**What do you like best about RedTrack.io?**

I like practically everything about RedTrack.io. The number of integrations it offers is impressive. The diversity of tracking options is very useful to me, and the affiliate panel is excellent. I also appreciate the ability to create different conversion events, which allows it to be used as a centralized dashboard. Additionally, tracking without redirects is a significant advantage, as there is a script you place on the landing page that reads the parameters directly, which increases speed and prevents rejections.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

Sometimes the costs do not update correctly, although this has happened a few times, in 3 years it has occurred 4 times or less. For those cases, you can make manual adjustments, which is a bit complicated. Perhaps the aspect I like the least is that it does not allow any kind of design customization. For a platform you use daily, it would be nice to make it feel more "personal" both in colors and by changing logos, even being able to use a personalized URL for the panel. These are cosmetic changes, but they would be very appreciated.

**What problems is RedTrack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use RedTrack.io to manage and track advertising campaigns, especially on Google Ads, avoiding redirects with a script on the landing page. This increases speed and prevents rejections. I like the number of integrations, diversity of tracking options, and its capability as a centralized dashboard.

**What do you like best about RedTrack.io?**

The integration between Redtrack and Taboola. More than 90% of all information needed is tracked. So this is very valuable to me.
The customer support is excellent. Even though my plan gives me only email support, they are excellent and pretty quick with the replies needed. And they saved me in a moment where I was giving up Redtrack.
I can change the campaign's URL with them running. That gives me the chance to make more and better tests.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

The complexity of implementation in order to be all set to run Taboola Ads. 
The dashboard is complex and it doesn't give me all the info I need. So I prefer to spend some time to type in data in a customized excel sheet than to analyze the data on Redtrack's dashboard.

**What problems is RedTrack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was introduced to Redtrack through a Taboola Mentor. So I only started using it after I started buying traffic on Taboola and I don't know what its like to run Taboola Ads without Redtrack. With that in mind I would say that the only problem Redtrack is solving is the accuracy and the percentage of the information tracked. As I said more than 90% of information is tracked, which I consider a high number. That gives me comfort knowing that valuable and sensitive information is reaching Taboola and their algorithm is being fed by these information.

**What do you like best about RedTrack.io?**

I like the feature to test a lot of pages and different versions of the landing pages we run in my business. Especially, I appreciate the tracking feature that syncs with the platforms we use to sell our products. The A/B testing helps us see which landing pages convert more, which in turn helps us decide what to use for running ads to get more conversions and sell more. RedTrack.io not only helps me track campaigns but also lets me optimize them effectively.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

Maybe the dashboard needs to improve. I believe RedTrack.io needs to not only improve the UX of the platform, but also allow users to create personal dashboards and visualize campaign information with a better visual and UX, like seeing graphics more easily. The initial setup was hard because RedTrack.io has a different way to integrate with the platforms we sell our products.

RedTrack.io solves tracking problems for me, like getting conversions from platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok ads. I use it to optimize my campaigns correctly.

It's designed to help you present data the way you need it, not to make decisions for you.

I appreciate RedTrack.io's robust technical support. Even though it's AI-powered, it usually handles things quite well and resolves most of my questions promptly. Additionally, the initial setup was easy with the support of their agents.

When I look at very long time ranges to optimize, it usually takes a long time to load the data. It often freezes. We need to automate certain processes. For example, having to manually set the 'S2S Postback' depending on the data source seems quite impractical to me. I've made a lot of human errors because of this. If I set the traffic source to 'Y', I want the postback to automatically be the one for source 'Y'.

I've been running with RedTrack.io for a long time, and I like the simplicity of the platform and the UI. It has improved over time but was good from the start. Overall, it's stable and offers the versatility I need with different domains and tracking needs from sources and offers. Have vast reporting grouping options. Things are easy to find, and if something isn't clear, the help section is helpful, along with the actual support. The initial setup was very easy, with an onboarding call that covered the important parts and any questions I had, plus I received the video of the onboarding for future reference if needed.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

There is options to see several campaigns reporting, if they are on he same source, offer, etc. however, missing the options to self choose campaigns that would like to have combine reproting for, on the same reporting.  there is API, Export and different other reporting options which help. but the above is just missing for me on the UI.

**What problems is RedTrack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedTrack.io helps with event tracking from various sources, handling stats in one place, simplified postback handling, and offers a simple and versatile UI.

Today, grouping works cleanly when campaigns share a source or offer, but hand-picking a few specific campaigns across those boundaries and combining them into one report isn't a built-in flow yet. **What do you like best about RedTrack.io?**

What I like most about Redtrack is the ability to centralize all platforms, checkout platforms, and paid traffic channels in one place. And it's not just paid traffic: you can also centralize organic traffic and any other type of traffic. In the end, this means having everything gathered in one place, which makes life much easier on a daily basis.

Another very positive point is the ease of integrating RedTrack with platforms via API. The process is very simple: just go to Traffic Channel and connect your account with a few clicks.

