I like that REDCap allows me to maintain data in a viewer-friendly format. I can also download all of my data in an excel sheet for easy analysis. There are many limitations to using and storing medical data, so I appreciate that I can restrict downloads to non-identifiable data and they also do date shifting for users with limited access. I also like that REDCap allows me to very specifically grant different levels of access for each person on each individual project, and you can vary individual access by project. It maintains the privacy that is mandated by the medical field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish REDCap did more data corrections. I would like to be notified when there is an error in my data, or if REDCap would allow me to set criteria like that. It does allow you to set minimums and maximums for fields, but I would like a wider range of settings for each question. There is some flexibility with setting requirements and question logic, but I would like a wider range of those types of features and more logic arguments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's online, it takes care of data entry.it keeps track of responses from participants and will automatically send reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I thought the interface was a little non-intuitive - I sometimes struggled to find features because of the organization. The randomization was difficult to figure out as well. Just seems like things could be easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the beginning, there were some technical kinks that had to be worked out (i.e. radio buttons that didn't work etc...) but it seems to have all been worked out now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
