**What do you like best about RegFox?**

Regfox is easy to master, and there are plenty of Help topics if you have questions or get stumped. And the Chat feature works really well. The staff are prompt with their replies and really know the platform.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

There are few downsides. The Chat feature isn't available on weekends, but sometimes I've gotten a reply anyway from a helper who logs in then.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a platform with lots of flexibility and conditional logic. Regfox fits the bill.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

We are a small music camp. We only run 2 weeks a year. However we do have about 200 registrations and we are manned by a team of volunteers. It is so difficult to find a company that works with us on such a small level. These people are responsive and the products are amazing. There is so much you can do with their products I am completely and totally 100% satisfied and would recommend this company to anybody they're technical support is beyond belief

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this company. They have been responsive and immediate in all my needs. They're software is incredibly simple to use and if you do get stuck they're there to help you

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is unbelievable. First of all their pricing is fantastic. We are able to sell our apparel simply and easily. When we create the registration page people can register very quickly and we have the ability to create coupon codes. You can also sell materials right from their site. All you have to do is create a page and you can use it to sell materials or various apparel without having to have the people register.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

I switched to RegFox a number of years ago after using a variety of other event registration software programs.  My main reason for selecting RegFox is that their software is programmed from a event management perspective and offered everything I wished I could do in other software programs.   I also value the quick technical support that is provided through their Chat feature when I have a questions.  Reg Fox continues to make improvements and enhancements to the software which helps me provide better solutions and reporting for my clients.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I have not found any downsides to using RegFox.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegFox recently switched payment processors.  I found it easy to sign up for the new recommended processor, and technical support helped in an expeditious manner when I had a question.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

At any given time our organization has between 25-50 active event registration pages open with RegFox. The platform is user-intuitive and when the random need for tech support or customer service is needed it does not present the hassle one may expect from some platforms. The responses are timely, efficient, and friendly.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

The only downsides that I have personally experienced with RegFox is that as an organizing with trainings all around the world, we sometimes find the limited currencies an issue. And if I had to be picky, I would prefer there to be a tab/section where we can easily manage our image gallery; at this time management of images is only in specific locations and it is only possible to delete past images one by one.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As previously mentioned, our organization carries out events all around the world, at this time we have active registration pages open for events on 4 different continents. RegFox allows us to maintain consistency across our events as well as have them all in one place.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

The support is excellent. They really help you and are quick to respond - it's not one of those bot chat features that takes an hour to get to humans. The system does most of what I need. Pretty flexible and balances ease of use and not being overly complex with some default setups. For the most part, they got it right. Also a bonus because they allow you to precheck check boxes on forms. On lots of systems I looked at this was impossible. We use it for email marketing and the data always shows that people are unlikely to uncheck a box and unlikely to check it. So having it prechecked really helps build our opt in email list.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I wish the confirmation emails could be customized a bit more, and generally they had more support for fields from the user data. Seems like it would be easy enough to do and would improve the system greatly. I ended up not using it because the Zapier integration didn't work the way i wanted.

I wanted to get people to be able to register for events and then get that information into salesforce

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

Running a very complex conference as a nonprofit means that every person works in every role - I am in the business of running events but by no means a tech expert and if I ever had a quick question, an issue, or an idea I always knew I could reach out to the RegFox team (shout out to Anca for her patience with my many questions!) and get a response super quickly, and that made me feel confident that our registration process would go smoothly all the way up until event time!

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

There are some features I'd love to see added, like a way to at a glance see who has used what coupon codes on a particular page or a way to filter out "duplicates" in the form of registrants who purchased add-ons in multiple transactions - but it's possible those features exist and I simply did not have the time to figure it out!

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company website has a built in processor but isn't able to handle the complexity of the ticketing options we wanted to offer, so RegFox has been a great alternative to allow for add-ons, discounts, and coupon usage to our attendees.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

So far there hasn't been a single thing that I haven't been able to work work through RegFox.  The tool is so flexible and the actions are so powerful that there's nothing I can't do!  And what I can't figure out, Support has been right there to guide me to the painfully obvious solutions!

