## Redox Reviews
  ### 1. Bad customer satisfaction

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Im sure they're good for integrations but nothing from my experience.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Negative experience. I reached out to see if we could get a refund of the service as we didn't do any kick off meeting and it was no longer needed. We signed the contract due to our integration partner unwinding on operations and Redox knew that too. Very unhappy with this company I had to consistently follow up with them. We ended up not getting a refund due to contract terms even though no service was provided.

If you're looking for a partner to help with integrations I would not recommend Redox. I did request to speak with the management team and still no response as of it.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem was suppose to solve for integration

**Official Response from George Mclaughlin:**

> I am sorry to hear about your experience and would like to get to the bottom of it.

G2 doesn't share what organization you are with so it is very hard to follow up.

Please reach out directly to george@redoxengine.com. I promise you will receive a prompt reply and a full investigation into your experience.

  ### 2. Excellent service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

The service and response of their support. Whenever our team has had need of their support or engineering team, Redox has always been incredibly responsive.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

The only real downside is a lack of interface reporting. Their model is great for businesses in need of healthcare interfaces, but when it comes to critical services, any delay can be costly, and it is can be very important that even short delays or message queues be communicated.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Using Redox is great for fast integrations. While they may not be the right fit for everyone right out of the gate, or if you require an on-premise interface, they are a great solution for cloud integration, and take the burden off of your team for managing healthcare interfaces. They also remove the requirement that an engineer fully understand HL7 or healthcare data.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in the ED space, providing wait time estimates and improving the patient experience throughout the entire ED visit. For us, having Redox allows us to focus on our core competency without having to manage VPNs or interface engines. Redox allows us to focus our engineering efforts on our AI and NLP engines to revolutionize the patient experience without wasting efforts managing interface connections to the various data points of disparate healthcare systems.

  ### 3. Redox has been instrumental in allowing us to quickly develop and deploy HL7 V2 integrations.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirby K. | Clinical Interface Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Developers new to HL7 integrations find it far easier developing against JSON models and API's then working with HL7 V2. Implementing interfaces with clients can be done in a matter of weeks instead of months. Due to the standardization of the Redox models and the focused expertise of the Redox implementation teams.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

The ability to add additional information that does not already exist in the models takes longer then I would like. It would be great if customers could create their own custom extensions without having to involve Redox.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to focus on developing new integration functionality, while Redox is implementing the integrations with our clients. This allows us to roll at new functionality at a faster rate, and at the same time continue deploying integrations to production.

  ### 4. Great experience with Redox

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Knowledgeable and helpful team with expertise on accessing EHR data.
Redox is also able to access various other systems in addition to EHR, e.g., financial systems, billing systems, scheduling systems, HIE data, etc.
System is straightforward to implement.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Sometimes hard to know roles and responsibilities. Team directory would be helpful.
Cost structure can be a bit complicated and could be streamlined.
Would be nice to have International (OUS) capabilities including GDPR support.
Would also be nice to have some type of on-premise capability for direct integration vs. cloud only.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Excellent software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering that enables us to offload the connectivity/data pipe to Redox. Costs are all-in so no additional charges for definition, setup, implementation, testing, maintenance, updates, etc. This is a huge benefit for us.
Redox also enables us to leverage their EHR integration expertise (not a current core competency for us) to simplify implementations, customer discussions, hard to access data, etc.
Redox also has maximum cybersecurity qualifications, e.g., SOC2, HITRUST, etc.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud-based EHR and related system integration.
Leveraging expertise to access and exchange data for internal applications.

  ### 5. Redox Not Well Suited for Small Deployments

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

We loved the idea, the promise, of a unified API with which to exchange data with our customer's EHR.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Redox failed to deliver EHR integration. We looked to them for not only technical expertise but bureaucratic expertise: we know that a significant challenge with working in healthcare is understanding how to wrangle vendors into cooperation. They were unable to do so.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

It's likely the experience would be different if we were a health system attempting to simplify integration with multiple large scale medical record platforms. However, a small business working with an independent practice integrating with a downscale EHR was apparently not a recipe for success.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wished to exchange data with our customer's EHR: eClinicalWorks. Redox stated they had done dozens of eCW implementations. When it came time to work with eCW to design and develop a specification for the integration to be done, they generated boilerplate implementation documents that revealed that they either did not understand our requirements or they did not take the time to customize the document to convey our requirements to the EHR vendor.