The support has also been great. Lately, I've been solving my problems there and always receive complete answers for everything I need. As I use Redtrack every day, I highly recommend it for daily analysis, both macro and micro, of any operation that has some type of traffic, whether paid or organic.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

What might not please me about RedTrack is the interface. Although this does not affect the platform's performance, I believe that a designer with a more refined touch could make it even better. I don't doubt that, in a few months, they will have already fixed this.

Redtrack came to solve attribution problems, centralization of analyses, A/B testing, among others, that many of my clients had and that, nowadays, they no longer have. This helped me a lot when it came to offering a more precise, much more reliable, and more robust data analysis service than simply using Facebook's conversion API or just tracking parameters.

Sometimes the SSL doesn't renew itself automatically, and sometimes we have duplicate costs on some meta campaigns. That's a big downside, to be honest.

All the important features are working fine, and the UI is very simple. Also, the support team is really responsive and tries to help solve problems.

The mobile app, especially on Android, is pretty bad. It hasn’t been updated in a long time. Also, sometimes there are technical issues. Not very often, maybe twice a year, and they solve them pretty fast. But hopefully I won’t face any other issues in the future.

Custom domain issues, SSL problems, and dedicated domain setup. They helped me solve them pretty quickly whenever an issue came up.

The built-in CAPI integrations with Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads have been a lifesaver for me, especially after all the changes with cookies and the iOS 14 update. It has helped me get my ad performance tracking back to where it was before everything got complicated. But what I love most is having everything in one place—clicks, conversions, revenue, costs, and all my campaigns from different sources. It is much easier than bouncing between different ad manager tabs all day.

The UI could definitely use some tweaks, and it would be awesome if the customer journey feature gave a more complete, aggregated view.

Redtrack is constantly updated with new features and tools. The team has even been willing to make customizations to help meet our needs. I also like that Vlad, the CEO, will reply to emails and offer support.

One minor critique is that I wish Redtrack would have a standardized way of doing things. For example, I use Typeform, GoHighLevel, and many other form tools. Redtrack integrates with all of them, but the steps are slightly different. 

It would be helpful if there is a standardized way of doing things, like, "If the form field rtclid exists, then the RT script just automatically populates it with click id."

But I'm really just splitting hairs at this point because Redtrack has been an absolute game changer for us.

**What problems is RedTrack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

redtrack tells us precisely where our sales and leads are coming from. It also gives us leverage when dealing with clients, because we can show them, without a shadow of a doubt, what channel generated a conversion. 

Redtrack also lets us quickly test and iterate campaigns/funnels because we get accurate tracking. 

Also, Redtrack has a nifty feature where we can take conversion events from one campaign and post them to pixels on any other ad account. This creates an ecosystem of data the we can leverage.

We spent 2 months onboarding Redtrack into our marketing tech stack and using it on a daily basis.

Here's what we found:

It's a great software with lots of advanced functionality, competitive pricing and a great CEO that seems experienced in this field. 

Overall, if you are technically inclined, have appropriate time available for setup, testing and possible troubleshooting, and find yourself in need of a Click tracker with some automation features, realtime tracking and lots of CAPI integrations, Redtrack is an excellent choice. We believe that most of the negative reviews stem from the problem of not enough help/guidance/checking during onboarding and problems with tracking accuracy because of it. And since Redtrack in its essence is a tracking product, it either stands or falls on this.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

-The cons:

1. The software is advanced and not always intuitive, coming from other major ad attribution platforms (Wicked Reports, Hydros, Segmetrics, Triple Whale etc) can make it hard to set up and get started. They are very different softwares in how they are structured but try to do similar things, as in figuring out your ad ROI. Redtrack interface feels the most aged one out of these, but its enough for what it needs to do and the mobile web version works suprisingly well on phone. Don't bother with their mobile app, it seems not updated compared to web version.

2. Even though the support team is responsive, their onboarding experience could be improved a lot. And if you want to figure out inaccurate tracking or tracking problems, prepare to be the one steering that troubleshooting to the end result you need. For us, there was a lot of back and forth required to convince the Redtrack team that tracking was not working well before they started acting on it. There was also a general sense of not wanting to put in too much effort. They could easily check these things as part of the onboarding experience or add functionality into the platform for it in terms of "Click Loss" metric. Every customer signing up to their service needs this. Why they have not done that in all these years is a very good question to ask. Personally, I would not recommend Redtrack to anyone I know asking me about ad attribution software as I would worry that it would be hard for them to get it to work easily, but I happily use Redtrack myself after dedicating the time to get into it.

3. There is only Last Click attribution model available. They have First Click as an option too but you cannot have both same time on a single account, and the Redtrack team will steer you towards Last Click as being the only tested model on their side, so you'll end up with Last Click pretty much no matter what you do. I find this the most major drawback of their product, one needs First Click reporting for proper leadgen and awareness campaigns in 2024 and why they don't integrate Last Click and First Click into the reports like all their ecom tracking competitors has done is also a very good question to ask. If this does not get released in 2024 we will likely abandon Redtrack towards the end of the year. Linear attribution would also be a major feature they will eventually need to look at, they support a lot of Cost update from different ad platforms, among the best in the market on this, so having Linear attribution that divide Cost over several ad touchpoints makes a lot of sense to make as a feature.

