## About Recruiterflow
Recruiterflow is the AI-native recruiting system built for executive search firms and recruitment businesses globally. Most recruiting platforms make a quiet compromise. Either they are built for AI and run out of depth the moment a firm tries to scale. Or they are built for enterprise and treat AI as something to add later, on top, as an afterthought. Either way, the firm pays for it. Recruiterflow is the only platform that never made that compromise. AI-native from the ground up. Enterprise-grade from day one. The intelligence running through every workflow is called AIRA. AIRA is not a chatbot or a module. AIRA is the architecture itself — capturing context, matching by meaning, surfacing the right action, executing autonomously. It doesn't replace consultant's judgment. It removes admin ruthlessly ensuring consultants are able to win more: More mandates, more placements, more revenue. Recruiterflow is built by second-time founders from IIT who have spent two decades building AI products. Every architectural decision, every product bet, and every R&D investment comes from founders who have been here before, who know what it takes to build AI that actually works at scale. Over 2,100+ firms across retained, contingent, and executive search trust Recruiterflow to future-proof their business. AI Native Intelligence. Enterprise Grade Depth. The firms winning the next decade start today — and they start with Recruiterflow.

## Recruiterflow Reviews
 ### 1. Mediocre ATS, Terrible CRM, Terrible customer service.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Braden S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Their careers page looks good. Besides that, I hate everything about this company.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Terrible experience from start to finish
I wish I never signed up for RecruiterFlow. I've got a long list of reasons why, here's the ones I can think of off the top of my head

- It's both a CRM and an ATS. It's the best at neither. I think it could be good if you upgraded to the AIRA plan, but that's only available as an annual plan for $2400 per user per year. So for a team of 3, It's $7200 upfront to be able to use the AI features. There's no way I would ever pay that for a software in an age where I could use Claude Code to build a fully custom one.

Without paying the $7200, you're limited in the functionality you'd expect in a CRM, which makes the CRM worse than basically every $50 - $100/month CRM. Once I realized that, I was paying $200/month per user for an ATS that's okay, but far from ideal. If it was $200/month, I probably would've dealt with it. At $200/user/month, with a team of 3, I'd be paying $600/month for an ATS. There's far better options out there. I switched to Ashby.

- The customer service isn't good. They say customer service is available 24/5 (Idk why not 24/7), but it takes like 4-6 hours to get a response on the live chat. Which I definitely wouldn't consider 24 hour a day support.

- There's a lot of things with the ATS that don't make sense. Example: It doesn't parse resumes automatically. If you want the resume parsed, you have to do it one by one. I asked their team if they could update that and they said no, and that I should just make my application page longer to include the info that's already on their resume (Like their work history). It seems like a very simple problem for their dev team to solve, they didn't seem interested in solving it.

- Their migration process seems intentionally difficult. Once I switched ATSs, there was no information on how to migrate out. They told me to book a call, and they had limited availability that didn't work for me. In that time, I couldn't cancel my subscription because the resumes were still saved in RecruiterFlow. When I finished migrating my data, I requested a refund for the period in between when I wanted to migrate out, and they said no.

They have a great careers page. Everything else, I didn't like about RecruiterFlow. I know now that there's better options. I wish I would have spent more time looking into those other options before signing up with RecruiterFlow.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Braden,

Recruiterflow is built for recruitment and search firms that need a purpose-built platform, not a general-purpose CRM with recruiting bolted on. That distinction matters, and if it wasn't communicated clearly enough during your evaluation, that's something we will do better on our end.

On the specifics: our support team operates on documented SLAs that we stand behind, our migration process is guided intentionally to protect data integrity, and our refund policy is applied consistently and transparently. We understand that doesn't make it feel better when you're on the receiving end of a decision that didn't go your way.

The frustration is real, and we don't take that lightly. Switching platforms is stressful, and we're sorry the experience landed the way it did. We wish you well with Ashby.

 ### 2. RecruiterFlow Makes Recruiting Workflows Seamless and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

The workflow feels seamless from start to finish. Adding candidates and contacts is quick, with no unnecessary steps, and moving them into campaigns takes almost no effort. Everything is laid out in a logical order that matches how I actually recruit day to day. As a founder running a boutique talent advisory and search firm, that really matters to me. I need my ATS to work with me, not slow me down, and RecruiterFlow does exactly that.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Not much I can add to be honest. I really have enjoyed it

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a boutique search firm means wearing every hat at once. The biggest operational risk is letting candidates and contacts fall through the cracks while you are focused on running active searches. RecruiterFlow solves that. Everything lives in one place, outreach is organized, and campaigns keep me moving without having to manually track every touchpoint. The time I used to spend managing my pipeline I now spend actually working it. For a solo operator, that is a real difference.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Billy,

Running a boutique search firm solo is genuinely hard. Every hour you spend managing your tool is an hour not spent on client work. The fact that Recruiterflow gets out of your way and lets you focus on working your pipeline is exactly what we build for. If you ever want to explore how AIRA's automation can take even more off your plate as you scale, we'd love to show you.

