What do you like best about Rebrandly?

Rebrandly helps me generate memorable short links to use in podcast episodes and YouTube videos! I love being able to repeat the links during my broadcasts so that people can easily remember the link if they happen to be driving or at the gym when they are consuming my content.

The mobile app and the browser extension make it super simple to generate my custom branded links on the fly. I generate links for affiliate marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rebrandly?

What do you like best about Rebrandly?

It works - at a price - but goodness sake don't try to move an account over or to deal with their customer service - they make errors and ask you to do all the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rebrandly?

I worked for a client - we parted on good terms - when I tried to switch over an account that was in my name with my credit card, the client had already (accidentally) moved the account over -and this is the part Rebrandly doesn't want you to know - they don't control the domains. They lock in you and resell them. My credit card and information was voluntarily switched over to another user - still amazed. I managed to get all my data removed but the domains are still in my name. Really, it looks good on the surface but that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, most of the issues you reported are untrue. Even if this is the first time we received these specific complaints we will try to do our best to better communicate our procedures in the future.

Please note that:

1) We have a precise and easy to follow domain transfer procedure and, in any possible way, we do not lock-in our customers. On the contrary, we provide quick and effective assistance also if they want to migrate to any of our competitors. We believe that customer success comes before our business interests.

2) We do not have access to our customer credit card data. Rebrandly, in fact, uses external services like Stripe. For this reason, in no case, we would be able to share the customer's credit card info.

We hope you will kindly reconsider your position and change this review.

What do you like best about Rebrandly?

What do you like best about Rebrandly?

I love the possibility of editing the branded link and its destination URL after creation, which allows for correcting or updating links and avoids link rot. Also, there are stats for clicks on any given rebrand link. It allows for creating relevant names in the links if desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rebrandly?

The default domain name "rebrand.ly" is rather long, and setting a different, shorter, or more relevant one is a premium feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
