**What do you like best about ReflikOne?**

Their openness and community, the way they work - they work with individual recruiters as well as with small-mid size recruitment agencies, they not just professional, but the way the structure they platform reminds, big-big professional board - with unlimited potential for growth, which I could not find - from their competitors

**What do you dislike about ReflikOne?**

Some positions are not in preferable areas, and it takes time to contact and gather - the right person, but if we add the fact that it is remote, who knows.

**Recommendations to others considering ReflikOne:**

It is best if you looking for a Jobs that you need to fil, remotely - for any type of recruiter - cons - they still growing

**What problems is ReflikOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote - Free of schedule, the amount of work you put, equivalent to the outcome

**What do you like best about ReflikOne?**

This is a great database for recruiters to source and fill jobs, without having to do the work to find client companies, set up agreements, and manage all the business functions. All we have to do is find good candidates and submit them.

**What do you dislike about ReflikOne?**

Because we split the commissions with Reflik, the payoff is lower than what we would make working on our own.

**Recommendations to others considering ReflikOne:**

Be sure you are into engineering, IT, and other technical recruiting.

**What problems is ReflikOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This keeps me from having to spend a lot of time in a small organization, reaching out to HR and hiring managers to get roles to work.