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

A little pricy if not using their payment gateway.  But for our usecase it's acceptable since we also run a full EMS.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our event production business to flex with even the most oddball payment plans and pricing structures that our trainers come up with for their programs.  Wacky stuff really.
Some of the payment options, such as partial payments, that you wont find elsewhere enable us to make our trainings and events accessible to a wider audience.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

RegFox is a very complete registration systrem for people who do their own registrations.  I am the registration chair for a conference with about 2000 registrations.  The system does and excellent job of supporting almost all  aspects of regsitartion.  Reporting is good, uptime is perfect and customer support is responive.  Documentation is good.  I have not used the new badge printing feature, but I expect this is a good addition.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I had some difficulties with the API this year due to the security front end.  The first level support is excellent, but in this case I really need someone to analyze the problem in depth.  I took longer than I would have like to resolve this specific problem.  Normally, problems with the system usage are solved almost immediately.

I could eliminate the use of Constant Contact if RegFox would add a feature that would allow me to contact registrants with personalized emails.  In my case I want to send each registrant a unique password.  Right now RegFox will only send generalized emails where the personalization is only to the information that the person registers with rather than information I add later.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

We have been using Regfox for 3 or 4 years now.  It makes running our event pretty seamless.  In addition of allowing easy payment for our attendees, it integrates fairly easily with our other tools like Whova, allowing us a seamless aproach to event managment.  The service I have recieved over the years has been fantasict, with promt responses and expert advice.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I think the "pages" UX could use some work, it can be a little confsuing when pulling reports or looking at registrant data to make sure you are looking at the right event.  We have 3-4 years of data and sometimes the view is co-mingled.  Not a huge deal, but if I only have one active page, I would hope to only see that data.  Also, we use the coupon feature a lot and it can be difficult to get into that menu. it would be nice to have a quick link from the dashboard to see the coupons for the specific event I am running at the time.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

It's easy to build a page from scratch and there is quick online help if I get stuck! And now that I have a few registration forms in there, it's really easy to copy old forms and repurpose them. It makes the process really quick and easy!

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

The reporting of the payouts is not accurate and has caused some extra time trying to figure out what transactions belong to the payout that they sent us. In some cases, I still haven't been able to get them to match.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a registration platform that was very customizable and had a lot of options when it came to registration options. So far, I'm finding everything I need and it's working very smoothly!

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

The chat support button is very helpful. I am new to using RegFox and whenever I have questions that I don't know the answer or just need assistance, I just click the chat support button below the page and search either for that article or start a conversation with a representative.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

So far, none. I guess the waiting time for the chat support response is not that long, but it would be much greater if they are always available. For the improvements, again I think it would be for the response time since you have this break I think and you have to be back in an hour.

**Recommendations to others considering RegFox:**

For some, RegFox might be difficult or not user friendly, but if you will understand, learn about Regfox, just like me who's using it for 6 months now, I can say, I easily learned it by just watching tutorial videos, checking out the articles that I need to know, though I must admit there are still things that I am not yet familiar with or not used to, but again, with the help of the chat support/representative, you will learn to love and enjoy using Regfox.

RegFox helps us with our registration. The data is integrated, so we receive the information immediately upon registering. We can automate it with our other system or website.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

RegFox makes it so easy to design professional looking registration pages for our events! Our pages can fit perfectly within our branding and provide all of the features necessary to obtain registrant info. 

They have thought of everything! Every type of field, conditional logic, waivers, terms and conditions, coupons, purchase protection, literally everything you need. And the professional touch of our registrants having a confirmation email with QR code for checking in has been huge for us. 

Not to mention the new features like mobile pay pass for contactless payment at events, onsite badge printing, texting and email marketing and more.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

There is nothing I would say I "dislike" about RegFox. Every issue I've had has been resolved in a timely manner and several features I have requested have been built out over time.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have solved the problem of needing multiple products and subscriptions to manage events and the issue of high costs typically incurred when selling tickets and registrations online. This has helped our nonprofit immensely - both in savings and in maintaining a professional and simple process for event participants.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

I've used a number of different online registration software solutions, and working in them generally has me gearing up for battle. I'll think I have it set up correctly but the preview isn't accurate...only to learn that in order to have something show up I had to go here, here, click there, choose the right dropdown...it's ridiculous how complex and anti-intuitive some of these are. Or worse, I'm unable to do anything myself. Set a max capacity? Customize the confirmation email? Just submit a request and we'll get to it in a few days!

