What do you like best about Recognize?

My favorite parts about Recognize is being able to go through and see how everyone is growing together within the company. The badges are well thought out and makes it easy to select what best applies for the agent in question. It was very easy to implement with our agents and we use it frequently to ensure everyone is noticed at least once a month. We have integrated this into our things to do because it allows everyone to feel appreciated. I havent had to deal with customer support for this product, but based on what i hear they do an exceptional job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Recognize?

Good user-friendly interface, is functional and a great way to win prizes and recognise colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

Issue: Once someone recognizes you, you cannot react to it. Most users, like myself, do not want to insert comments, as this may discourage others. It gives the feeling that either the person you recognized did not see it or just did not care enough to react to it.

Issue 2t is not a tool of engagement as much as one use: recognise, check recognitions and leave. It has potential to becoming much more: a corporate social network without losing its purpose.

Suggestion: You may simply add a timeline so everyone can see the recognitions from others company wide and react to it. Before posting, user could set preference to public (go to timeline) or private. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-We would like the option to be anonymous when recognizing others
