Thomson Reuters Eikon is a powerful tool that has relevant and easy to interpret analytics dashboards. The information is timely and dynamic. I also like how I can access this platform through my mobile phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not really dislike anything for the most part. Sometimes it can be slow, but that is a problem with most similar platforms. Maybe another thing I dislike is how the user interface is not super intuitive, there is slight training or it takes some time to get used to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bond analytics are equivalent to those provided by the "other" industry heavyweight (and at a fraction of the cost). The customer service is amazing. Thomson Eikon is a strong competitor in the desktop terminal space when compared to Bloomberg and FactSet. It's modular nature and ability to add functionality makes it flexible. It is somewhat more intuitive to use and if you've used ThomsonOne you'll quickly pick this up. The mobile app could be better though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app could be better and it would be great if it had a better, more google like and intuitive transcript/research search feature (similar to Sentieo or Alphasense). Support could be better, it's nowhere near as good as Bloomberg and a not quite as good as Factset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
