I use Red Points for brand protection, mainly to detect and remove counterfeit products, piracy, and unauthorized use of our content across online marketplaces. I appreciate that it has automated and scaled our enforcement efforts, eliminating the need for us to manually submit cases or provide supporting evidence, as everything is handled end to end. The quality of support from our customer success manager, Julia Ariza, is something I really value; her communication is proactive, structured, and reliable. Red Points operates as a true managed service, especially when it comes to detection and takedowns. Additionally, the setup wasn't complex, and the onboarding process was closely guided, which made things easier for us.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

There is very little critique of Red Points, but having access to more analytics insight within the reporting dashboard would be nice. This is a minor consideration given the overall effectiveness of the platform.

What we appreciate most about Red Points is the platform's user-friendliness. Having been clients since 2017, we've become quite comfortable navigating the tools and using the features. The automated reports that we receive via email are also incredibly useful in keeping track of any issues that arise. The enforcement team is proactive in suggesting improvements, like their recent advice on removing unutilized replicas from the portal. Red Points acts as an extension of our brand protection team. Their IP experts manage the full detection and enforcement cycle, we simply validate where needed, and they handle the rest.

Occasionally enforcement timelines can vary, but we understand that some takedowns require more documentation and process steps than others.

We've been really impressed with the level of support from our Customer Success Manager, Julia Ariza. The communication is proactive and consistent , we always feel informed and supported. Red Points does an incredible job at detection and takedowns. We don't need to request takedowns or submit evidence ourselves, they handle it end to end. This has freed up significant time for our team.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

There's very little to complain about. If anything, we'd love even more granular analytics in the reporting dashboard, but this is a minor point in the context of the overall service.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

The most interesting thing is the level of accuracy with which the platform identifies even the most advanced fake offers of our hearing implants. It is not as simple as logos, it examines descriptions and images of products with flawless accuracy and the accuracy is important when the health of the patients is at stake.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

The first system was time-consuming on the part of our legal and product teams to assist the system in being trained on minor details of our original devices and imitations.

A looming menace in counterfeit implants available on international online websites was threatening us and this was a direct treat to the safety of patients and our brand. Red Points provides a systematic method of locating and eliminating these hazardous counterfeits and this has played a critical roles in safeguarding the lives of people at risk and ensuring our image of quality and safety.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

What I value most about Red Points is their fast response time and the consistency of the results they deliver. When issues come up, we know they will be addressed quickly, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations. The customer support portal is intuitive and easy to use, especially for reporting and tracking smaller or more specific cases without friction.

The support team has also been a strong point throughout our experience. Communication is clear and timely, and we always feel supported when questions or edge cases arise. Mary Spyridaki, in particular, has been extremely responsive and helpful, making sure we understand next steps and that nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

There are no major pain points with the platform. That said, given our organizational structure, having the option to manage different business entities or brands as more clearly separated environments would be helpful and better aligned with our internal setup.

Red Points helps us manage and validate counterfeit activity and unauthorized sales on a weekly basis in a much more structured and efficient way than manual processes would allow. 

Since working with them, our brand is better protected, enforcement feels a bit more predictable, and our internal teams spend less time reacting to issues and more time focusing on strategic priorities.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

The automated take downs are incredibly efficient. We used to spend hours tracking counterfeit products, but Red Points now does most of the heavy lifting. I also like how transparent the reports are we can see which marketplaces are most active and where we need to focus next.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

Occasionally, lower priority listings  take longer to process, and I wish we had more flexibility to tag cases ourselves. Still, the support team is quick to respond whenever we flag something urgent.