 ### 3. Streamlined Recruiting with Seamless LinkedIn Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I like Recruiterflow's versatility and ease of use. It's really nice that it integrates well with LinkedIn, letting me stay within LinkedIn and easily import candidates and start campaigns without switching between apps. It streamlines my workflow, allowing me to source candidates and handle communications in one place, which saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The only thing that I think could be better is the Chrome plugin. The drop down that allows me to stay within LinkedIn could use some enhancements, like making jobs and campaigns sticky. If I'm doing a search for a specific role, that role doesn't always come to the top, even though I've been selecting those repeatedly. There's still a need to search for them. Also, pinning notes can only be done from the app, which could be improved.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow solves remembering top candidates, moving them through the pipeline, and managing new business flows. Its ease of use and integration with LinkedIn streamline candidate sourcing and communication, saving me time.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Stephen,

We're glad the LinkedIn integration is saving you real time.. Your note on the Chrome plugin is sharp and specific. The role/campaign stickiness issue and the pinning limitation are on our radar, and this kind of detail helps us prioritize. Share more through support anytime. We want the extension to feel as smooth as the rest of the platform.

 ### 4. Intuitive ATS with Stellar Customizability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I use Recruiterflow as my primary ATS, and I really like its clear and user-friendly tracking of candidate and job requisition progress. It's very intuitive and user-friendly, which makes my job easier. I also appreciate that they are constantly extending and improving their product capabilities. The customizable job view is great as it provides at-a-glance progress views and easy access to candidate-level information. The NLP search capabilities make it easy to find what I'm looking for, and the flexible reporting portal allows me to look at macro and micro trends in our company's performance. Additionally, configuring integrations is straightforward, and the entire initial setup process was as easy as you could reasonably expect. The customer success and onboarding team were great.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The voice integration has some bugs, but otherwise not really! The base product works great.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Recruiterflow for clear, user-friendly tracking of candidates and jobs, with intuitive features like customizable job views, NLP search, and a flexible reporting portal, which helps track macro and micro trends.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Kim,

The customizable job views and NLP search are two things we've invested heavily in, so it's great to hear they're actually making a difference in how you work your pipeline. On the voice integration: that bug feedback is noted and we're actively working through it. If you can share specifics via support, it'll help us get to the root of it faster. Appreciate you taking the time to write this.

 ### 5. Powerful All-in-One ATS That Replaced Our Spreadsheets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobby P. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I really like that there are so many powerful products and tools within my ATS. We have eliminated so many outside excel sheets and useless documents and brought everything into RecruiterFlow

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

There are so many enhancements and features being added, it does take a little time for them to be perfected.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many. We came to this platform because we wanted an ATS that could do campaigns. It solves that issue and gives us so many other features. Campaigns inside our ATS was a huge one. This also gives us AI note takers, call loggers, AI insights, intuitive dashboards with endless metrics. Pretty much cutting edge with any feature you could possibly want in an ATS

 ### 6. Effortless Setup, Exceptional User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I find the user experience of Recruiterflow really easy to use. As soon as you start using the product, you can see the menu buttons on the left hand side, and they are easy to navigate. At each step, it pops up with a guide on what you need to do, which made my initial setup straightforward. Once it was set up, it's a fantastic platform to use. The user guides are really helpful, and if I ever need to learn something new, I can easily find the information. The team that works at Recruiterflow is absolutely incredible. Anytime we've had questions, they've been available for a call. Abhishek and some Charter are always available to help.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Nothing

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Recruiterflow to store our data, manage the job pipeline, track candidate progress, book interviews, and send information using email templates.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Emma,

This genuinely made us smile:) An onboarding experience that clicks from day one is something we work hard to get right. Abhishek will be thrilled to hear this. Now that you're up and running, dig into AIRA when you're ready. It takes the pipeline management and outreach you're already doing and makes it significantly faster.

 ### 7. Streamlines Recruitment with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natália C. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I find the plug-in with linkedin is really helpful for us, allowing us to see everything about the candidate and input all the information really easily to clients and for the jobs we have. The customer success manager, Abhishek, is really amazing with me, dealing with all the questions and problems I have to solve. He helps me a lot and brings me all the information and things I could do to improve or use with Recruiterflow. The setup was really easy, and it's very easy to use Recruiterflow to bring all of the data and support. The support is one of the best things they have, and I'm always in contact with Abhishek, who is always helping me with any questions that I or the team have. So, the implementation and setup were really easy because of the support they have.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I think they could improve the data, especially the reports, so I could do it myself easily (something close to monday for example). The UX of the reports is not the best, it works, but it is not so easy to setup. The metrics of the consultants and funnel, works really well, my point is about of data related to one hiring process specifically, candidate seniority, industries that we've mapped and other insights could be improved, considering we would like to send this information to our clients.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow helps me with data organization for clients, consultant metrics, and sourcing candidates effectively. It streamlines the overall process and enhances career flow within my team.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hey Natália,

Glad to hear the social plugin is doing real work for your sourcing flow, and Abhishek would be thrilled to see this. On the reporting side: we're actively building toward, and this kind of specific feedback helps us prioritize.

