Recognize is easy to use for both employees and administrators. It feels intuitive for users, is customizable to the business’s needs, and can integrate with other programs, such as Microsoft Outlook. What do you like best about Recognize?

Recognize makes it easy to acknowledge great work quickly and visibly. It helps managers reinforce the right behaviours in real time, boosts morale, and creates positive momentum across teams (especially useful in a global, hybrid working environment). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

Least helpful aspect is the user experience inside Teams. Authentication feels clunky and interrupts the flow, especially compared to experience with Viva. This may be related to our enterprise authentication (e.g., Okta), but from a manager’s perspective the access friction makes Recognize feel less smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