  ### 6. Redox bridge to client's EHR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian B. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

response time with cases and concerned personnel easy to reach on phone or email

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

having to chase down an invoice ea. mo. that should be mailed to us. Getting changes made to billing methods, still not done. poor accounting followup.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving need to interface customer's EHR with our product. Benefit is development costs

  ### 7. Helpful Partner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Redox is helpful throughout the process of discovery, integration, and support.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Redox has been fluid with their pricing models. We have been quoted various pricing tables that seem to change frequently with time and based on who presented them to us.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Redox is a trusted partner and provides sound guidance and expertise. Very helpful and easy to work with on integration projects.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of inefficiencies in hospital workflows. Redox has been instrumental in helping us navigate everything related to the integration with a health system's EMR.

  ### 8. Impression of Redox

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don N. | Senior Director, Cloud Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Innovative solution that meets a real need in healthcare. They are very responsive and helpful with their clients.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Their Interoperability solutions are limited mostly to EMR systems which limits our ability to use them as a full Interoperability partner.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Significantly improve EMR integration time and quality.

  ### 9. One of the Best Software Integration Partners I have ever worked with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty G. | Senior Staff Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Our HIS integration work flow has been greatly simplified.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

I do not have any negative feedback at this time.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving our need for a turn key EMR integration solution for our Customer facing medical devices and applications

  ### 10. Excellent API and Very Organized Approach

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

The Redox team has a formulaic, step-by-step approach to integration projects, including how to involve the client site as well as the vendor. Their API and developer tools are very clean and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

One downside is that you need a 3rd party at all, but that is the reality of the HIT market that Redox was created to fix.

Another problem is that Redox doesn't necessarily support the full range of APIs that vendors provide. For example, SMART-on-FHIR was not supported at the time we were working with them.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Redox to integrate with some EHR/LIS vendors with whom we haven't previously built our own point-to-point interfaces.

  ### 11. Being already piped into to so many hospital EHRs, it really makes adding new sites much easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

When i spoke with you guys the communication was great and you were able to answer all of my questions and concerns.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

There was a time when our email communication fell through. It was too long in between responses.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have time to do our own EHR integration. You guys fill that gap for us.

  ### 12. Partnership with Redox - Microsoft Teams Patients App

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

It was wonderful to work with a talented set of people at this startup! I had the opportunity to work with Sean, Nijay, and Tristan and many more of the product managers, and engineers. Their work on interoperability is amazing and even though the Teams patients app is currently on hold, we loved the interaction and will definitely come back to this!

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

The platform's business model and licensing

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health data interop and easy access to patient records in collab and comm tools like Microsoft Teams

  ### 13. Reliable Partner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

All of our Redox integrations have exceeded our expectations for monitoring and support. Solid response times and transparency!

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Redox dashboard can be more user friendly. We would like to see more of an elastic/Kibana search for messages.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Redox’s vendor-agnostic approach allows organizations to send or receive messages securely in any format associated with their electronic health record (EHR). We love their flexibility.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solid API to connect with certain EHRs and large scale deployments for results/order messages.

  ### 14. Redox simplifies working with HL7v2 feeds

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

API access and event alerts to HL7v2 feed data

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Custom data model, wish Redox supported FHIR natively

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

If your solution requires managing HL7v2 data feeds, you can simplify your development work considerably by working with Redox

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling patients data out of an Epic instance. Saved us a ton of time having to directly deal with HL7v2 data feeds, Redox performs great as an abstraction layer

  ### 15. Incredible Ease of Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Great data model and documentation. Fantastic team with whom it is very easy to work.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

We would really love an SDK! It would make future development even easier.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem of them all -- EMR integration. Redox uses their experience to take the strain of the heavy lifting off vendors so we can focus on deliver our core values.