Drop us a line at help[at]recruiterflow.com if you want to share more about what your client reporting looks like today. We'd love to use your workflow as a reference.

 ### 8. All-In-One Recruiting Software with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dale S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I like the ease of use of Recruiterflow. Despite being in the recruiting business for thirty-five years and being pretty set in my ways, Recruiterflow allowed me to learn new flows and new ways of doing things effortlessly. The customer support and onboarding are impressive, and any issues I've had have been addressed quickly and painlessly; the help has been top drawer. I don't spend as much time trying to figure out the software, which reduces the amount of admin work I need to do. The initial setup was very easy, with minimal problems that were quickly resolved, even when they were on my end, like with email integration. Overall, Recruiterflow is a great package that handles everything I need from start to finish, from candidate development to talking to candidates.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Some of the help articles are a little dated and it'd be nice to have them updated. It's a little frustrating because the software has progressed much further. I'm a visual guy and like to be able to have a printed version as a future reference point.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to use four different pieces of software. Now I have everything in one spot, from taking AI notes to sequencing and research through LinkedIn. It's a great package for candidate development, submission, client management and cultivation.

 ### 9. Streamlined Processes, But Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison F. | Human Resources Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I like the formatting and structure of Recruiterflow, and I think there's a lot that can be done with automation. It's user-friendly compared to other platforms, which makes it easier to use. It helps us focus on higher priority tasks instead of worrying about sending out emails or follow-up reminders. The integration with LinkedIn is helpful for seeing applicants, and overall, it's just easier to use.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I think the tag field is a bit annoying. The tags themselves, like organizing or maybe grouping them, could be better. The deals page is a bit hard to understand when reading it. Tracking revenue is also difficult, especially when trying to separate between retained jobs and completed jobs. Another downfall is the lack of easy integrations with other software.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow helps streamline our processes, manages workflows, and ensures we're tracking leads effectively. It's user-friendly, linked to LinkedIn, and automates tasks like follow-ups, allowing us to focus on higher priority tasks.

 ### 10. Efficient Recruiting with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared S.

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I really enjoy using Recruiterflow because it helps me simplify my recruiting and keeps everything very organized with good technology and AI. It's very fast, which makes things a lot smoother for me. Moreover, the Chrome extension is great because I can do everything there, like using LinkedIn, making calls, and writing notes. It's very useful and enjoyable for my work. The initial setup was easy, thanks to the very helpful team, especially Arunima. The overall product is easy to use, simple, and fast, making it a great tool for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The KPI tracking took me a bit of time to make customized reports. It was different from the CRMs that I'm used to, but overall, it's pretty convenient.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow simplifies my recruiting, keeps everything organized with good technology and AI, and is very fast.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Jared,

Glad we've been able to stay out of your way and let you focus on the work that actually matters. On the reporting side, your point is fair; it should feel natural, not like a learning project. Drop us a note and we'll make sure you're set up in a way that fits how your business tracks performance.

 ### 11. Simple and Fast, But Needs Better Google Extension

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Carolina S. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I like that Recruiterflow is a simple platform and it's very fast. It really helps me to coordinate my process better and makes things simple as I manage a high volume of candidates for each process. The initial setup was easy because it's very simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The Google extension could be improved because sometimes it takes a bit of a long time to upload the candidates, and some errors occurred in this process of uploading candidates. So my main point here of improvement is for the Google extension of your LinkedIn.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow saves me time uploading candidates and helps me coordinate my process better. It simplifies managing a high volume of candidates efficiently.

 ### 12. Best In Class CRM That Has Transformed Our Recruitment Agency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex L. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Great functionality and design, plus I really like how quickly they add new features. I don’t feel like anything is missing. Overall, the usability is solid.

The UI is clean and crisp and cleverly designed. It is very quick and never lags.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The only thing I can think of is that Boolean weighting is slightly off but still very good.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates with our mailshot software and is an amazing ATS and CRM that covers all bases.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hey Alex,

Best in class" and "transformed" - we'll take it. On the Boolean weighting, we're actively working on improving search precision. Keep the feedback coming as you use it. That's exactly how we close the gap.

 ### 13. Smooth Candidate Tracking, Needs Enhanced Multi-Tasking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jewel P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I like Recruiterflow for its smooth functionality compared to other applicant tracking systems we've used before. It's easy to understand and navigate, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the customizable email templates we can send to candidates. Furthermore, the integration with LinkedIn, allowing us to parse a profile and automatically create a candidate profile, is a great feature. Being part of the UAT testing for Recruiterflow, I found the setup easy, and our team smoothly integrated from another system.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I think what could be improved is that when I'm adding a new candidate, it opens a new window or another tab in my browser. Instead of having to open multiple tabs, it should just be within the current tab so that it's easy to track what stage I'm actually at, especially when adding candidates. Also, it would be helpful if there was a function to select all candidates in a certain stage and assign the same task to them. Right now, I have to manually assign a task to each candidate, which is time-consuming. There's limited functionality for multiple updates or assigning tasks to multiple candidates at once. For example, if they need to undergo an AI interview, it should be possible to assign it in bulk instead of one by one.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Recruiterflow for tracking candidates every day. It improves candidate tracking, helping me filter out usual rejection reasons and understand why candidates aren't advancing to specific stages.

