What do you like best about Red Points?

What I value most about Red Points is their fast response time and the consistency of the results they deliver. When issues come up, we know they will be addressed quickly, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations. The customer support portal is intuitive and easy to use, especially for reporting and tracking smaller or more specific cases without friction.

The support team has also been a strong point throughout our experience. Communication is clear and timely, and we always feel supported when questions or edge cases arise. What do you dislike about Red Points?

There are no major pain points with the platform. That said, given our organizational structure, having the option to manage different business entities or brands as more clearly separated environments would be helpful and better aligned with our internal setup.
