The decision-maker emails and direct phone numbers are consistently valid, which cuts down on bounced messages and wasted outreach time. I really value how quickly we can enrich our existing lead lists in bulk and filter contacts by industry, company size, and role—perfect for targeting businesses that need office supplies and equipment. The interface is intuitive, so our sales team didn’t need long training to start using it effectively. The initial setup was very straightforward and user-friendly, allowing us to run a basic bulk enrichment within just a few minutes without any technical support. One area where ReadyContacts falls short for our team is in its coverage of smaller regional German businesses—we often find fewer verified contacts for local, mid-sized offices compared to larger national companies. The bulk enrichment can also occasionally return incomplete job titles or outdated department information, which means we still have to spot-check some records manually. For our team that regularly works with large lead lists for office supplies and equipment outreach, the bulk enrichment feature works well in basic cases but could be significantly more efficient. Right now, when we upload larger lists, the process can be slow, and we occasionally get incomplete or inconsistent results for smaller German regional businesses. We also have to spend extra time afterward cleaning up duplicates and verifying inconsistent job titles. We’d love to see faster processing for larger batches so we don’t have to split our lists into smaller uploads. Built-in automatic deduplication during enrichment would save us from manually removing duplicate entries later. It would also be helpful to have custom field matching so we can map enriched data directly to our existing CRM fields during upload, instead of reformatting CSVs afterward.