Before Red Points, fake product were appearing on multiple marketplaces almost daily. Now, those listings are found and removed automatically. It's helped us protect our brand image, secure our customers trust and recover lost sales.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

They actually keep an eye on all those weird new marketplaces that shows up out of nowhere, the ones you would never be able to check manually even if you tried. It’s pickup new picks up new Ecomm and social commerce platforms pretty fast as they start trending, and somehow handles all the different layouts plus APIS without breaking. Honestly , that flexibility has been huge because counterfeiters jump ship the second a platforms gets too serious.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

The newer marketplaces…well, half the time their rules are kinda vague of still changing, so getting stuff taken down can be a bit of a puzzle. Early monitoring sometimes means we end up helping them figure out their own brand protection processes, which wasn’t exactly the plan but we have leaned into it. It does take patience, but weirdly enough it’s put us in this spot where we are almost shaping hope these new platforms deal with infringements.

Once we got the big marketplace under control, the bad guys just love to these smaller, barely regulated places where we didn’t have much coverage. So even though we would “won” on the main platforms, the problems kept popping up somewhere else. With Red Points covering all those sides market places too, there’s basically nowhere left for counterfeiters to hide. Feels like we have finally have protection across the whole e-commerce space, no just the usual suspects.

It's not really a downfall for RedPoints, but our Executive Team wanted very detailed reports than what initially is provided. When we talked to our RedPoints Manager, Daniela, and explained what we were looking for, she had all the data on the next report that we needed to provide. Again, quick resolution! Additionally, their reporting is top-tier: detailed, clear, and results-driven, making it easy to see the tangible impact of their services.

Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, offers extensive international coverage, and demonstrates a clear understanding of what a true partnership should look like.

One of the biggest highlights of working with Red Points has been our Customer Success Manager, Mike. He is not only incredibly responsive and always willing to hop on calls with anyone on our team, but he’s also extremely knowledgeable. We’ve been using Redpoints for over a year now, and it has significantly improved our ability to protect our brand online. The sw is easy to use and offers a clear, organized interface that makes monitoring and managing infringements very straightforward. It has been incredibly effective in detecting numerous websites impersonating our brand, as well as fake FB and IG profiles or ads leading to scam sites with unrealistic discounts. The support team is responsive and always ready to assist with setup and optimization.

The platform requires careful configuration to match the specific needs of your brand and context. If set too broadly, it can generate a high volume of results that require manual review; if too narrow some infringements might be missed. However, this is typical of this kind of tools. Thankfully, the support team is always available to help adjust the settings to find the right balance and ensure you can effectively identify potential infringements.

Red Points is helping us fight online counterfeiting and brand impersonation. Before using the sw, it was difficult to track and take action against the scam websites and fake social media profiles. **What do you like best about Red Points?**

The results! Their system works, their team is top notch, and the outcome is reflective of it all. Their interface is easy to use and understand, allows for quick action, and provides the right balance of visibility and digestibility. Red Points staff are friendly and efficient, often going the extra mile. In a few months, we experienced a steep drop in counterfeit activity and throughout the busy season, we had a fraction of the issues we'd had the year before. It's remarkable how many issues that you may not be certain are linked to counterfeit activity are resolved, once Red Point tightens up your game and those seemingly unrelated issues are magically solved.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

We have not experienced any downsides. However, if a company is small and starting out, perhaps the cost will seem hefty at first. That said, trust that as soon as the budget allows, it's worth the cost. The sooner it's implemented, the better. As soon as a product gains traction, it will be a target and then Red Points will seem like a drop in the bucket and a beyond-reasonable cost.

How intuitive and easy it is to classify the types of infringements. Very visually-oriented and simple to use. I've worked with them for 9 years and they've removed tens of thousands of counterfeit listings and saved FOREO millions of dollars in lost revenue. Red Points is a super efficient way for detecting and enforcing infringements for a company likes ours. There are too many copycats to manage effectively without an algorithm-based software like RedPoints. We've worked with red Points for 4+ years and their dashboard continues to evolve and improve providing quick snapshots into enforcement success and the ability to run reports in a snap.