 ### 14. Recruiterflow: Intuitive, Reliable, and Great Value for Money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John T. | Director., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Recruiterflow it is intuitive, easy to use, great for getting new users up and running, good for email at scale and for importing and exporting data. I think it's great value for money. The onboarding support is really helpful. The AI features are very useful. And in terms of performance I've never had any known downtime with their platform.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

There aren't any downsides to Recruiter Flow. Is great value for money and a colossal improvement on our previous CRM, ITRIS.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems that Recruiter Flow helps us solve are that we're able to maintain contact with a large group of clients through email and alerts within the system.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi John,

It's great to hear the email-at-scale and data reliability have made a tangible jump for your team. The AI features you mentioned are only getting stronger. Appreciate you taking the time to share this.

 ### 16. Intuitive ATS with Lightning-Fast Processing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I love using Recruiterflow as our ATS system because it's so easy to pick up and it uploads information faster than any other system I've used in recruiting. I also had a great experience with our account executive, Apur Biswas, who was amazing and helped guide us through the process, showing us all the amazing features of the platform. I am excited about using the AI features and being able to get our jobs out to various job boards, which is important to us. Plus, Recruiterflow keeps all our candidate and client info organized, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

N/A it's great!

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow organizes our candidate and client info and uploads data faster than other ATS systems. Its AI features aid in job distribution, making it valuable for posting to job boards.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi there,

Apur will love seeing this, and honestly, the early days of a new system are where trust is either built or lost, so we're glad we got that right with you. The goal has always been for Recruiterflow to feel less like software you manage and more like the infrastructure your business runs on. We're just getting started together.

 ### 17. Effortless Organization and Outreach with Recruiterflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis S. | Founder & Managing Director | Recruitment Specialist | US Construction

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I appreciate Recruiterflow's Campaigns feature as it allows me to run drip campaigns effectively, bringing candidates in around the clock. AIRA is fantastic as it makes writing candidate summaries much easier. I also like the client portals and tagging systems; the tagging system, in particular, keeps everything incredibly organized. The initial setup was very easy, and I mainly use Recruiterflow for all my recruiting needs. I would rate my likelihood to recommend it at a 10.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I don't like that you cannot send a test email for marketing emails. Also, when you have 100 jobs open and only 5 are critically urgent, there's no way to make a pin or a favorite to quickly access those top 5 open jobs.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow helps me with outreach and organization. AIRA simplifies writing candidate summaries, drip campaigns bring in candidates continuously, and tagging keeps everything organized.

 ### 18. Recruiterflow: Streamlined Automation and Stellar Support

I appreciate Recruiterflow for its exceptional ability to automate connections with both clients and candidates, significantly streamlining my workflow. The capability to create campaigns that automatically engage my target audience on a schedule I set is incredibly efficient. I love the LinkedIn extension which allows me to seamlessly integrate profiles from LinkedIn directly into my Recruiterflow database, saving me a substantial amount of time by eliminating the need for manual profile creation. This integration enhances my productivity by approximately 50%. Furthermore, I'm impressed by their fantastic customer service, which is always available to assist and resolve any queries I might have. The ease of initial setup with Recruiterflow, augmented by live personal training sessions and reliable customer support, makes it a user-friendly experience. It's also noteworthy that Recruiterflow offers more features, including A.I. capabilities, which were not available in PCRecruiter, convincing us to switch platforms. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Recruiterflow.

I haven't discovered anything that I dislike about RecruiterFlow.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 19. Customizable and Easy to Use, with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I love how Recruiterflow simplifies the recruiting process by allowing extensive customization, making it easier for me to find candidates quickly. The ability to segment contacts and companies enhances my search efficiency, ensuring that I can find the best match for any role. I appreciate its ease of use, which significantly reduces complexity and allows me to focus more on my recruiting tasks rather than struggling with the software. I particularly value the customization options available as they enable me to tailor the platform to suit my specific needs. Recruiterflow's user-friendly nature made the initial setup very easy, which was a relief and a considerable time saver. The ease of storing candidate information for quick searches is also a standout feature, streamlining my workflow effectively. The overall user experience provided by Recruiterflow is impressive and supports my recruitment efforts efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I find that Recruiterflow could improve its import functionality for contacts, companies, and candidates. Even with the Chrome Extension tool, the process feels cumbersome and slow, impacting efficiency. Because of these issues, I often rely on SourceWhale to handle imports more rapidly.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Recruiterflow simplifies the recruiting process with customizable features, speeding up candidate searches and improving contact segmentation to find matches efficiently.

