What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

I love that Redtail Technology allows me to create templates for both activities and workflows, so I don't need to recreate our process every time we need to complete something. I find the workflow templates, prospecting, and maintaining client info helpful in future meetings. Being a financial advisor, having a place to keep notes and stay organized is very helpful. We've used Redtail Technology since 2017, and I haven't seen much improvement over the years, just a change in the theme background to black. We have issues getting the reports tailored to our needs. The Client ID does not match Orion Household ID. We're actually moving to a new CRM because we found others who invested the money and time to improve their services. I find the CRM simple and robust, particularly appreciating how it tracks all emails. The integrations are very effective. My staff likes the ease of use, which is really important to us.