RegFox is the antithesis of all these concerns. It's easy to use. All the options and settings are where you'd expect them to be. And when you're trying to do something unique with your registration, the customer service is exceptional. I used the chat feature embedded on the site, and was actually conversing with a real person (Maddy) who paid attention to what I was wanting to do. Rather than just give me a rote/canned response, Maddy logically thought through to my end game and then sent me a video tutorial (that she recorded just then, just for me)  showing me how to do what she'd recommend. Her recommendaiton involved using Actions that I hadn't known were possible, and on top of finding a solution to that one problem, it's allowed me to explore other "if/then" Actions to really customize my attendees' registration experiences. 

And not only is it better than the other things I've tried, it comes at a fraction of the price!

I work with several different organizations and look forward to the day their other contracts term out so that I can move them onto this platform.

The "multiple choice" option only allows you to choose one 'choice' to be checked as a default.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had been using another provider that was really expensive and VERY difficult to work with and use, with cookie-cutter customer service. Not at all intuitive or user friendly. I switched them to RegFox this year and it's a breath of fresh air, all around.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

I LOVE how responsive and helpful they are. The chat bot actually finds helpful resources AND connects me to a live person. If they can't answer my questions through chat or I need a call or online help session, they are always ready and available.
I also love how our registration page is fully branded for our company, so easy and intuitive for our customers to use, and incredibly customizable and flexible for our changing needs.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I haven't found any downfalls working with regFox yet, other than the two-hour time difference.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous platform required EACH registrant to have or create an acocunt. That meant that one company sending 4 employees to an event had to create 4 accounts, register them, and pay for them separately in four separate transactions. No one wants to have to create a profile or account just to buy a ticket. The platform then charged us yearly fees to maintain every account, which meant constantly having to try to clear out non-active users.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

I appreciated that information regarding our specific event, outside links, photos, adding additional tagline buttons, were very easy to add.  The display options and color backgrounds looked professional.  It was simple and easy to implement everything that we hoped to for the event.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

The only issue that took a moment to resolve was trying to remove the attendence buttons from workshop sessions section. I had to use a different template instead of being able to delete the buttons.  However, it wasn't too difficult.  It just meant creating a new section using the speaker template, which I was given easy to follow instructions from excellent online support that was provided by RegFox.  The information was easily transferred to the new template within a few minutes.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are registering people from all over the country for a special weeklong seminar.  It helps us to gather information, provide a one-stop place for details, travel, tours, sessions, and provide other links of services and locations.  It is very helpful and easy for our delegates to use.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

What we like best about RegFox is the utility it has given us when it comes to promoting our events. They've given us a pathway to create an easy to use landing page for our customers, event goers, and marketing team. Our team has found RegFox to easy to use and simple to setup. We use RegFox for our trade-show we put on every year.

Their customer support is great as well. I spoke with a representative named Whitney and she was very attentive to my issue and helped me figure out what I was struggling with. Their system is intuitive and my issue was entirely user error. No complaints whatsoever about RegFox.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

The only thing I struggled with was figuring out how to make buttons. It didn't make me dislike RegFox at all. It was the only hiccup I ran into momentarily.

**What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegFox helps us by allowing us to sell event tickets quickly and making the payout process simple. It helps us save time internally as there's less to manually be done by employees. We also benefit from the analytics they're able to provide and we're happy that they store the analytics from previous events we can come back to.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

Within the constraints of a single page registration solution the offering is very comprehensive. The pricing is some of the best I have found. The chat support is always fantastic. The pre-registration capabilities are a killer feature I have not seen on ay other platform.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

RegFox doesn't have a good solution for building sibling pages to the main registration page. Any supporting pages must be hosted elsewhere. There are some clunky partial work arounds but they are not good. I suspect this will eventually be solved. RegFox/TicketSpice are constantly improving their capabilities. Most of the time they have anticipated features I need before I even know I need them.

I am also disappointed that google doesn't promptly index the structured event meta data they provide as google does with eventbrite. I'm not sure much of this is in their control, but perhaps there is a way to appease the Google gods so they will do a better job of indexing the event meta data more promptly. I have struggled with this on my own site, so I don't know what the solution is, just that it is annoying.

