Absolutely nothing. We have used this product for years as we thought they would continue get better. It has not. I was very skeptical when I started at this company because I had experience with Workwave in the past. As the office manager, I want a product that is easy to integrate with other software and easy to use for our guys. THIS IS NEITHER Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can tell that RealGreen by WorkWave was designed with the green industry in mind, the system is very tailored to the needs of the green industry. I personally have been using RealGreen for 8 years and have noticed great improvements over the years- the software is easy to navigate. I personally like that the platform is now web based. Seems like everything is an extra cost, there are great resources to learn about the system but it would be nice to see classes - with quizzes to ensure people are learning from the resources. Customer Support can be a hit or miss, there have been times I've called and I was telling support what certain things do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about RealGreen is the customer support. They are tenacious in helping customers find a solution to whatever issues are going on with any of their products. They conveniently have a direct line to speak with a representative instead of being on hold for all eternity. I have never once had a problem that their customer support did not work diligently on getting resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MobileLive could contain more information and options for those using it in the field. If those options could allow them to take some of the office tasks, like adding a serivce to a customer's account, that would be extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our industry, there isn't much that can't be done on RealGreen. It is user friendly and easy to navigate.The customer support team is also very helpful and knowledgeable when I cannot figure it out on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the new feauture of having to log in to acess the help files. I used them often and seem to always have issues with the new requirement. I cannot get logged in and do not know where the information I need to log in (password) is to find as I have never created one and anything I have tried does not work. RealGreen is a simple system to use. It is easy to find everything you are looking for, which makes it even easier to train people on the system, which is always appreciated. I can do on Real Green in one step, things that take multiple steps to complete on other systems I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have already learned some really interesting points of the technology that I have not known since I began using this software almost 9years. Learning about the quick add feature for programs on leads that we have sold but not activated a program will greatly reduce our time entering in contracts so that is exciting. Also learning about the post service photo feature will help reduce callbacks and calls in general from customers saying we did not do a certain house if we have a photo show track marks on the lawn. Some of the information seems very basic as I have been using this system across SA4 and SA5. Would rather have some speakers go into more depth about certain areas of the general aspects rather than a 1 hour church of time. Customer support is not always the best at answering questions or have very slow response time. Not as easy to integrate for absorbing customer salesman from another company via acquisition especially if they have not been frequent users of the software.