4. Leadgen Lead events are only pixel triggered, as in you have to add a conversion pixel in GTM to fire Lead event in Redtrack. There is no direct integrations with common ecom email marketing softwares such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp. So Redtrack cannot listen to when a new email lead appears in your CRM or later when they buy like many other ecom attribution platforms can. It would provide better tracking out of the box for all customers if it could do this, as in listening to any form submissions across all pages/domains that have Redtrack tracking code and crossreference that with what emails flow into the CRM. Then no manual pixels would need to be added either.

Tracking ROI on paid ads and automating daily optimization tasks to increase and/or maintain appropriate ROI.

We on boarded with Redtrack with guarantee that they would refund us if the tracking was not correct and we can terminate our subscription.

As we were implementing we went through the sales number and it was over 40% discrepancy on the tracking and therefor we decided to not move forward, their on boarding agent asked to screen share, which we did - we sent screenshot of our database dashboard where we managing our sales.

After this they stopped responding to us, luckily i used paypal to pay with and i put in a Request for refund.

RedTrack.io is an awesome Ad tracking platform. Before I came to know about this platform, I fully relied on Google and Funnel Analytics, but the data send by pixel was inaccurate.
But RedTrack solves all these problems. I really like RedTrack because:

The technology is up to par with the best in the industry, but the rapid customer support is my favorite thing about this product. Given the critical role that this type of infrastructure product plays in advertising campaigns, it's reassuring to be able to talk to a real person via live chat and have them guide you through any issues and answer any questions that might arise. I also like that my advertising costs automatically sync from nearly every major digital advertising platform. Lastly, their server-to-server tracking integration feature has been invaluable for us as digital marketers running large advertising campaigns in a post iOS14 landscape.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

The iOS app interface is a little buggy, but they are in the process of updating it. I used to log out and log back in every time I wanted my campaign statistics to refresh.

(Registed in September, By November 20th, I've gone on 8 zoom calls roughly, each taking about 45-60mins, and I've never once utilized their software.

I'm a simple eCommerce Shopify business that utilizes Facebook & Google ads.
I've been extremely patient with them, waiting from September to middle of November to be setup and going through 8 different calls with them.
In the end, it's sad but I was never setup properly. I was told that my shopify store uses PayPal, that's also messing with the tracking, they need to do another update for that because nobody else uses PayPal.
Forget the PayPal, it wasn't even tracking anything.

In their dashboard, which is messy. All of my clicks & sales fell in "Organic traffic". I'm spending on average 25k a month in ads, and 0 clicks fell into FB or Google, and 0 purchases fell into those categories too. They had me enter custom code all over my shopify store, download private app, google tag manager, fb ads, google ads. But they never worked. All of the rest of the phone calls, was them just going through everything, like hmmmm... We can't figure out what's wrong, let us re-make the call next week.
Huge waste of time.

RedTRack allows multivariate reporting, that is, reporting by multiple dimensions. For example, not just to break down by carrier and OS, but producing separate cohorts carrier_x_OS. This allows for multivariate analysis like GLM.

Redtrack is the secret of my success. It is an ad network agnostic tracking platform that allows me to pass real conversion values back to each ad network without reinventing the wheel for each of those networks. Instead, I drop one code from Redtrack on the landing page and I can send as much traffic from as many places as possible and they distribute back to the networks.

**What do you dislike about RedTrack.io?**

The user-interface is still a work in progress. They are launching an updated, cleaner version soon.

Also, it feels like there are so many features in the platform that I am only using 5% of it. And this is after using the platform for a couple of years. Fortunately, their support is top-notch and they have pledged to turn me into a Redtrack God.

**What problems is RedTrack.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem was accounting for variable revenue per lead. You can have two users go through the exact same lead flow in the first one might be worth a dollar in the next maybe worth $150. There are so many factors that go into the Valuation that we were having trouble predicting that through adjustments in the ad networks. Instead, we have now passed the conversion values back and let the ad network algorithms do the hard work of optimizing the ad targeting for us.

Setting up S2S conversion tracking with advertisers/networks is a complicated and time-consuming operation. You need a team of experts who will be able to handle this without breaking the bank.

Redtrack is a very user-friendly tracking platform. I love how easy it is to navigate through the platform. The support team is excellent and super diligent when setting up your campaigns. I have worked with Karina and she has given me stellar support, answering all my questions and concerns.

So far there isn't a thing I dislike about this tracking platform.

**What do you like best about RedTrack.io?**

We've been using RedTrack for 1 year already. The system is intuitive and easy-to-use. 
RedTrack is integrated with major ad networks, so we don't spend much time on integrating the platforms we work with on a daily basis. It's a go for solution if you need an accurate traffic tracking and multi-level reporting on the performance of your campaigns.  
The support is very quick and friendly, Karina and Emil showed a real care when implementing custom solutions for us.

Can be sometimes confusing with more features than I need, and some functionalities hidden in tabs

Customer Support (Emil) made it very easy to onboard and then gave proper directions afterward so I can do it on my own.

I think the only thing was the timezone difference since I'm in a different timezone
