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The entire Regus team and management. Their behaviour, ethics, policies are all created towards making tenants life miserable.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing. The Regus team will do their best to make sure you dont have peace of mind anytime in their offices. They can evict you without any notice. They collect rent 2 months in advance other than the retainer deposit.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The worst customer service ever. When you run into a problem there's no way to get help. No phone support, no customer service, local managers are helpless but you cannot get beyond them. extremely difficult to get your deposit money back

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have locations everywhere - so it's easy to find a convenient spot when you need a small office space.

  ### 45. It is nightmare working with them, do your research before making applicaiton with them.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**Describe the project or task Regus helped with:**

We signed up an office in Oct, and paid November's rent, our move-in date is Nov 20, but before we even move in, they already charged us a late fee of $138.00 for December rent! I understand it is small money, but it is wrong! I asked the manager why this was charged before we started, and we already paid in full for Nov rent, She said it is company policy, I can not change it. I say "Ok, then tell me who is in charge I will talk to him/her. " The answer even is "No one you can contact, it is the nationwide company"!

One of the passes was not working on Saturday, we have our annual company party, we need to take our party stuff out, but no contact person, No emergency contact, we had to wait long to find someone who happens get out.

Beware that for this company, besides the rent, everything else is an extra cost! and super expensive! Do not just look at the rent!

This company also lies! I was told at the signup that I will get one day big conference room to use for FREE over phone, he even told me that you can chose any center, such as Bellevue Downtown at Skylight towner with nice view! I arranged the meeting for my company, but he turn around said "I never said that!". What a lier!

I so regret that I did not look at their reviews!

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Flexible of terms, no other things that I like.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Dishonest, cheating, hidden fees in the bill.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Do not do business with them; they are not ethical business. You will be getting ripped off.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get a late fee charge unreasonably, I tried to speak with someone in charge, but I was told no one would talk to you as this is a nationwide company.

  ### 46. The Most Petty Company Ever

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph E. | Owner

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2021

**Describe the project or task Regus helped with:**

I needed a Google compliant office. The person I talked to assured me that it was Google compliant so I signed up. An hour later I was advised that it was not Google compliant and I called them back to cancel. Was led on a journey through many different people who said some other department could take care of it, until eventually, 2 days later I was told it could not be cancelled because I signed agreement, but I could be upgraded to a Google compliant office. This really soured me on them but they have kept on harassing me for this $56 a month office like their lives depend on it, and they keep bringing up the signed agreement, but never respond when I tell them for the millionth time that I signed having been given the wrong information by the agent. They had a chance to keep me in another office, but their pettiness turned me and my whole country-wide company off to using them ever again. Dont ever trust their word. They are the most petty company I have ever run across.

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Nothing. They have not one person who understands business

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Worst logic ever as a company. A total failure

UPDATE July 28 2021

Still have not received my retainer. I was emailed that it was processed - by what seems to be a generic name and email which I cannot respond. I was also told I would have an update by Monday at the latest, yet it is now Wednesday - I stopped being a member in April 3 months later, I have realized that Regus just steals your money, and when you ask about it they say they are looking into it and then they vanish... they are crooks and thieves, stay away at all costs.

UPDATE JULY 22 2021— still liars and thieves. Still ZERO STARS Worst company ever do not do business with them

I received an email and obviously a follow up to this post- the email stated the retainer was initiated on JULY 8th 2021. And it should be in my account “tomorrow if not by today” supposedly it takes 7 business days for funds to be reflected in account. It’s now 11 days since they claimed to have sent the retainer baxk. And NOTHING it’s just lie after lie after lie I can’t even respond to their emails directly so I am forced to go through the same steps over and over again. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE REGUS THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE

They claim requesting and receiving your retainer is easy but it is a lie. I have requested my retainer twice now. - May14 2021 - first time after I finally called they said something was wrong with my routing number — ok corrected June 20 2021 Still nothing. Finally after countless emails I am told it will be processed with the June 30th 2021 batch of payments. TODAY IS July 17th and I don’t even have an update and to top it off they have gone dark. None of my emails have been answered. I can’t get through the phone, the manager at the office I used can’t/doesn’t help.

So now I’m out a few thousand for absolutely no reason. There are better option. Keep looking and move on from this garbage company full of crooks. Unless you love getting your money stolen and lied to your face. 3 months have passed. — their website states up to 30 days until you get it back.

TRASH COMPANY

**What do you like best about Regus?**

NOTHING THEY ARE GARBAGE - The location you sign up with cant even help you. they are a TRASH Company

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

They lie, extremely difficult to communicate with them regarding when it comes to billing. They will NOT give you your retainer back no matter what they promise

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AND THEY WILL CHEAT YOU

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Short - long-term office space. its cheap but not worth dealing with them

  ### 48. Use Regus if you want trouble ad grief!!!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodney T. | Broker

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Nothing at all, The service was horrible. The staff was unprofessional.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Everything. I attempted to cancel my agreement after 3 days because the service was horrible. I spoke with the site manager (actually 3 managers in 45 days) and each one pretended to help and did nothing.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I did not solve any problems that I was trying to address.

  ### 49. UNETHICAL BILLING!!! SHADY BUSINESS!!!

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibanessa H. | Principal

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Regus?**

Clean environment. Front desk was kind to me.

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

Regus has consistent unethical billing practices.
I rented an office at Regus thinking that I would be billed the same amount each month.
However, they made sure to bill me for some random things under weird terminologies.
Not only that, but after leaving their premises, yet I found an invoice in my inbox.
They claim that it is a pending balance because the credit card did not go through at some point in the past. However, they were able to charge me for the monthly fee, and not once the unpaid balance was mentioned.

It's really scary what they do and worst of all, they keep getting away with it. I felt that I had no control over what they were doing. Also, the only way of contacting them was via the online account after filling out the form under the help button.

Their billing and business practices are unethical. They are cold, distant, and shady in all their dealings.

HAD I KNOWN THIS BEFORE OR READ THESE REVIEWS, I WOULD HAVE NEVER ENGAGED THEM.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After I left they claim that I have an unpaid balance. Not once was this ever brought up. There was never a statement or a simple phone call to make me aware of it.

During my stay there, I spent too much time and energy fighting them over their billing.

**Describe the project or task Regus helped with:**

We got an office in a Regus in Riverside and were blindsided by extra fees that are in fine print under "House Rules". They charge a 'restoration fee' no matter how clean or short of a time you've stayed there. I wouldn't recommend this place.

**What do you like best about Regus?**

If I had to say what I liked best, it would be how easy it was to get a space here - but then again, wouldn't it be if the sales reps deceived you?

**What do you dislike about Regus?**

The people, the hidden fees and the lack of customer service made this place unbareable.

**Recommendations to others considering Regus:**

Don't.

**What problems is Regus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got a small office at Regus.
