"Great Recognition Product!"
What do you like best about Recognize?

I love that this program was incorporated right into Teams. It made it very easy to use along with my daily duties that already exist. I really like that the app sends reminders for team members who have not received any recognition. It is also very easy to use and has great features. (like the ability to transfer your points to gift cards.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

It was a little difficult in the beginning to figure out how to send the recognition. I would like to see a tab or button for easy access to that screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Camille Escobar of Recognize

Thanks, Artavia! We’re glad it fits so smoothly into your daily workflow. If you ever need help getting started or navigating features, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@recognizeapp.com. We’re always happy to assist.

"Boosts Employee Morale Through Meaningful Recognition"
What do you like best about Recognize?

Engagement and boosting employee morale are so important. We don’t thank our colleagues enough for the hard work they put in during our day-to-day engagements, and it’s something we should recognise more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

Nothing as of now. I just think it would be more effective and immediate if it worked as a plugin with Outlook, or with whatever email app the company uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Camille Escobar of Recognize

Thanks, Amar! We’re glad it’s helping boost engagement and morale. We actually do have an Outlook integration. Feel free to check it out here: https://recognizeapp.com/outlook

"Recognize Makes Team Recognition Simple, Timely, and Meaningful"
What do you like best about Recognize?

We enjoy using platforms like Recognize to share positive badges because they make recognition simple, timely, and meaningful. It helps boost morale, reinforces positive behaviors, strengthens our team culture, and offers valuable insights that support our team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

While recognition platforms can boost morale and engagement, they need to be used thoughtfully and consistently to avoid feeling superficial or performative. Without care, they can introduce bias, lead to recognition fatigue, and create extra administrative overhead that distracts from the intent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Camille Escobar of Recognize

Thanks, Elizabeth! We appreciate you sharing this perspective. Recognition can definitely depend on how it’s used, and it’s great to see teams being thoughtful about it. We hope it continues to bring value to your team and be used thoughtfully.

"Easy Peer-to-Peer Kudos!"
What do you like best about Recognize?

This was my first time using Recognize in a corporate setting. I liked that you could choose from private or public kudos. Peer-to-peer recognition is so important, especially as folks get busy in their day to day roles. Also, since it integrates directly with tools we already use, it fits naturally into my routine and makes giving a shout out easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

One limitation that I noticed is that the reward catalog feels a bit narrow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Camille Escobar of Recognize

Thanks, Taylor! We’re happy to hear your first experience has been a positive one. We appreciate the note on the reward selection. Options can differ based on what the company has made available. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

"Empowering Platform for Peer Recognition and Engagement"
What do you like best about Recognize?

I’d say what I like best about Recognize is how it creates an easy platform of appreciation. It makes people feel seen and valued. The way it consists of recognition between peers and managers really helps boost morale and engagement.

I also enjoy the points/rewards system in Recognize. This helps make recognition feel more tangible and fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

I enjoy the Recognize platform; however, I dislike that the shout-outs do not feel as personal. Some people may enjoy a personal face to face intercation. I also enjoy the points/rewards system; however, it may seem that people will take advantage of it only to accumulate those rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Camille Escobar of Recognize

Great to hear how much you enjoy the platform, Natalie! We understand your concern about personal recognition. We hope that the value of the recognition is clear and not just about the rewards. While the rewards system is designed to motivate, we also hope that everyone will use it to appreciate each other’s efforts truly. We’d love to earn a full 5/5 from you next time! Let us know if there's anything else we can improve.

"Probably the best Employee Incentive Program I have ever been a part of!"
What do you like best about Recognize?

Recognize is the best. We use this program all the time at work to incentivize each other to be the best and most productive workers that we can be. I have seen first hand how much of an impact something as small as sending a recognition badge to your coworker has. Not only can it make someone's day, but it promotes comradery, it motivates us to do a good job in a consistent fashion, and it improves morale and makes people feel special, important, appreciated, and most importantly, seen. I think recognize is an invaluable tool, that frankly, we can never use enough! Not only that but the recognize site is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

No complaints. One change that could be made is to just add more gift card options for a larger number of stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feeling Seen and Appreciated With Easy-to-Navigate Recognition"
What do you like best about Recognize?

Knowing that we’re being seen really makes a difference, and it genuinely feels like you’re appreciated. When we get messages and reminders of how hard we are working does help see and feel motivated as well . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no down side regarding recognize is very easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Way to Build a Positive Team Culture"
What do you like best about Recognize?

What I like best about Recognize is how simple it makes peer-to-peer recognition. Instead of recognition being a once-in-a-while thing, it’s now built right into our daily workflow with Teams integration this also ensures we use the feature frequently. Colleagues can appreciate each other in real time, and leadership gets visibility into those contributions. The rewards and points system keeps people motivated, but what really stands out is how it creates a culture of appreciation without feeling forced. It’s quick, intuitive, and genuinely improves morale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

There’s nothing major, but the mobile experience could be a little more polished. Sometimes the notifications lag slightly, though it doesn’t affect overall usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Camille Escobar of Recognize

Thanks, Ankit! We’re continuously improving the mobile experience. If you haven’t tried our app yet, feel free to download it here for smoother access: recognizeapp.com/mobile
