**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Recruiterflow is easy to use and makes it simple for me to keep all of my candidates, jobs, and clients in one accessible area. The other thing I LOVE about RF is that it syndicates to other job portals including ZipRecruiter which I never used before. It has already yielded me candidates that I have placed from this new source, making it a huge ROI!

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

One thing that I don't love is that I can't find candidates based on the job title. (This may be something I simply don't know how to look up!)

Keeping things streamlined and keeping workflow easier.

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

It just makes sense - the layout, the tools, the automation. You get more for your money with Recruiter Flow.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I can't really think of anything but it would be good to be able to assign a date or month with company leads, but there is a workaround for this using the Custom Fields tool.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow provides one place for candidates and clients that can easily be sorted into groups using the Tags tool, allowing me to personalise some of my automated emails to ensure the balance between quality and quantity. 
Recruiterflow makes it easy to keep in touch with the market via e-shots.

Recruiterflow has great intuition and functionability... it is a well-thought out platform and they are constantly updating the functions and features.

Keeps your desk organized and so you don't have to remember everything or have notes all over the place.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

When I have a sort going and then I go into the details of a candidate, the back arrow doesn't always work and I have to sort again for the same criteria.

Keeps my desk organized and I can find phone numbers and names quickly.  I can also share data with Hiring Managers to let them know the status of candidates at a glance.

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

They have built a Recruitment CRM that is clean and easy to use but also has powerful automations built in. Love their Chrome extension for working from Linkedin and Gmail. They also have excellent and very responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

If you use Outlook, I don't think they have the Chrome extension for the inbox. But otherwise, no obvious downsides.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easy for my team to add new candidates and clients into the CRM, has both Deal Tracking and Candidate Pipeline for pipelines. Has a very useful Client Portal for closer collaboration. Workflow automations that can be triggered by a variety of actions.

What I like about RF is that it excels in providing a user-friendly interface that simplifies the recruiting process. The intuitive design allows for easy navigation and quick access to all essential features. Its robust automation tools save time by streamlining tasks such as candidate sourcing, email sequences, and follow-ups.

I think the initial setup and customization can be somewhat time-consuming for new users. And the learning curve might be steep for those unfamiliar with recruitment software.

RF helps me with the automation of routine tasks, enhanced collaboration with coworkers, better analytics, effective sourcing and its very friendly to use.

We have been one of RecruiterFlow's earliest customers and have been very happy with our experience we have had with the whole team. Constant updates and improvements being made and extremely open to feedback from their customers.

I don't have anything I would say I dislike about RecruiterFlow. Early on as they were still building the platform out it didn't have as many features as they do now but that is a given as a new company.

Maybe it will be helpfull if we have the scorecards presented on a list ordered by date (last to recent)

It is very helpfull to follow candidates process during the different stages. 
Easy acess to information which saves time.
It helped me with the candidates CVs, gaving me the opportunity to produce some CVs with companys templates.

As an agency CEO, I've used 3 other ATS companies over the years.  Recruiter flow is the best of all.  Best customer service, best value, and best user interface.  Highly recommend these guys!

Would liie ability to link to LinkedIn profile and AI candidate matching.

It's helping me make more hires by organizing our candidates, clients, and jobs.  I like the auot emails and reporting too.

It's a central place for all the team members to store the files to a candidate's profile with everyone having an access to it.
Adding a new job seems to be easy too. The customer service is very helpful and always there for you.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

It's not always possible to share all the files with the client in one email (due to a restricted size).
The 'search' option in the list of all candidates could be better.

The personal files of the candidates are kept in a safe space available only for the ones with the access.

Nothing! For someone who isn't extremely "techy" this platforms makes my job as a recruitment consultant so much easier

Great integration with LinkedIn, with a good number of costume fields that can help a lot. The RF database is also good for sourcing old candidates.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I think rejecting a candidate in multiple roles is still a manual process, which could be easier. Maybe in the future, we can disqualify the candidate from all the 10 roles that he applies, for instead of being one by one.

