**What do you like best about Redtail Technology?**

I love Redtail Technology for organizing my business with workflows, notes, and all their incredible features. It ensures I don't miss meetings and provides all the important client information I need. Curtis and Aubrey make every interaction fun and understandable, answering any questions wonderfully. I absolutely love Redtail Speak for its quick and efficient communication with clients. Learning more about workflows, notes, and tags is convenient and makes doing business much easier. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?**

My only feedback would be that on the Redtail Speak app the keyboard is not present at the bottom of the screen. I have to swipe up to type and then swipe down to see what I typed. I believe you guys are aware of this issue. I just haven't received any resolution.

**What do you like best about Redtail Technology?**

I use Redtail Technology for the calendar and reminders, which is the most important thing for me. I enjoy having the app available to log in first thing in the morning and check my schedule for the day. It's great for putting in reminders for daily tasks and meetings. Uploading documents is really important, and I can pull up what I need when moving between office locations. I love the easily accessible search at the top to find a client quickly. It helps when I receive a phone call and can immediately pull up information or notes from previous conversations. Overall, I've been very happy with Redtail, and I haven't had any glitches. It's intuitive and easy to use, and setting it up was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?**

Sometimes, when I haven't used the tasks or note area, it takes me a minute to remember where that is supposed to be or where to go for that particular thing.

**What do you like best about Redtail Technology?**

I appreciate Redtail Technology for being a helpful CRM tool, especially optimized for the financial services industry. It assists from an operational standpoint by automating our processes and SOPs through workflows, allowing us to integrate multiple team members efficiently in handling our client service needs. I like the ability to customize the tool to create different users, subgroups, and teams, which lets us effectively handle tasks without unnecessary alerts bogging us down. The soft touch campaign and marketing features, along with future reminders, really enhance the soft part of our client service. Plus, their support is fantastic, consistently providing five-star assistance, whether over the phone or through the virtual app component embedded in the CRM. It's easy to get things set up when they're not in place, thanks to their bright and helpful team.

**What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?**

The top thing is gonna be the fact that all documents, both through activities where they're linked in the documents tab and through imaging, when you actually click on them, unfortunately, download to a local drive. There's too many high compliant risks in having something locally stored on a work-related PC, so we simply don't use that at this time.

**What problems is Redtail Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Redtail Technology helps automate processes, integrates team members efficiently, and ensures clients are scheduled timely. It enhances our client service with features like non-editable compliance notes, soft touch campaign support, and future reminders while allowing effective team customization without excess alerts.

**What do you like best about Redtail Technology?**

What I like most about Redtail Technology is it's very intuitive. It also integrates with Orion, so I'm not doing double work. It pushes and pulls information back and forth between the two, allowing for a cohesive experience. I don't have to worry about what I need to put in one that I've already put in the other.

**What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?**

Definitely the householding. A lot of times I'll go in and I will create on the primary account holder I'll put in spouse, and I'll go ahead and fill that information in. And when you do that, it doesn't work well. So you have to go in and put each spouse in individually as a separate person and then you have to go in and on the primary person, add the spouse to the household. But yeah. So it's a little bit clunky on that. We've had some challenges with that. There have also been some challenges with some of those initial fields when we're filling them out. So we've learned to be a little bit light on filling out initial fields until we get the spouses lined up and linked together. The initial setup was easy as far as just creating your login and, and getting into the product. It was not as easy when you started adding clients to the software where there were spouses. That's where we started having some challenges.

I use Redtail Technology to keep all client communications in one place, plan for future needs, schedule meetings with alarms and reminders, and provide structured client service.

I find Redtail Technology to be a dependable and practical solution for managing client relationships and internal workflows. It is pretty easy to navigate and highly customizable, which is a big plus for me. I also like how it integrates smoothly with a lot of different financial companies that we deal with, along with portfolio management and reporting platforms. The software supports team collaboration well and provides consistent organization that we need. The workflow features are helpful, and the shared calendar, for the most part, works pretty well.

**What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?**

I think they had an internal form field, which allowed you to quickly fill out an internal form to sort a workflow. That might be helpful. Also, internal forms have had a way to collaborate within internally. To get workflow processes done. I think within the workflows, if you had an area where you could have an online form with checkboxes and input text fields, it would add structure to the internal workflows and also to preformatted notes.

I like that Redtail Technology serves as a central hub where all client information is kept. We refer to it as the bible because it's nice to have one spot for everything, like contact information, Social Security numbers, and notes on past client interactions. It's the one source we look at when trying to figure out what we've done with a client or what needs to be done. I think the initial setup was smooth as we were able to import our contacts and it worked well.

I think it would be better if there was some sort of AI integrated or included with the subscription.

I use Redtail Technology to keep track of client information and ensure compliance. It's helpful for meetings and taking notes, and it's our go-to source for reviewing past interactions. I like having all information in one spot, which we call the bible.

This way, we always know what was discussed the last time we spoke with them. I really like the bulk email feature because it allows us to send communications to multiple people, and it assists us a lot. Plus, we can keep the same group and update it as we go.

When deleting someone from a bulk group, it will delete them from the system. It would be nice to delete them from the group instead of having to go directly to their profile and losing your spot on the group.

