Regfox is always working to improve its product. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** I dislike that confirmations go to the payor and not the registrant, if they are different this needs to be done manually. The deposit system is completely backwards. As for how we run deposits, you are correct in noticing that we only allow deposits on the registration field rather than the sub total of any extra add-ons you may offer for your event. We do this because we found that oftentimes event organizers need the full charge of add-ons like merchandise, t-shirts, meals, etc so they can pay for these products for their attendees in advance. But with that being said, this is amazing feedback and something we will totally be looking at for you in the future and see if we can come up with a solution or option for you that would work better in terms of allowing deposits on the full amount! Like any new system there is a learning curve when you first start using it, and RegFox is fairly intuitive, but you still have to find your way around and come to terms with the logic that the system is built around. I managed to get my first up and running quickly, which was essential for what we needed as another platform had let me down. However, if you do get stuck or need guidance then the Customer Service/Support is fantastic. They respond quickly and efficiently and don't stop communicating until the situation is resolved, or they have established that it can't be, what your options are and that they will put your ideas in the development pot for consideration. It was very easy to integrate a third-party payment gateway too which was great so we didn't have to change providers for this either. Overall a good system that you can get onboard with quickly and easily. **What do you dislike about RegFox?** There are definitely areas that I think you should be able to personalise more, like the way deposits are handled or the way the emails are laid out, but these are things we can currently work around. The system is good, but more development is needed in some areas, but you at least feel that RegFox do take onboard any ideas that come out of support questions and you feel these will be considered and that you might see these in later updates. It's intuitive to use for both staff and registrants, robust in features, with comprehensive design, widget, marketing, tracking, revenue reporting, and customer service functionality. Support team is highly responsive, not that you need them much, as the system is so easy to use and does everything you need it to. Costs are completely transparent and easy to monitor. I led the seach and made the adoption recommendation to top management and have never regretted it. Marketing, Accounting, Content, Customer Service and other teams come to me with things they want to do and I can always say, Yep, RegFox will do that. We have been delighted with RegFox! **What problems is RegFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We produce hundreds of fee-based B2B conferences and seminars a year (in-person and virtual) and RegFox makes it so fast and easy to set up, change, and track them. The design tools are perfect and it seems like the developers thought of everything. On the few occasions when we can't figure out how to do something, the support staff is immediately responsive, positive, and helpful. I can't think of ever hearing, "No, Regfox can't do that" . In terms of problems solved, we now have an automated registrant confirmation process for both in person and virtual events, something that was very labor intensive before Regfox. Coupon codes are a snap now, both to set up and track usage. We can train up new CS staff so quickly on solving customer issues that there are no headaches. Our accounting department LOVES getting clear, concise, and accurate data on registration revenue. ### 38.
