What problems is Recruiter.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Recruiter.hr for more than 2 years. Before that, we used pencil and paper psychometric tests that took almost 2,5h to complete. Candidates would lose almost a whole day to take part in this stage of selection and we used to wait for results at least 2 days. Before switching to Recruiter.hr we conducted our own validation study which confirmed predictive validity of cognitive ability tests for future job performance. Based on results, we managed to cut the testing time to 40 minutes, enable candidates flexibility to take tests in most convinient time for them, get instant test results and significantly increase selection capacity of our HR team.