I use Redtail Technology to keep client interaction records, so we know what was discussed last time. I value the bulk email feature for sending communications to multiple people efficiently and managing group updates.

I appreciate the CRM features because, without them, I would have to use another tool, but it works well for me. I like that I can see everything going on with a specific client in a single view, regardless of who is working on it, which helps in my meetings with the client. I also find it helpful to see if three people are working on something for one client, adding efficiency to our client interactions.

The Schwab integration could use some work. It doesn't always load the paperwork the way it was designed to.

I use Redtail Technology as my central tech hub for running my practice. I like its ease of use as a CRM, which allows me to integrate everything from form completion to AI notes and marketing. It solves the problem of centralizing essential client data, integrating my tech stack, and being able to extract client data. The initial setup was very easy, just an Excel spreadsheet upload and done. I also appreciate that Redtail Technology is proactively improving and being a leader in the Fintech industry. The specialization to the financial industry is another strong point for me.

Not being able to customize certain aspects such as allowing a task to rollover daily, not just assigned to one date or time.

I really appreciate that Redtail Technology is customizable enough without needing an engineer to make changes. It's also awesome that Orion and Redtail are now partnered. I like that Redtail integrates with Orion, and I love the fact that at any point you can jump on a chat or screen-share with someone from Redtail who will walk you through whatever you need. Their one-on-one topic-specific trainers are amazing too. Plus, if you want to take a deep-dive into a particular topic, they will spend one hour with you at no extra charge. The initial setup was so easy, and I give it a 10 out of 10.

They could further improve on the seminars section.

Redtail Technology cuts down on the need to spend $50k-$70k per year customizing my CRM, offering a customizable yet user-friendly system.

I find the workflow templates, prospecting, and maintaining client info helpful in future meetings. Being a financial advisor, having a place to keep notes and stay organized is very helpful. The initial setup of Redtail Technology was very easy.

I find Redtail Technology to be a friendly tool. It's easy to use, which makes it simple to input data, and it's also easy to teach new employees how to use it. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.

We've used Redtail Technology since 2017, and I haven't seen much improvement over the years, just a change in the theme background to black. We have issues getting the reports tailored to our needs. The Client ID does not match Orion Household ID. We're actually moving to a new CRM because we found others who invested the money and time to improve their services.

I liked how multiple people could be assigned to one task for a client. At my firm, we do a lot of teamwork, and Redtail allowed that to function smoothly. The price was also cheap because we are such a small company.

We did not like the look of Redtail, the interface was outdated. We also could not integrate a lot of the other platforms we use to Redtail. There was also no AI integrations that could speed up our work.

Running reports is not good. I would say that is the weakest part. When you pull a report NO MATTER what filters you put on it will pull information that you did not request.

I find the integrations with Google Calendar and other systems we use could be improved. There's sometimes a lag in the information that syncs over, and for Orion, contact pairing has to be done one by one.

I like that in Redtail Technology you can see individual members within the household and quickly integrate between the households. I'm also looking forward to eventually being able to link it directly with Orion software.

I'm having a hard time integrating the Redtail calendar with our Outlook calendar. Also, being able to see client history notes with email all in the same easy-to-read spot would be great. The initial setup was difficult.

I use Redtail Technology for managing client databases and recording client notes. I also like how it allows quick integration between household members. However, I'm still figuring out its potential and having difficulty integrating its calendar with Outlook.

I really appreciate how Redtail Technology keeps everything organized and saves on payroll by not needing someone else to take notes. The flow charts and tasks are incredibly helpful for maintaining the flow of the office and having everything in one place. I like how it pairs well with Jump. The initial setup was very easy and simple, which made getting started a breeze.

**What do you like best about Redtail Technology?**

It's very comprehensive. There is a lot of data points you can track about clients, prospects, centers of influence, events, seminars, etc. It's a data lovers dream. Workflows are very powerful. I think the pricing is more suitable for teams as well compared to similar services. The UI updates over the past year or so have been really great and modernized Redtail. It's become much easier to use with several integrations for our broker-dealer and other software services.

**What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?**

I really wish we could upload a client via Excel template. It's apparently possible by sending to Redtail, and this may have been updated, but we do a lot in Excel. Being able to import contacts via Excel would be such a game changer. Although the app is very comprehensive, it can feel kinda clunky and slow at times.

**What problems is Redtail Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data management, event management. It helps keep track of notes, events, etc. I love that I can create a new and quickly add an event to it.  It's little things like that we use to expedite processes.

No firm level insights or way to make standardized workflows for partner offices currently.

Redtail is the biggest and most important component to my tech stack bar none. I use it every day for everything. It keeps me operating at the highest professional level and continues to amaze and adapt. From the start with notes and contact information but has evolved to email and txt messages being captured, it has also allowed me to be completely paperless with document storage. 99.99% of the time their system is working as expected and controls many other aspects of my business. On the rare occosion when you have to call for any type of support or problem, you are always met with a knowledgeable and patient customer service person. Redtail integrates easily integrates with almost every program I use flawlessly. Many years ago, it took time to implement but that investment has paid dividends over the years.

Whenever there is a small change or tweak that I would like to see implemented, it has to go to a committee to decide and never have I seen any of the viable suggestions implemented.