 ### 20. Streamlines Recruiting with Useful Features, Needs Better Job Site Response

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I appreciate Recruiterflow's user-friendly nature and its abundance of valuable features that enhance my work efficiency. The platform effectively organizes candidates, posts jobs, attracts new candidates, and tracks client orders, which are all essential for my role in legal recruiting. I find the calendaring tasks feature especially helpful as it simplifies the management of my daily schedule, allowing me to prioritize tasks and stay organized. The email syncing function ensures that I can easily manage communications without missing important messages. I enjoy the seamless integration with LinkedIn, facilitated by the Chrome extension, which significantly simplifies the process of uploading new candidate profiles. This feature saves time by eliminating the need to manually copy and paste information, thereby enhancing my productivity. Additionally, the platform provides easy communication with colleagues regarding specific candidates, improving collaboration on recruitment tasks. The simple process for posting jobs further contributes to the platform's efficiency. Overall, these features make Recruiterflow invaluable in managing the complex demands of recruitment effectively.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I don't get a lot of responses from other job sites outside of ZipRecruiter. I would like to see more quality candidates come from other job sites. Additionally, there was a lot of trial and error required to get Recruiterflow to integrate well with our business, which suggests that the initial setup was not as seamless as it could have been.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Recruiterflow to organize candidates, post jobs, attract new candidates, and track client orders. It simplifies my workflow with calendaring tasks, email syncing, LinkedIn integration, and enhances communication, making me more efficient in managing recruitment activities.

 ### 21. All-in-One Solution with Accommodating Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

The all in compassing solution rather than lots of bolt ons

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

It is quite hard to find a dislike, any issues we have experienced, Recruiterflow have been very accommodating with trying to find solutions

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Migration of data, learning how to use the system, utilise it to make better use of our candidates

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hey there,

Search businesses don't grow by stitching together a dozen tools, they grow by having one solid foundation and focusing their energy on clients and candidates. That's the bet we've made, and it means a lot to hear it's paying off for your team. Whenever you're ready to push further, we're here.

 ### 22. User-friendly CRM + ATS combo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura B. | Commercial Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

The system is very user-friendly. Everything is clear and intuitive, and the combination of CRM + ATS has been a real game changer for us. I’m also a big fan of the LinkedIn extension, which saves us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

It took us some time to get our new AI features set up.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the discrepancy between our talent pool, recruitment processes, and commercial efforts. Everything is now clear in one system and connected to each other. It gives our consultants transparency and live insights, not only into recruitment processes but also into our overall revenue efforts.

 ### 23. Best ATS Ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom C. | Chief People Officer - Director Of Recruiting Operations - Principal Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Ease of use. I can set it up easily to reflect the stages of my recruiting and hiring process. I love that I can attach resumes to jobs, and the search features are great.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

No downsides other than they do not have a partnership with indeed or ziprecruiter, where I can post ads, and boost them at a discount. Organic posting is of no value, I have to use a different vendor to post my positions.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is my go to ATS, and it keeps my candidates, applicants and reqs organized.

 ### 24. Effortless Recruiting Management with Room for Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike Z.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I like Recruiterflow for keeping my sourcing, outreach, job pipelines, and communication all in one platform. It helps me stay organized and not get overwhelmed. I also really like the Campaigns feature where I can send multi-sequence emails to candidates and employers, timing when they go out and how many. It lets me "set it and forget it."

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I think I would like tutorials that are more detailed and slower and easier to see and understand. The video screen is small and I have a hard time understanding the presenter because of the different language accent.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Recruiterflow to manage my recruiting process, keeping sourcing, outreach, job pipelines, and communication in one platform. It helps me stay organized and not get overwhelmed.

 ### 25. Automations That Take the Hassle Out of Recruitment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konstantinos K. | Talent Business Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

The automations and quality of life features. I think they take the boring, humanless side admin out of recruitment quite nicely. It's super easy to import profiles on LinkedIn and take my notes when starting an interview without prep.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The UI and user experience often feel counter-intuitive, for example, a whole settings category/tab for a single toggle button. Notes and activities tab that serve mostly the same purpose, being difficult to change from one to the other. Everyday needed features grouped together with obscure ones you will use maybe once a month. I think that part has lots of room for streamlining

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIRA solves a lot of its problems by doing tasks itself and that way you don't have to navigate complicated menus.

 ### 26. Intuitive LinkedIn Chrome Plugin That Fits Right In

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Google Chrome plugin for LinkedIn, intuitive environment

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The process of data migration - it took too long

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidate evidence, organizing in stages, sharing information with others

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hello!

Glad the Chrome plugin and the overall flow have clicked for you. The data migration timeline is a legitimate frustration. We know delays there slow down your ability to get full value from day one. If there's anything still outstanding or you hit friction during the transition, reach out to the team directly and we'll prioritize it.

 ### 27. Outstanding Customer Service and Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

The customer service is the bomb! We are in the states and are you would think we were all on the same continent. The team is always helpful. Abhishek and John always come to our rescue when we have any questions and concerns.

The team is always working on making the product better and stronger.

