I think its a unique incentive for employees to better appreciate what we do for one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

$1 per point is really low and obviously takes forever to ever amount to anything. You should implement a policy where the employer is required to match our points. We're all underpaid and unhappy and Recognize is very much a very small bandage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
