The only downside is that you will need some advanced searching skills to find the regulation you need. But I would not blame this to the product. The regulation database is huge and organized in its own way and will require some searching skills anyway. I think any similar products or software will have the same problem. I appreciate all of the different screens--it is easy to toggle between for different views of the client account. I appreciate the ability to view news related to stock quotes and think that the trading screens are very user friendly. It is also nice that you can access statements, 1099s, and other acct documents right form the client acct. I wish the dashboard service was easier to pull up and that there was a way to add a note directly to the account without having to pull up the dashboard service. That would make this service more consolidated and efficient. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to search for an account by filtering just to the branch rather than specific rep codes. I was a long-time Baseline user. I didn't like that we were forced to move from Baseline to Thomson One to Eikon. It's lousy to have the product you like phased out and have to go through the learning curve of learning the "new" product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