It's nice that each owner can set up our work flow with how we want it to look and feel.

The team made the integration very easy.

The ability to integrate with google has been game changing and their open API is helpful!

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

There’s a lot the platform does well, and they are always working to be better.
There are several areas where the user experience feels challenging and could meaningfully improve overall usability.

1. Views feel fragmented and don’t give a full-picture snapshot
Within a job view, there are multiple display modes, but none show all key information together. It would be incredibly helpful to see, in one place, when a candidate was last contacted, their role requirements, and their exact stage in the hiring process.

2. Limited flexibility with contact information
When reaching out to clients or candidates, being able to store and view multiple email addresses is essential. The current setup does not allow you to do so.

3. The interface is not intuitive
Many tasks require extra clicks or digging to find what you need. A more streamlined UI would significantly improve the day-to-day user experience.

4. Important actions aren’t available in bulk
For example, the ability to bulk-add notes or activities to multiple profiles would save considerable time.

5. Candidate notes aren’t easily visible
You can’t see all notes at a glance without opening the full profile. This slows down quick reviews when managing

As an Admin, you should be able to have a different view, not just the ability to turn on and off. I want to have my teams information in our system so it's in one place, however if I did that everyone would have accesses.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have all of our jobs, candidates, contacts in one place.

RecruiterFlow has been a valuable addition to our company's ATS. It allows us to easily view candidate profiles and connect to external platforms such as LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Aira notetakers ability to create interview notes and fill in candidate custom fields is fantastic

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

the campaigns tool is still slightly finicky and doesn't also work as intended whether it be delaying emails too long or not sending them at all

It serves as an effective everyday CRM, allowing me to manage client and candidate communications effortlessly. I particularly enjoy its capability to track candidates across different stages of job vacancies, which keeps my recruitment process organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Sometimes the data tracking from CV to all data fields in Recruiterflow doesn't work.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Recruiterflow to automate multiphase email campaigns and track candidate stages for each vacancy.

 ### 34. Comprehensive Overviews and Smart Reminders Make Work Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enes E. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

The Overview, the Reports and Goals section, the reminders and tasks I can setup and get reminded via Mail.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I would like to have one specific button which tracks a not reached contact person, instead of manually doing it

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sheer amount of people we talk with on a daily business, you need a good system for that which helps you track everything.

 ### 35. User-Friendly UI, but Candidate Search Needs Improvement

I wish it was easier to search for candidates based on specific locations they reside in and technical skills. There may be a way to do this, but just isn't apparent yet

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it more or less as a database for tracking all candidates we recruit as well as for job orders we work

 ### 39. Recruiting for 25 years - BEST ATS ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | Partner and Director of Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Where to start? I use RF Daily - all day long. Easy to use - onboarding and implementation are incredibly easy. You can start in the search bar and quickly find what you need. You can also use the FAQ section with relevant articles OR live chat with a real rep. Next - it works and makes sense. Recipes easily allow you to automate typical manual tasks. Templates are a breeze to use and create. Searches and Saved Searches have many easy variables; finding the right talent in your database is easy. CRM is shockingly good, and with numerous integrations, you can maximize sales and recruiting on the same platform. The price is far lower than many ATSs, and month-to-month is easy. Lastly - the team. They truly care and want to know what can be improved. In my 25 years of recruiting, I have become an expert in ATS systems. I just left Bull Horn (which I NEVER should have signed up for) and will never look back. I know the time and costs of switching over, but it's worth it.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

My only concern is Bull Horn. Recruiter Flow is so good that I'm concerned Bull Horn will offer them a price they cannot refuse. This happens all the time—great ATSs are consumed by BH, leaving us with terrible options.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding qualified candidates in my database, automating our team, Connecting Sales with Recruiting, streamlining our processes, and outstanding tracking with metrics. Setting meetings with candidates and submissions with clients.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Kevin,

We are extremely grateful for such a detailed review. Our team loved reading it and we were all super happy to know that you have found the product so helpful.

Rest assured, we will always strive to provide the best platform for recruiting and staffing agencies to grow their business.

 ### 40. Great system, fantatstic and responsive service

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

When we were choosing our CRM for our new business we tried around 8 and RF was just the best as the service you get from the team is better than any others by far. Also lots of new innovations and developments coming up all of the time. Easy to use, great service, fantastic functionality.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

So far there is nothing we dislike. Possibly the way the jobs list displays in candidate view as I have to keep clicking 'show more'

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy central storage of all candidate and company details and an easy to use ATYS with some nice functionality.

 ### 41. Game changer for my recruiting agency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hudson B. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

We've been using RecruiterFlow for the past two years and it has streamlined our recruiting process. The platform has a user-friendly interface and automation tools that help us efficiently manage candidate pipelines, reduce manual tasks, and communicate with clients. It serves as the command center for our recruiting operation, allowing us to focus on building relationships. They have exceptional customer success that is quick to assist, eager to hear feedback, and committed to product development. I recommend it to any small agency looking to optimize its workflows.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Limitations for admins to correct dates of candidate stage movement.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting: Recruiterflow is adding customizability to reporting so we can build personalized dashboards with all the information we need to be successful.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Hudson,

Thank you for your comprehensive review and for being with Recruiterflow for the past two years. We're honored that our platform has been a "game changer" for your recruiting agency.

