I'm not really convinced about creating more sophisticated web surveys with Refiner. It lacks the necessary settings and options when compared to Startquestion or Typeform. Also, organizing surveys into folders could be better, but that's a minor issue. More logic flow options, hiding or showing questions or complete sections of questions based on previous answers, and frankly, a better UI as well. More types of questions could also be useful. Hardest to work with is when you do questionnaires in multiple languages.

It has translation functionality, but when for example you change something in your original text, it can easily wipe out all translations without you noticing. And also if you already have list of translations prepared, hard to add them in masse, we forced to do that one-by-one in line.

Finally recently we've started to get updates from the Refiner, which if you are in the middle of creating a survey, reload the page and wipe unsaved results. Could be dealt with though if one saves frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like a bulk edit function that allows me to update common attributes of multiple surveys at once, or macros that are common across multiple surveys.

I loved the initial setup and ease of use. On my recurring usage, I particularly love the integration with Segment which is far ahead of the competing solutions I had tested. I've rarely needed support, but when I did, I received answers almost immediately and never got stuck.