Keep tracking the candidate's recruitment process, and the life cycle of the process.

It is easy to set up and easy to use and easy to train people on its use. Attracts the candidate process well and Is intuitive to use. It has the ability to be customised and this process is simple to do. It is also easy to control who has access to what data and who can edit it. It is well integrated with LinkedIn and adding Data from LinkedIn and into Recruiter flows very easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The reporting for performance of users is not great but is workable. The drawback for me is the lack of a mobile platform.

It is used for the tracking of applicants through the job process and as a CRM for marketing to new clients.

Customization!  As a recruiter for the creative industry it's key to have customization to find the right candidates through custom fields. I am able to have candidate provide information that will make it easier to find them in the future.

At times bugs come up, but Recruiterflow's customer service is top notch.

As an independent recruiter, Recruiterflow allows me act as if I am a multi-person team with all of it's features including automation.

I love the various text/email campaigns & receipes you can set up. These automation feautures have saved me countless hours and I love the ability to get my jobs posted to so many job boards simulaneously.

I have found other ATS systems that provide more access to job boards but most of them still don't compare.

It helps me save so much time by posting to multiple job boards and the automations save me countless hours every week.

Feature-rich, highly customizable, intuitive, continuously improving and adding features, complete recruiting package under one roof. Customer support is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Would like to be able to relocate certain elements in the modules to suit my business but they're hard-coded. This is by no means a negative. Just one minor area I would like better control of.

Automating communication with prospects, clients and candidates.
Search capabilities are fast and easy and highly beneficial.
Integration with calling, texting, emailing are seamless and 2 way sync.

The ease of use.  Everything is 1-2 clicks away and the team at Recruiterflow love feedback and want to improve the solution.

Nothing so far, it's been great.   Just looking forward to the product improvements to take place that are on the product roadmap!

the pipeline view was something I needed badly as I was doing everything manual.  It's a great tool, can't recommend it enough and I've told 3-4 industry peers about it.

I like the simplicaity of using Recruiterflow for our recruitment operations. The intuitative nature of the platform is great and has all the features we require. I also like how the product team are constantly making tweaks and adjustments to improve things.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I would like there to be an App. Sometimes when I'm away from my desk it would be helpful to check stuff from my device.

I find it veru helpful to have all things CRM/ATS in one place. The ease of use when moving people through a pipeline is great, and the highly customisable approach works well for us. I also love the email campaigns tools built in.

The customer service is very helpful and responsive.

There are little things that could be done better with the email template system. It just seems a little clunky at times. I would like RecruiterFlow Job and Candidate pages to allow for custom fields that can populate accordingly into email templates but I haven't seen this as a feature.

Recruiterflow is a very intuitive system to use and it works very well for team use. It also integrates seamlessly with LinkedIn and Microsoft Outlook so you can track all your communications with candidates.

I honestly did not find any features that I disliked about the platform.

Recruiterflow solves all my applicant tracking issues. Before implementing Recruiterflow, I was manually tracking my applicants and many of my follow ups and communications fell through the cracks. Recruiterflow makes it so easy to keep up with applicants and clients. Giving my clients access to my applicants has also been a huge help.

I enjoy the consistent updates and ease of use. From beginners to those experiencing in the entire recruitment cycle, RecruiterFlow is great at finding the information you need. I enjoy the customization so different employees can track applicants the way they'd like.

Some of the cloning features can be worked on - not everything gets copied over, but it isn't a huge concern.

Multiple candidates with various jobs - finding the right candidate is easy. I don't always need to go back to LinkedIn because we've been establishing our own candidate pool and parsing through there has been great.

Some of the UI could be updated. For example, when I update the candidate's custom fields the save button is hidden, therefore I miss it and my work is lost.

The automations and AP integrations are incredibly useful. The feature that allows me to set up email templates saves a lot of time. Being able to manage everything in one place is one of the best aspects of RF, as I don't need to transfer between different portals to collect applications.