Your description of Recruiterflow as your "command center" perfectly captures what we aim to be – a platform that streamlines operations so you can focus on what matters most: building relationships.

We appreciate your feedback about admin date corrections and reporting customization.

Thank you for recommending Recruiterflow to other small agencies. Your trust in our platform means a great deal to us.

 ### 42. The migration process has been solid thus far. It has been very easy to learn. Excellent support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | PRESIDENT FOUNDER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

The new AI capabilities are amazing, particularly the CANDIDATE SUMMARY feature. Its ability to read resumes and generate candidate summaries has saved me countless hours. Additionally, it creates interview questions based on the job description, enabling us to conduct more focused interviews. I’m excited about the upcoming AI enhancements as well. The database search is straightforward and thorough, and modifying candidate and contact records is flexible and efficient. Overall, the product is intuitive and easy to learn. They are constantly releasing new enhancements every week. Customer support is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

I wish the email campaigns feature had an integration with the SendGrid gateway. With Microsoft’s recent restrictions on the number of emails you can send, reaching out to candidates and clients has become challenging. While the campaigns feature is effective, it is limited with the number of emails that can be sent. (not thier fault) An integration with SendGrid would allow us to use the product on a larger scale, enabling us to send more than 100 emails per day. It would also be better if AI could be integrated with the database search for finding candidates, but I understand that this is planned for a comming future release.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to run our business. Applicating tracking, client communication, and businesse development, are all things that we use the system for today.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Michael,

Thanks for taking the time to write such an elaborate review. We are so glad you are enjoying our new AI features. Stay tuned for more, we are coming up with something even better and intuitive that can make using Recruiterflow much easier.

We will definitely consider your request to integrate SendGrid with Recruiterflow. As to the other feedback of finding candidates using AI, we are almost there with the development and will be releasing it soon.

 ### 43. Functional, Intuitive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

Recruiterflow is easy to use with very little training. At the same time, they have tons of videos available online to explain how use different functions in the system, making it easy to learn as you go. The instructional videos also save time when it comes to getting others started on the system. All you have to do to find the one you need is google your question! Customer support is also readily availalbe but not something you need often given what they have online.

The platform itself is sufficiently customizable without requring customization to get it up and running. So, you can get started quickly and get a sense of what you need practically as you go. Recruiterflow is also continuously making improvements to the system that are incredibly helpful and, moreover, incorporated automatically without an upsell.

This is a system that can be used in the way that is most suitable for the needs of the organization regardless of whehter you want something super simple that just allows you to organize your candidate easily or something more automated. We use a lot of the features, but not all, mostly due to the nature of our business.

I am "in the system" all day every day and it works well. We have a bunch of custom fields and tags that make organizing your database easy. The Linkedin add-on and outlook integration are also clutch.

I also like that you can access your account from any computer and even your phone.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

These aren't "dislikes" per se - more so features or functions that I'd like to have.

I would like to be albe to do some simple things like resize columns on certain views and/or sort data in a way that is similar to the way that Excel does it. You can do this for some columns but not all (for example, if I have a year in a custom column, I can get that info to show on the main candidate page, but cannot sort by it).

It would be great to have an easy way to attach a document that is outside of the system to an email in the system. There is a workaroud for this (simply sending it from Outlook directly). This isn't a huge deal as the email will be linked to the relevant profile after.

There should be an option to provide a recruiter with full access to everything with customized restrictions. The recruiter profile seems to be very limited, but that is likely due to its being geared towards organizations wanting more control on this front.

It would be great to be able to parse a resume to update a profile directly from the candidate's profile after the profile is created. You can create a profile from a resume, but I do not see how to one that already exists from the profile page itself.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow helps greatly with our rganization of candidates, recording and sharing of information regarding candidates, and resumes. We are able to see what is going on in a particular job easily as well.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

Something it take a while to syncronice with google calendar, also customize roles is not as good as it could be. Also it take long to reflec on LinkedIn.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us track the entire talent acquisition process in a transparent and easy-to-use way.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

 ### 45. Pretty Intuitive; Advanced Search works well to find candidates in your ATS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishgun A. | Head of Growth & Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

RF recently updated its UI and its prety good. I find the platform very intuitive to use.

Chrome extension is built very well, super easy to add candidates.

Email finder is great to find personal emails, most tools do not have access to such a vast database of personal emails.

Advanced Search works pretty well too. Data is the cornserstone of any ATS and being able to access candidate data using advanced search is neccesary.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The APIs are difficult to use. Not a lot of informaiton available on them.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Senidng Email Campaigns to candidates
2. Storing candidate date
3. Finding emails of candidates
4. Tracking deals
5. Opening Jobs

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Ishgun,

Thank you for your detailed feedback about Recruiterflow. We're delighted that you're finding value in our recent UI updates and appreciate your specific comments about our platform's intuitive nature.

