I do not like that REDCap tends to lag a lot, and the interface is very very old-schooled. Antique, I would say. The logo itself is a pretty good reflection of what the interface for REDCap looks like when you log in. It's just a lot of text everywhere, and the interface is not very "clean." The thing I like best about RedCap is that if you are normally using excel sheets to keep track of longitudinal data, RedCap is a much better alternative. The thing I dislike about RedCap is that their FAQ and help pages are not that helpful. If you have questions about something you are trying to do in RedCap, you are much better off googling it and finding a forum of experienced RedCap users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can safely secure sensitive information collected from human participants. After all, it's our job to make sure we keep safe, REDCap allows us to do just that!
