Redsift OnDmarc is one of the easiest tools to manage and fight phishing, unauthorized use of your email domains, and also have a better control of your email reputation. It has one of the nicest UI for setting up and very informative on the report, making it easier to check every week. The platform gives excellent visibility on DMARC reporting and added Forensic Reporting. Great if you are onboarding your DMARC journey, to try identify any issues between status changes before moving at a desired 100% REJECT status.

Added benefit of profiding hosted DYNAMIC SPF, DKIM and DMARC record as required, which helps reduce disclosed information to threat actors who may be information gathering thorugh DHS records.

So far all good, have only used the product for 4 months, cannot really find any downsides. Perhaps only bit of feedback would be that the OWNERs accounts should be able to enforce MFA for all of the other accounts, rather than relying on the account holders to enable this, just as an added layer of platform auth security. The product is easy to set up, use, and allows us to monitor our resources effectively. Validating, configuring and testing all aspects of a well configured and secure email transmission path is tricky and is so easy to misconfigure. If that happens emails will either get lost or won't be validated as expected. Working with the RedSift team was easy, the configuration an validation was managed very efficiently, in such a friently and helpful manner. They then let the ssytem run for a couple of weeks to check all is good and help you lock down your domian(s) for full DMARC compliance when there is enough data to be certain only messages from your sources are delivered safely and messages from bad actors are never able to tarnish your brand. The console is well layed out, but to be fair, the weekly digests give you an over view of whats happeing, so you don't need to log on that offen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The BIMI process is a bit long winded, and requires a lot of background work, but not RedSift's part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's ease of use and has been very easy to implement. It has been an integral part of our environment to preventing bad actors. We use the product for our daily checks and to check for compliance.
