The best thing about Redwood Software is it's simple and easy to use GUI interface and navigation facility and the consumer friendly packages within it which helps in acheiving the desired goal.
Also to add the vendor support is adequately present 24x7 which helps in mitigating issues in times of need.
Another helpful feature I found while using CPS and "Run My Jobs" is that the user can easily find help from the troubleshooting guides of the tool and setup their desired jobs even in a cross-platform manner of SAP and Non-SAP environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing much do I find that I dislike about the software, pretty much everything is very easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Redwood Software, specifically RunMyJobs is a SaaS that understands the needs of it's userbase.
Flexibility
RunMyJobs is very flexible as your are able to build workflows, systems, and processes without being confined to a limitation of the application, and if there is a rare change RunMyJobs is unable to do something, the company's support structure is excellent.
Intuitiveness
What you conceive from design to deployment can easily be translated and built into RunMyJobs. Whether its Events, Alerts, Schedules, Time Windows, etc. can be easily found and configured within this system.
Reliability
Ever since we migrated 5 years ago from MS Orchestrator, we've had excellent system and operational uptime. I can count on one hand the number of times there we experienced a failure but we were up and running in no less an hour.
Support
The entire support system Redwood has surrounding its product is simply amazing. I believe this is because the values can clearly be seen that it is shared throughout the entire organization. Whether it is tech support, sales, customer success, or executives, they all share the goal and vision of providing the best service and experience possible.
*Teachability*
The User Interface and User Experience of the RunMyJobs application itself is well structured so going through the interface, development of processes is very intuitive that training and cross-training is made simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there would be anything to dislike about RunMyJobs, it would be that if you are unfamiliar with workload automation, things can get overwhelming at first, but since their support staff is highly knowledgeable and approachable, getting over technical hurdles was trivial. The best thing about the Redwood software would be its simplicity in layman terms. The overall UI design and the artifacts provided along with the package helps in seamless automation setup and achieve noteworthy results in IT landscape.
It would be helpful if more connectors are provided along with the product which could help in integration with other new products that are being launched in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would prefer more customer support and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Redwood's Job scheduling tool twice first CPS for many years and now "Run My Jobs" . CPS was very ease to understand and have customer friendly UI. Not very much diffcult to implement and it came to as one of the best tool to automate one of Basis most cumbersome tasks Job monitoring. It's features like job definition, job chain, time windows, BW process chains are easy to understand in concept and not very complex in terms of managing the job scheduling. Not much is there to dislike about the tool, just some scripting languages that tool uses are not easily understandable to customers. Also the partition concept is a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