  ### 16. Satisfied with Redox

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Ease of sending and receiving messages in a streamlined way

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Limitations of different message models not always being a good fit for a given use case. Not being able to guarantee ordering of message transmission across models.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving problems of patient workflows, having standardized validation of data in a certain format

  ### 17. Easy to plug and play, and with a great support staff!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

I like just having a single REST interface to be able to access healthcare information across a variety of EHRs. I'm just glad as an engineer that I don't need to deal with the EHRs myself. I also really enjoy the support that we've received from the Redox engineers during out integration.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Even though the interface is the same, EHRs still have their quirks and don't provide the C-CDA documents in a consistent format, so every field we use still requires careful scrutinization, which is time consuming and mostly a human process that is prone to error.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're trying to build the modern pharmacy, There are certain pieces of information we require from the clinic for us to process certain medications, such as figuring out whether a patient has tried a previous medication. Redox would give us access to that information without having to explicitly contact the provider and wait for them to submit that information.

  ### 18. Great for beginners integrating with other systems

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Any question I ask to redox they know or will research the answer for. I appreciate how supported I am and how much more confident I am in my organization's integration strategy

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

We have an integration that doesn't see a lot of traffic on staging. Whenever the customer tries to test on it after a while, the messages always timeout. The only way to resolve it has been to have redox resend the messages. It'd be great to have that automatically resend (like in Prod) so we don't have to keep on writing support tickets in and resolved it hours after the planned testing session

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Understand your value prop for integrations, so you don't get turned around too much. Consult with Redox frequently when making decisions, so you don't miss considerations or leave them in the dark.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redox connects to customers to make the process of intaking or sending out customer data a lot easier.

  ### 19. Redox helps us focus on our core competencies

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Redox salespeople know how to talk the talk and are helpful in calming nerves in a sales call/meeting, especially if you are a startup like us, with little experience in the healthcare industry. They make your story more believable. They are also good at maintaining a good connection with our partners and piping data thru to us.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

The costs are a bit high for what you get. And they don't quite have the experience they claim to have, in terms of integrating bidirectionally with ease with anyone. They also don't proactively monitor the connection for data passing thru it, so they're not really providing true 24/7 connectivity monitoring.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't want to spend time on managing a VPN connection and parsing data with various hospitals and EHRs, so they've helped out by providing that service. We can focus more of our energy on our core product.

  ### 20. Used Redox to integrate Webapp with multiple EHRs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | VP Technology and Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

The upside to redox is they hanle all the nuances of the HL7 configuration that vary from Healthsystem to Healthsystem. The normalize the data into a clean JSON format.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

I wish there was a way to perform even deeper (embedded webapp) integrations through them.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

If you need to do HL7 integrations to multiple EHRs, Redox is the way to go!

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have the knowledge and resources to build HL7 interfaces to multiple healthsystems. Redox let us build one interface and connect to many different EHRs

  ### 21. Great idea, poor execution and customer support

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

- Solves a very real problem
- Flexible integration scope
- Cheaper than alternatives
- Ability to integrate independent of the connection type SMTP, FHIR, HL7, and APIs
- Some of the CS staff is super knowledgable and helpful

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

- Poor customer support (both from the CS and eng teams)
- Very slow timelines
- Lots of mistakes and back and forth even for very simple changes
- Consistently integrations are block on Redox in terms of speed and availability

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Be ready to harass the Redox team to get anything done.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been trying to avoid having to do custom integrations. However, we've realized very few benefits because of the poor support and have decided to build the next integration ourselves.

**Official Response from George Mclaughlin:**

> Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us here at Redox. I am very sorry to hear your experience was not up to par. We'd love the chance to review your account and see where things went wrong and identify areas for improvement. If you are willing, please contact me directly at george@redoxengine.com so that I can initiate a review with our Customer Success team.

Thank you for your feedback! It is the only way we can identify issues and implement improvements.

  ### 22. Ability to take our integrations to the next level and expedite from contract to end user live.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jocelyn M. | Integration Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Their ability to conform to the needs of the multitudes, of health systems, provider offices and EMRs. Ability to translate information to both technical and non-technical contacts.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

There isnt much to dislike. If I could say anything more visibility on the back end filters/configs for interfaces via dashboard would be cool.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of working with multiple vendors and configuring to their specs. Redox does that for us and conform to the needs of our individual projects. They have also assisted in the development of multiple APIs which have opened many opportunities that were previously difficult to close.

