I host photography workshops that allow me to customize unique categories relevant to my business. I'm especially happy with the tech support when I run into a problem. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** In dealing with payments, I would like to be able to have registrants make a partial payment (some pay a deposit amount). I would like to be able to insert a pic in a text box - like a logo - without having to have a huge header across the top. I would like to be able to see a list of registrants easier (hard to explain in a short paragraph) These are all small things I think we can do in the future though. **Recommendations to others considering RegFox:** *Easy to get started *No contract/guarantee of registration *Easy to use **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recently had trouble trying to get registrants set up to register to purchase merchandise and tickets in the same registration page. Ticket Spice didn't work for what I needed, and I made RegFox work, but it's clunky. However, the help I got from both programs was exceptional, and it's always quick and easy to understand. I especially appreciate no language barriers and tech support that can go "off script" and help problem solve and explain the situation. ### 3. Maybe in the future there could be an option to entirely white label the registration pages. Our event is quite unique with many events. It's extremely scalable so it can be used for small and large events alike. The pricing is fair and it's been easy for my registrants and staff to use. I have used it for hundreds of events large and small... and it's been able to do everything I've ever needed it to. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** I'd love the ability to embed RegFox forms on my current website, rather than using the regfox subdomain for events. That would be helpful for a more white-labeled experienced. I also wish the Canadian experience was on-par with the USA one. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Complex registration situations, custom pricing, coupons, and reporting all in one place. The integrations with other platforms have also been amazing for us. Their shift to virtual event management has also been amazing. ### 26. I appreciate the transparent pricing and multiple options for processing credit card payments. The FAQs are great and simple to understand, and I refer back to them often. Chat and help responses are prompt and friendly! Love that it is so easy to customize registration URLs with our company and event name. The coupon system is great. It works well for us to get charged per registrant, as we can easily attribute that to different meeting budgets and clients instead of having a contract. NB: We have not used the check-in app or direct badge printing so can't comment on those. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** We have difficulty with spacing and formatting using the text editor - I find this with almost every web-based program! But if you have some familiarity with HTML, it makes it easier to tweak. One feature we would like is the ability to provide a custom price adjustment from the administrative side without using a discount code. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using it for exhibitor registration for some of our larger programs - which we used to manage by excel spreadsheet and Paypal transactions. We can provide each company with a custom discount code for their comp registrants and do less of the data entry ourselves. ### 27. But what I likebest is that I can request a feature and the team actually looks at it, roll over the merits of my request, and implement it when they agree! The team (as a whole) have a great work ethic, and a professional & personalable way of attending to the customer. Each team member seem to enjoy what they do and it certainly shows in attitude and proficiency. The program is also intuitive which helps. The ease of use is remarkable. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** Can't really say that I dislike anything. As with any program and customers, there are limitations, yet the team members are fabulous at creative thinking and provide amazing "workarounds" and feature requests. In that respect, customer service is very interactive. **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most obvious is the cost in relation to some of the big guns we have used in the past. RegFox is easy to use, has incredible customer service, and a great return on investment. We have worked with many big all-in-one platforms. While they seem to cover everything, they are also extremely complicated; customer service is outsourced to other countries, and asking for feature requests seems like a post-it note that never gets seen. We CAN handle activities, registrations for all our events, memberships, donations, and so much more. AND one thing for our team that is crucial is the reporting. Since I am on the east coast I often have to wait three ours for live chat if I reach out before 11 am (8 am their time).
