Recognize is easy to use for both employees and administrators. It feels intuitive for users, is customizable to the business’s needs, and can integrate with other programs, such as Microsoft Outlook. "Easy Coworker Flower Sending, But Contract Worker Recognition Is Unclear"

What do you like best about Recognize?

Recognize makes it easy to acknowledge great work quickly and visibly. It helps managers reinforce the right behaviours in real time, boosts morale, and creates positive momentum across teams (especially useful in a global, hybrid working environment). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

Least helpful aspect is the user experience inside Teams. Authentication feels clunky and interrupts the flow, especially compared to experience with Viva. This may be related to our enterprise authentication (e.g., Okta), but from a manager’s perspective the access friction makes Recognize feel less smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The explanation and navigation of the website is fun and I love the inclusivity. The integration is into our hospital and referring other coworkers to utilize the site will be amazing. Customer support was helpful when I asked about badges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
