That product is awful! The support isn't just bad, it's non-existent. This isn't RE7's fault, but it does stink because the plugin is basically unusable. **What problems is Real Estate 7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** RE7 helps me bridge the gap between a completely custom website (beyond my ability) and a strict, no-customization big box vendor like BoomTown or Lofty. I can shape the site architecture, SEO structure, and integrations much more carefully, which allow for more control over forms, plugins and analytics. They are also open to suggestions that would benefit users as a whole. **What do you dislike about Real Estate 7?** Would like to see more control over colors with the ability to color code 'featured' tags from the interface versus adding lines of CSS. Literraly... you ask, they answer. NOT BOTS, live, technically savvy human beings. I have contempo installed on several sites that I manage. **What do you dislike about Real Estate 7?** If I had a complaint, it would be that I wish their products were a bit more intuitive for a beginner. Don't get me wrong... it's plenty good and works for me and is easy to figure out and you have their spectacular Customer Support to help you if you get stuck. **Recommendations to others considering Real Estate 7:** The application is built to use Elementor as a layout program. If you know Elementor fairly well, you'll be able to navigate it pretty quickly and efficiently. The docs and tutorial videos are super good and provide enough insight so that even if you've never run Real Estate 7 before, you'll be able to in about an hour. This is, of course, assuming you already know WordPress as well. **What problems is Real Estate 7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great application for building realtor websites. Easy to use, and with their integrated IDX solution, it's kind of slam dunk. Try it out, you won't be disappointed. ### 34. I have limited WordPress experience and still managed to create an incredible site, and I was able to hire an affordable developer for the added "bells and whistles." Functionality is incredible. Easy to create/add pages with lots of pre-built widgets, dozens of useful demo pages, pages load fast, beautiful IDX navigation with lots of options, and much more. Cost for the theme and monthly IDX absolutely trumps my past IDX sites, and offers way more customization. As far as support... WOW. From reading the reviews before buying, I had a feeling it would be good... but I kid you not, Chris literally responded within a minute to my dozens of questions(most of which were explained in the documentation). Top-notch theme, excellent features, and absolutely stellar support. I've been complimented nonstop on my site built on Real Estate 7. **What do you dislike about Real Estate 7?** My only complaint, and it is truly a minor one, is that there are a few nonessential additional search options in CT IDX that aren't yet available i.e. New Construction. However, none of those options really matter much if at all when custom search urls can be added as a workaround by adding a custom button or image link. **What problems is Real Estate 7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to easily showcase my previous sold properties, add blog posts quickly, capture leads, allow MLS search, showcase my past reviews, and more.
