I like the ability to easily reach current and previous customers and provide them with incentives to revisit my business and/or to attend certain special events, etc. I also love the fact that I was able to very quickly accumulate so many positive reviews. The downsides would be the initial ease of use and set up.It does take some time and for a busy small business owner it can seem overwhelming. I will say that the time invested has been a positive investment. Customer feedback (from regular customers) has indicated that some people see the text messages as an intrusion, however the increase in business makes this complaint negligible and, of course, folks can always opt of of the texts and emails! Wish the app was a little more interactive with notifications to mobile. In a busy day while the salon is crowded and phone is ringing off the hook it is next to impossible to also vigilantly review the texts and emails coming in thru Referrizer, in addition to all social media channels. I really like that Referrizer is intuative. Besides that, the customer service is amazing!! They are so very helpful and will check in with you to make sure that you are getting the most out of what they have to offer!! It has been very helpful for our business in sending out marketing emails, texts and offers that prospects can even purchase online!! We also like that Referrizer allows us to track our students earned points for referrals and class attendance, then they get incentives for collecting points. We also use the Reputation piece to get reviews that automatically post to Google. Seriously, Referrizer is a great tool to help you in many aspects of your business. I use it everyday to help keep leads ingaged and current students in the know of what's going on in our studio. The onboarding was straight forward and easy to follow. The only thing I wish were an option deals with contact management. I would like to be able to edit contacts as a group instead of having to do it one by one. For example, I wish I could select a group from my contacts and create a new tag with all of those contacts. Or select contacts from a current group and mass edit them from that tag to another. Setting up triggers is not the most intuitive and doesn't intergrate with Mindbody as well as I would like. For example: I would love to be able to iniate auto-texts when clients book into their first class or late cancel. I also really hate that there is no way to search for duplicate accounts, merge accounts or block phone numbers. I have had issues with texts going to the wrong clients due to duplicate phone numbers in the system, along with clients who have harrassed our business with no way to block their numbers from continuing to text us. Having an all in one solution for lead and client/member mangement, takes the headache away from training staff and having the manager learn multiple platforms. Love the features, and learning about new ways to optimize our marketing. Not having a marketing background, I am thankful to have an easily navigated platform that does the heavy lifting for me. The only thing I have found to be somewhat challenging is learning how to master each area, there are so many great capabilities but we are working to tap into the full potnetial it has once we learn the system a little more.
