## About Reco
Reco is an Agent Ecosystem Security platform that secures agents and their operating environments where applications, identities, permissions, and workflows intersect. Each agent an organization deploys enters a growing ecosystem it can expand autonomously. Reco maps that ecosystem, reveals what agents can reach, and detects deviations from policy before they become a liability. Security leaders at Fortune 500 enterprises choose Reco to bring order to AI and agent proliferation and the chain reactions that follow. Built on the Reco Graph, the platform identifies risk, prioritizes threats, and drives remediation across every human identity, agent, application, and permission in an environment. Reco is priced by the number of apps, agents, and identities managed. Customers use it to find unmanaged SaaS, AI tools, and agent activity, see exposure across connected workflows, and prioritize high-risk access, permissions, and data paths for remediation.

## Reco Reviews
  ### 1. Reco Strengthens SaaS Security with Clear Insights and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atharva S. | SRE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Reco?**

What I like best about Reco is its ability to provide AI-powered security and SaaS posture management through a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to identify risks and monitor cloud applications. The dashboard presents security insights in a clear, actionable way, helping prioritize issues without overwhelming users. I also appreciate its seamless integrations with popular SaaS platforms and identity providers, which make deployment straightforward and fit naturally into existing security workflows. Performance has been consistently reliable, and the AI-driven recommendations help reduce manual effort while improving visibility across the SaaS environment. Overall, Reco delivers excellent value by strengthening security posture, simplifying SaaS governance, and helping teams respond to risks more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Reco?**

One area where Reco could improve is offering more granular customization for security policies, alerting, and reporting to better support highly specific organizational requirements. While the platform provides valuable AI-driven insights, some recommendations still benefit from additional context or manual validation before action is taken. I'd also like to see broader integrations with more third-party security and IT management tools, along with richer analytics for long-term trend analysis. Performance has been reliable overall, but greater transparency into how AI-generated risk scores are calculated and more advanced onboarding resources would make the platform even easier to adopt and trust across larger security teams.

**What problems is Reco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reco solves the challenge of securing and governing SaaS applications by providing continuous visibility into user activity, identities, configurations, and potential security risks across cloud environments. Instead of manually monitoring multiple SaaS platforms, the solution centralizes security insights, detects misconfigurations and suspicious behavior, and prioritizes risks using AI-powered analysis. Its seamless integrations with identity providers and enterprise SaaS applications simplify deployment while reducing operational overhead. This has improved security visibility, accelerated incident response, reduced manual monitoring effort, and enabled more proactive management of SaaS security risks while helping maintain compliance and stronger overall security posture.

  ### 2. Excellent SaaS Security Posture Visibility with Intuitive, Actionable Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Reco?**

It delivers excellent SaaS security posture management by offering comprehensive visibility across SaaS applications, user activity, identities, and third-party integrations. The dashboard feels intuitive, and the automated risk detection paired with actionable security insights makes it easy to identify misconfigurations and potential threats early, before they escalate into security incidents.

**What do you dislike about Reco?**

The initial configuration and policy tuning can take some time, especially in environments with a large number of SaaS applications. A few of the more advanced reporting options and custom alerting features could be more flexible, and new users may need a bit of time to fully understand and make sense of all the security insights the platform provides.

**What problems is Reco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reco helps detect SaaS security risks, shadow IT, excessive user permissions, and risky third-party integrations from a single platform. It improves security visibility, strengthens compliance, reduces the need for manual security monitoring, and helps security teams respond to potential threats faster and more efficiently.

  ### 3. Excellent Visibility Into Identities, Permissions, and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivansh V. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Reco?**

Reco maps all user identities, permissions, and integrations, helping teams detect security risks and reduce attack surfaces efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Reco?**

Reco is highly effective for visibility and automation, but it can struggle with highly customized or niche SaaS applications that use non-standard APIs. It also requires careful fine-tuning to prevent excessive alerts or inaccurate notifications. In addition, it mainly operates as a detection-only tool and lacks built-in remediation features, which can create extra work for users who need automated fixes.

**What problems is Reco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizations gain a unified, real-time view across all applications, identities, and AI agents, which makes it easier to spot, assess, and prioritize risks.

  ### 4. Revolutionized Tenant Communication with Ease and Professionalism

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Reco?**

I appreciate Reco's sharp focus on streamlining property and facility management communication documents, perfectly tailored to the German tenant relations workflows I oversee alongside Zoho CRM Plus. Unlike generic text editing tools, Reco restructures messy, technician-submitted shorthand into logically organized, tenant-friendly content with minimal manual input from me. Its built-in industry tone alignment is invaluable, automatically balancing polite, approachable language for residential tenants and formal, business-appropriate wording for commercial building clients, matching local German facility service communication standards. I love how quickly it standardizes facility industry terminology, swapping informal shorthand for uniform professional terms, making all archived service logs easy to review during audits. The lightweight, straightforward interface boosts my daily efficiency, allowing even junior team members to generate polished, shareable content swiftly. For our team managing dozens of active tenant tickets each day, Reco turns disjointed field updates into complete, clear, audit-ready documentation, enhancing tenant satisfaction and streamlining work orders in Zoho CRM Plus. Reco's ability to structure unorganized field notes into logical documents, its adaptability for different tenant groups, and the way it eliminates hours of repetitive rewriting make it an irreplaceable daily tool for me.

**What do you dislike about Reco?**

Reco lacks native German facility management compliance term libraries tailored to local building regulations. It can standardize generic property wording, but it does not automatically insert legally required German industry phrases for heating inspections, structural moisture audits, or rental contract notifications. I still manually add regulated terms like Heizungswartung nach §14 HeizKV or Widerrufsrecht für Gewerbeimmobilien, which adds extra editing steps before saving records to Zoho CRM Plus. A preloaded glossary of German facility legal terminology would eliminate this repetitive manual adjustment. Customized audience tone presets split by tenant category are missing. Our portfolio covers three distinct groups: private residential tenants, small retail shop operators, and large commercial office clients. Each needs a unique communication style—warm and reassuring for residents, highly contractual for commercial clients bound by formal service agreements. Reco only offers generic formal/informal sliders, so I manually rework paragraphs to fit each tenant type every time. Dedicated one-click presets for residential, retail, and office facility contacts would remove redundant rewriting entirely.

**What problems is Reco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reco transforms messy technician notes into polished, professional documents, saving me time and improving tenant trust. It ensures consistent communication by standardizing tone and terminology, critical for audit-ready records. This reduces manual rewriting and supports smooth workflow with Zoho CRM Plus.