  ### 23. The Redox team has been excellent to work with. Our representative has always responded quickly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean G. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

We only had to write one interface and can now interface to many systems.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

We have not experienced anything to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Consider the solid support staff and quick integration time.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are connecting to multiple health care systems. We have an affordable integration solution that allows us to quickly connect to our customers EHR, Lab System and HIE.

  ### 24. Great customer service.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Its very easy to get help. I had a question about single sign on, so I just went to their slack, and asked an engineer in the #sso channel. He got back to me quickly, and it was a huge help.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

In the staging environment timed out messages do not resent automatically and you need to create a ticket, compared to production where they are automatically resent. It would be nice for staging to share that behavior.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

Join their slack workspace.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating with EHRs. They make the process much easier.

  ### 25. Solid tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

We can interoperate with multiple clients without a custom integration into each instance of Epic

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

The data model can be overly verbose and the documentation was a little unclear that we could do GET and POST requests to the same endpoint.

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

There may be a slight learning curve to getting redox up and running, but it will pay dividends when you can easily integrate with multiple EHR's and healthcare systems in weeks instead of months.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to integrate our API with multiple healthcare systems. Redox makes that simple.

  ### 26. Redox has taken so much of the headache of integrating with EMR's from us.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

I like that Redox works with us as a partner to meet the needs for our clients EMR integration with our software. Andy is great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Destination and Source are both relative terms depending on which side of the fence you are looking at it from which can be confusing.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with redox for integrating our software with multiple EMR's. Redox allows us to put much of our development bandwidth on our app instead of dealing with complexity of integrations.

  ### 27. Degradation in service value and information

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

The service as it used to function was very useful.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Since App Orchard, Redox hasn't had a plan for CCD integrations. It left us in the lurch with partners wanting to use CCD messages. Redox then came with the HISP solution, but were very misleading on their knowledge and comfort with implementing it. After months of being assured it's simple to launch, we've been on some very embarrassing partner-facing calls with Redox where they've openly admitted to being uncertain and unprepared. We're not a huge customer, but the level of service has utterly tanked in 2019.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're honestly not solving anything with Redox at this point since they've admitted they don't have a CCD solution.

**Official Response from George Mclaughlin:**

> First, I would like to apologize for your experience. We pride ourselves on being integration experts and acting as a valuable extension of customers' teams. Maintaining that level of excellence and trust is of utmost importance to all of us here at Redox.

Second, while this experience was unsatisfactory, it is incorrect to say that Redox does not support CCD integrations. In reality, ClinicalSummary, our data model directly associated with CCDs, is our second most used API. Additionally, Epic integrations make up 18% of our total integrations, representing a significant volume of our network.

There is often a lot of confusion about what is possible with EHRs. This can lead to miscommunication that takes time to resolve. I would love the opportunity to review your case and see where this breakdown occurred. If you are willing, please contact me directly at george@redoxengine.com so that I can initiate a review with our Customer Success team.

Thank you for your feedback. It is critical to our continuous improvement as an organization.

  ### 28. Making it easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve C. | US Commercial Lead , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

The team from redox. Is great and problem
Solvers They have ready made solutions and show how to integrate.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

No sandbox for trial as that would
Help smaller companies for example
To bring connections to life before an account

**Recommendations to others considering Redox:**

They are a good start up partner and get you up and running quickly

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with key clients and making it easy on them with two way data flow

  ### 29. An easy to use Integration application

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

Redox is well suited for connecting to hospitals and obtain data in a standardized manner. Standardization is the biggest benefit as different hospitals have different formats of data.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Any Changes to data format (JSON) are not easy as it has to be drive by Redox team and is dependent on Redox product roadmap.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy connection to hospitals. Standardization of data. Using Queues to pipeline data flows makes it easier to manage than traditional approaches of flat files.

  ### 30. Good in theory, needs better communication channels

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Redox?**

The core offering is the only valuable thing I have been able to identify thus far.

**What do you dislike about Redox?**

Downtime between site onboarding and follow up. If the average turn around time is 6-8 for networks who have not integrated with Redox before then they should be categorized differently than networks who are already integrated and don't have the same time frame.

**What problems is Redox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to deal with individual health networks.

  ### 31. Great start

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The API approach and their data models makes it super simple to get going, not having to deal with transformations it also really nice