We've noted your feedback about our APIs and documentation. While we can't share specifics, we're continuously working to improve our technical resources.

Thank you for highlighting how Recruiterflow supports your various recruitment activities. Your insights help us continue enhancing our platform.

 ### 46. Only go to Recruiterflow if we don't compete against you (ha!)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

- The UI is great, as are the workflows (intuitive)
- Speed in how they bring new features to market
- Seem to "get" how a modern, digitally-savvy firm wanting to push automation and integration, as well as use B2C and B2B best practices

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

- I wish there were more carriers on the voice side
- Don't love some of the back office elements (placements need their own area and have easier navigation)

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used several of ATS/CRM combos. Typically, you get a system that works great for one side or the other (sales vs. recruiting), but not both. That, or you find a system that does both well, but integration and automation outside of the native ecosystem in non-existent. Recruiterflow has proven to be the complete package. We'd be even further along as an agency if we'd known about this platform before this year.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi There,

We're delighted that Recruiterflow has proven to be the "complete package" for your agency, successfully bridging both sales and recruiting needs.

We've noted your feedback about voice carriers and back-office navigation, particularly regarding placements. We are in the works to get a whole new way to manage your placements and we can't wait to share it with you.

We look forward to continuing to support your growth.

 ### 47. Efficient, Timely and Relevant Information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon G. | Talent Acquisition Guru, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

What I like best about Recruiterflow is the ease of use. All my information is just a click away. It makes managing all this information more efficient. I don't waste time looking for contacts or other needed data. I get the information I need when I need it.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

For me what was the biggest challenge was just learning all that Recruiterflow is capable of doing. So much is possible. I just needed to wrap my mind around all the options for managing my client information.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow helps me manage and cross reference my client needs with their information. I have more time to gather more clients into my sphere of business so I can really help them in their daily business and staffing needs.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Jon,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Recruiterflow! We're glad to hear that our platform has made managing your client information more efficient and streamlined. Your point about having all the information just a click away is exactly what we aim to achieve.

We understand that the breadth of features can initially seem overwhelming. We offer support resources as well as training sessions to help users get the most out of Recruiterflow. Please feel free to reach out to us for any help you need, we will be more than happy to help you :)

 ### 48. Gain total control over your recruitment processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro F. | Talent Acquisition Specialist (Damia Group In-House Talent Acquisition Recruiter Service), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

As a Tech Recruiter, Recruiterflow enables me to completely control my canditates' pipeline to a specific company/position, managing all the stages in which a candidate is at, allowing me to take to take notes, upload files (like CV or screening notes on .docx) or even schedule tasks (e.g.: when a candidate tells me when he is available for interviews). It's an overall great experience. The Recruiterflow Chrome extension (integrates with Linkedin!) is particularly useful because it's really snappy, loads almost instantly, to take a quick note or update a candidate's stage, or a date.. no more "take-forever" waiting times for an ATS to load. I have had a really tough time at my nowadays client using Workday, for instance.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

There are a few downsides, though. When the system is down, Recruiterflow may not be able to recognize some Linkedin profiles as being already on the database, creating unnecessary duplicates. Sometimes the Recruiterflow Chrome extension stops working, mainly due to the extension's updates, but a quick Chrome reboot is enough to overcome the problem.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiterflow fullfills all my candidates' pipeline management needs in a very user friendly way, fast loading times and the integration with Linkedin is just superb. I can easily access all my candidates' data, like email, phone number, interviews' dates, salary expectations, english level, and so on. I can also schedule tasks for myself or for my colleagues.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Pedro,

Thanks for leaving such a detailed review for us. We are grateful for your time and kind words.

We are constantly working on improving our performance and have now achieved a system uptime of greater than 99.96%. We are striving to improve this number further to ensure you have the best experience using Recruiterflow and our extension.

 ### 49. Great Product!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ally S. | Coach/ Personal Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Recruiterflow?**

I like how on Recruiterflow it is easy to access all the information I need quickly. The data that is key for my success is right where I need it. I also like how easy it is to parse information for LinkedIn profiles.

**What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?**

The least helpful thing about Recruiterflow is the ease to customize information. I think it should be simpler to customize the screen how I want it and edit the layout etc.

**What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps track of candidates effectively, easy to organize, easy to pull up a candidate, I can track lists and keep everything organized.

**Official Response from Amogh Balikai:**

> Hi Ally,

Thank you for your review of Recruiterflow.

Your feedback about customization and layout flexibility is valuable to us. While we strive to maintain simplicity, we understand the importance of personalizing your workspace to match your workflow. We would love to get on a call to understand how we can best help you with your customization needs, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

We appreciate your insights as we continue to enhance our platform.

No integration with ZoomInfo yet.
None other at this moment.

RecruiterFlow is helping in keeping the track of candidates assigned to the jobs. Also, helps in keeping track of the current status & stage of the candidate progress.