Provides a very cost effective event registration platform without any subscription cost.

Excellent tech support from both Anca & Megan. Support is also very timely. Ability to write logical statements to control actions is fabulous!
Update September 2024. I've been through 1 conference and am 1 month out from our next conference. RegFox has been a great platform to work with. I resoundingly recommend it.

Bit of a learning curve, but very powerful.

The attendees were asked to go back into their registration and fill out a couple new fields that we added.  They were unable to do so.  I connected with Regfox and the issue was a page break that was causing the issue.  Anca removed it with my permission and we were back in business.

**What do you like best about RegFox?**

RegFox provides an event registration tool that is both robust and user friendly. The wide selection of data fields and design elements makes it possible for me to design a form for a complex registration situation, that is easy for our attendees to use, and that includes our branding. I love that I can schedule reminder emails, and even compose different messages to be sent to attendees based on a registration choice. And then there’s the Actions 🤯, a powerful feature that lets me apply rules to a page (if this then that), to dynamically modify the attendee’s view of the form in response to the data they are entering. Our Professional Learning Directors love the generated weekly report on new registrations that I set up to be emailed to them. The few times that I’ve needed support, the response was quick and my issue was fully resolved.

**What do you dislike about RegFox?**

I wish I could access a searchable image library any time that I am inserting an image. This would save me from uploading the same image repeatedly. I also wish there was a filter to view Pages that are not organized in a folder, so that I could efficently identify any orphans.

RegFox is an affordable option for our nonprofit organization. It provides a way for our attendees to register for events and receive timely communications, keeping us from sending or answering numberous emails. It allows us to collect registration fees, use coupon codes to provide discounts, and have pages for free events. It helps us track revenue for an event to make sure we don't go over budget.

Integrating merchandise purchases into the system is always complicated.   I've created dozens of events in regfox, but everytime I need to add merchandise orders like shirts, I find it very complicated.   

I also am not happy about the fees. Even though we are passing fees to our clients, it's still expensive and very visible to them.

Easy way to register attendees, sell merchandise for events and securely move money to our bank account.   The more product I can sell before an event and more people who register for an event the easier it is for me to predict sales.   I am finding customers are avoiding the registration process and registering in person to avoid the fees.

The registration page setup was pretty easy and straight forward. I don't have experience with web design so I really appreciate all the tools that are available and the ease to use them. The fee structure is great as well. We're a very small non-profit and needed a site that didn't charge an arm and a leg to use, so we very much appreciate that RegFox doesn't overcharge. Finally, when I had some trouble understanding some of the functions I just used their chat feature and got responses right away that were very helpful and informative. Defintely recommend!

I think there should be more explanation about the "fees" box you can use on the reg page itself and the option to have RegFox calculate fees and pass on to the customer. That was where I was the most confused.

I work for a national nonprofit, and am in charge of organizaing registration for our annual conference and other smaller events.  Over the past few years, we relied on our CRM or Eventbrite (ugh...) for our registration needs.  I was told about RegFox from an event consultant, and let me tell you, it has been a breath of fresh air!

It just works.  Plain and simple, it works as described.  They're transparent about their fees, they have AMAZING customer support (I did a chat support session, and the customer service person MADE ME A VIDEO ON HOW TO FIX MY PROBLEM!), their system is easy to use at a base level, but can easily be made more powerful and complicated depending on implementation.   Reporting is great, the reg website looks nice, I could go on and on...

Seriously, I am SO HAPPY with this system!  I'd highly recommend it to anyone that needs a registration platform for events.

The only downside so far is that you haven't created a full database solution for our whole operation to move to.  If they did, I'd be interested in looking at it.

The most helpful thing about Regfox is the quality of their customer service. One of my favourite one is Anca, she has always gone above and beyond to not only problem solve whatever issue I am having. She goes the extra mile in providing images and even videos then she follows up with an email if any updates are needed.

Their templates are easy to use and implement. I would love for them to increase the diversity of template however as their grow.

There is a lot of bugs in the different widgets and some of their features are not as intuitive as I would like them. They are quick to resolve bugs identified and have a very responsive customer service team.

