The setup process was straightforward, and the platform easily integrated into our existing workflow without any hassle. Even though we’re still early in the program, I can already see how user-friendly and intuitive the software is.
What really made the experience amazing, was the team's support and availability to answer any question, especially Alfonso Campos. He's been responsive and helpful, guiding us through every step of the process and making sure we’re getting the most out of the program.
While we haven’t seen the full results yet, I’m confident that this referral program will be a valuable tool for growing our business. I love how easy the platform is to administer - you don't need to be technical to run it. Tracking is straightforward, users can easily understand how many referrals they've made, and you can track all rewards pending and given. But the most important feature to me was its connectivity to HubSpot.
