What mattered most to me was visibility. With Account-Level Analytics and Engagement Signals, we could clearly see which accounts were warming up, which ones were stagnant, and where sales should focus next. In a post-cookie environment where traditional programmatic targeting has lost effectiveness, Recotap allowed us to double down on LinkedIn-first ABM with far greater confidence and precision.

What stood out for me was how Recotap brought account intelligence and execution together. What I like best about Recotap is how it brings everything together in one place. The personalization engine, intent insights, account signals, CRM notes, and campaign activity all sit inside a unified platform, making it incredibly easy to understand where each account stands and what action to take next.

The Customer Success team is equally impressive. They’re cooperative, proactive, and genuinely involved at every step to help us get the most out of the platform.

Recotap has also improved our LinkedIn targeting by nearly 5×. Accounts that usually don’t receive enough reach in native LinkedIn campaigns become fully accessible and engaged through Recotap.

On top of that, the platform has several unique features designed specifically to optimize ABM campaigns and drive better performance.

**What do you dislike about Recotap?**

There isn’t much to dislike, but one thing we’re looking forward to is having more of the LinkedIn ad formats available inside Recotap. This would give us greater flexibility during GTM planning and ensure we don’t have to limit our strategy based on supported formats.

The integration with LinkedIn has been a game changer. I also have to call out their onboarding and support team, they were phenomenal. What stands out the most is how effortlessly Recotap connects intent insights with ad execution, allowing us to focus our budget on accounts that are actually demonstrating buying interest.

Marketing and sales often have disconnected systems: CRM, website analytics, intent data, LinkedIn ads. Recotap calls this “disjointed data sources”.

Without unified signals, teams end up targeting the wrong accounts (low intent) or using generic approaches.

Recotap’s “ABM Signal Hub” claims to ingest first-, second-, and third-party signals and score accounts based on real buying signals.

Wasteful ad/spend and poor personalization

Running broad LinkedIn campaigns without account-level orchestration means many impressions are wasted. Recotap says LinkedIn “wasn’t made for ABM” because of that.

Personalization at scale (1:1 or 1:few) is extremely resource-intensive manually. Recotap provides automated creative personalization, landing pages, ad variations.

I had an excellent experience with Recotap and would highly recommend it. One of the things I appreciated most was the quick turnaround from their customer support team. Whenever I had a question or issue, they were always quick to respond and help me resolve it.

One area where I think Recotap could improve is their reporting capabilities. While the platform provides a lot of data and insights, getting the information I need in the format I want can sometimes be challenging. However, this is a minor issue compared to the platform's many benefits overall.

Another interesting factor about Recotap Team is their customer service and availability. They are easily reachable and always share their valuable insights/feedbacks to improve the ABM plan.

Other ABM tools charge top dollars for their platform and mandate a lofty ad spend requirements.  Recotap has no minimum ad spend commitments enabling small marketing teams to start small. experiment and expand gradually.  

We are very impressed with multichannel targeting capabilities. We were able to execute 54 Account Based Advertising experiments in a short span of  2 weeks, identify the best performing 8 and optimise content and spends for the best performing strategy. 

Another aspect we love in Recotap is the Engagement score. Recotap tracks engagement from Target accounts on our website, emails, marketing automation and SDFC and provides an Engagement Score for each account. We used  the Engagement Score to identify Marketing Qualified Accounts very early in their buying process even before they filled a form on our website.

User Interface for setting up website personalisation is complex. However our Customer Service Manager has been exceptionally helpful. He is very responsive and helped us setup.