**What do you dislike about Red Points?**

Does well detecting on major platforms but wish it could detect some trickier ones like private facebook pages, etc. Also, they do fairly well identifying patent infringements but it is nearly impossible for a platform like this to enforce/stop this type of infringement on major platforms like Amazon, Shein, Mercado, Temu, etc.

Reducing/enforcing an excessive amount of copyright infringements-- too many to successfully manage manually

The platform is very easy to use, you are given a personal contact who maintains your relationship for the full time. We have a number of take downs and therefore is easily manageable from a volume perspective. We use the platform regularly and the Customer Support email address is very useful to use. It was very easy to implement with just a couple of teething issues with integration.

Verify websites to take down can be time consuming and there have been a few times when our own linked sites were nearly affected (those this is resolved).

Brand protection is more important than many realize. There are so many people trying to make counterfeit products of popular brands, that we need a service like Red Points to do all the work in tracking an mitigating all the infringements. Their portal is super simple to use and we spend about 10 minutes a day reviewing all the possible infringements for accuracy. I'd recommend Red Points in a second to other brands who don't put any effort into brand protection.

We have Wholesale customers that sometimes get caught by Red Points, they are legitimate sellers but there have been a few times where their Facebook posts and accounts have been suspended in error.

They are located in Spain I believe, but our contact speaks English great.

There are literally thousands of websites selling our products that are either counterfeit or are using our copywrite images for their benefit. Red Points hunts them down and gets the product listings taken down. They do a great job at that.

The level of service offered to Red Points' customers is fantastic. If you need any information or any assistance, you will always find a very qualified agent who will quickly help you. 
The ability to set up automatic rules that can easily scan and confirm infringements is also a very interesting features that can help you save a tremendous amount of time.

The User Interface could offer more information about the spotted listings as a preview in order to facilitate the confirmation of the infringements. But this UI is often improved and I am sure this issue will be fixed soon.

**What do you like best about Red Points?**

The UI is clear, simple and well laid out so it's easy to navigate. I was able to learn the software very quickly as well as roll out teaching to others with no issues. The algorithm really captured a great deal of matches after a short learning period and I was able to work through a large number of items easily thanks to the thorough setup. The customer support is also excellent, communicative and very helpful so we are able to get the most out of Redpoints.

I would have liked to export excel files with my choice of metrics more easily however this gets better with each patch almost.

We're able to find many more counterfeits than we could have without the software as well as achieve a very high rate of takedowns. This directly improves our sales as well as brand optics.

We have been using Redpoints for many years and from the very first day I have been amazed at just how efficient the team are at removing counterfeit posts on platforms we didn't know existed.
As a brand owner it is imperative that I protect my brand along with any copyright designs to not only prevent improper sales but to protect brand integrity as I do not want sub standard products bearing my brands name entering the market as it can put others off buying the brand. 
Redpoints helps take care of all of this.

So far there is nothing not to like. The team at Redpoints are extremly helpful and efficient especially with answering queries.
I also attended a trade event in Munich where I went to meet the staff and they looked after me very well after I conducted an interview with them at the booth. Nothing to dislike.

It's not just stopping counterfeit sales that matters. If somebody is using a poor quality fake garment in public, that projects a bad image towards would be customers thus damaging the brand deeply.

The customer support is also great.

At times their more advanced analytical tools can be difficult to navigate. The main usability is however very clear and simple.

Occasionally, listings can come back online. Transparency could be improved regarding why listings are not removed or have not been successfully removed. The bots that look for infringing listings often pull in our own brand/listings, so manual monitoring us necessary.

We would recommend RedPoints as a solution to the challenging eCommerce landscape, as unauthorized and often counterfeit products are emerging all over the Internet.

With RedPoints, we have been able to remove nearly 2,000 unauthorized listings for a teether toy that we produce. We have had great success, and most counterfeit versions of our product are no longer easily found by consumers.

The Redpoints tool is very accessible and easy to read, furthermore the personal contact with our case-manager is very good. I always receive a speedy reply and also the transition from one case-manager to another was very smooth.