As a newer user, I've found RegFox to be very user friendly. I've tested and used many softwares over the last 2 decades and a crucial element for me is layout and intuitiveness. And when something has been harder to find or use, the customer support has been excelent. That too has made implementing various types of registrations throughout the year go much smoother.

Also, we're pleased with the integration of our financial systems. We use this almost monthly for various types of events and trips.

There could be a little more variance of reporting but overall we're happy with the reports.

The check in app is really handy and I've become familiar with a few of the helpers in chat. They're always friendly as far as customer support.

The pricing for communication is reasonable. 

We can have the amount of team member users that we need.

We're excited for the prospect of having the new app that is similar to Sched so that we could have that within our registration service, too. I'm a fan of having "all in one" integration type services. We're always interested in ways to integrate.

Pulling specific reports isn't easy as it could be. Sometimes the type of report we need isn't available and it seems like something really simple from our point of view, but RegFox doesn't offer the capability.

The link between Webconnex and RegFox confuses our attendees, who try to go back to the registration page to update their registration every single time, even though we tell them they have to go to Webconnex and give them that link instead. We do this a lot and they're still confused. This is a tough impletmentation. 

We would like for RegFox to offer a way for our attendees to pay for merch on site. We could use RegFox more frequently this way.

We can build out an entire event with addons and release and close the addons on our timeline, which helps with banquet services. We can set a cap for attendance in a strucuted ticketing manner.

The options for creating event registrations and collecting registrant information is fantastic. And my experience with the support staff has been outstanding. They are typically quick to respond and don't just send you boilerplate responses. The message log is also super helpful.

The lack of being able to categorize and sort users into folder/departments can make for a daunting user list as an admin. The lack of a saveable template event can make creating a cohesive look and feel across events challenging, if you don't know to just copy an existing event.

When working with event producers we were limited by the in-house software we use for our online store when it came to collecting the sort of user data needed for larger events and conferences. RegFox allows us to collect whatever types of registrant data we need, from names to shirt size, to meal preferences, you name it, you can create a field for it.

I love that once I understand the systems, it's easy to build. Especially love that there is the ability to export data into spreadsheets. The girls who helped in the chat were always positive, encouraging, and super helpful.

I did not like that I coudn't speak with a live representative. What probably would have taken 2-3 hours live took 10-15 hours of back and forth chats.

I help run registration for a local sci fi convention and we use regfox with little to no issues. It works well for us. I recently joined a beta program for an event schedule app through their site and was utilizing it for our upcoming event when some attendees and staff complained about one of the features and said I needed to deactivate the app. I tried really hard to figure out how to do that and couldn't.  I reached out to customer service through their site chat feature. With it being the weekend I didn't expect an answer until Monday. I was mistaken though and AJ responded relatively quickly and did what he could on his side and walked me through what I needed to do on my side in just a few short exchanges of information.  I later found out he doesn't usually help the regfox product of the company but I would have never guessed it by his quick and efficient help! I even offered feed back for the product in beta and he said he would pass it along. I felt heard, understood, and helped all at once. In 3 years of using regfox I never really needed help from customer service, but I feel confident if I needed help again, I would have another great experience.

Some features need more flexibility and since it seems geared more for business conventions,  sometimes some features aren't relevant for our needs as a science fiction convention.

I like how it was so easy to setup our registration form and it had all of the widgets that we needed. Support was top notch as they were able to figure out what was wrong with our conditional logic.

Some parts of the form that dealt with conditional logic had to be reset by Regfox in order to work, but again, the support team was swift to fix it that it wasn't a major issue. 

It would be nice to have a tool tip pop-up or FAQs so that I know that it wasn't me!

We used WooCommerce for our registration before and it was cumbersome. I like that RegFox is a "set it and forget it" solution.

  - [I have two issues I would love feedback on.  I create several 7-10 pages a year for our different events.  Everytime I go into regfox I have to navigate to see all pages to access my current event.  It would be helpful if the most current event would be the default page.  And, because i live in the East Cost Time zone I have to wait 2-3 hours before I can get access first thing in the morning.  Would you consider hiring someone remotely closer to the East coast or more centralize.
