**What do you like best about RegoLink Jira Connector?**

It seems to cover most of our use cases, from integrating with projects to stories

**What do you dislike about RegoLink Jira Connector?**

The Weblink solution no longer works in JIRA, because Jira does not work for a system requiring authentication. Therefore, REST message pulling is required, which is not as "real time". The weblink worked a couple years ago, and this isn't a RegoLink  issue, but rather with Jira. 

**What problems is RegoLink Jira Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many customers still use Jira and are mandated, even though we have a working ServiceNow agile solution, so we need to satisfy both
