What do you like best about Recognize?

I would say a downside to Recognize might be having to log in and out every so often in order to see notifications fully however this is just a general downside to most website emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps solve the business problem of recognition for employees hard work and dedication. Sometimes it can go by unseen but with Recognize its easier to be able to appreciate someone and let them know how important they are to the team, letting them know their work doesn't go by Unrecognized. Using this platform has made it much easier to recognize people for their accomplishments. Before, my shout‑outs were only seen by the individual or their manager and weren’t stored anywhere the broader company could view or revisit. "Great Employee Recognition Idea, But Points Value Feels Too Low"

$1 per point is really low and obviously takes forever to ever amount to anything. You should implement a policy where the employer is required to match our points. We're all underpaid and unhappy and Recognize is very much a very small bandage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
