"Effortless, Scalable 1:1 ABM Gifting That Works as a Real Demand Gen Channel"
5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk makes it easy to run 1:1 ABM gifting at scale without it turning into a logistics nightmare. As a team running named-account campaigns across the insurance vertical, we need to send personalized, relevant gifts to specific contacts at specific accounts, not blast the same generic swag to a list. Reachdesk lets us do that without manually managing vendors, shipping, and follow-up for every single send.

It's become a real channel in our mix, not just a nice-to-have. We track Direct Mail (Reachdesk) alongside our other demand gen channels in our reporting, and it consistently earns its place. For account-based motions where the whole point is quality over quantity, having a platform that can execute personalized gifting reliably at volume is what makes the strategy actually executable. What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The gift marketplace could use a stronger lineup on the food side. With our previous vendor, we had access to items like Milk Bar boxes: well-known, high-quality brands that recipients immediately recognized and were excited to receive. Reachdesk's cookie and food options tend to lean toward lesser-known brands, which doesn't always land the same way, especially when we're sending to senior contacts at target accounts where the gift itself is part of the impression we're making. I'd love to see more recognizable, premium food brands added to the catalog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use Budgeting and Item Sending"
5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

I like how easy is i to use. The ability to have a budget and send out items. The customer service is also top notch. I had to send out a contact of 20 people and reachdesk sent me a CSV which I filled out and sent back out to them. Some had personalized notes so our rep sent out each one individually one by one!! Really amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

the cost of items are really expensive and maybe thats how expensive it is to ship.

I also don't like how you can't save contacts as that would have been helpful when I worked with current clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform With Powerful Global Gifting and Click Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

I really like how user-friendly the platform is. There are a lot of options, especially when it comes to global presence, which is a huge advantage. I also love that it lets me track clicks and see exactly when someone accepts my gift, making the whole process easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

This may be a limitation based on how my company has the platform configured, but sending a standalone gift card feels more complicated than it should be unless it's tied to a campaign. Additionally, some of the gifting options seem a bit expensive for what they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Engagement with Gmail Collaboration and Insightful Message Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Great engagement options and relatively seamless to use. The collaboration options with Gmail make it it even more friendly. Love that it provides analytics on messages sent to see what is performing well and what is not.

The team has been a great partner to ensure our team is well-enabled to best use Reachdesk. I have not had the ability to use any AI/intelligence features with the service.

Overall, the performance expected with Reachdesk has been beneficial to our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Some of the product catalog appears to be available as a sending option but I cannot find a way to use everything listed. Some items seem to be priced quite high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great gifting platform to support customer marketers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk is easy to use and offers several different gift options as well as ways to send those gifts. I like using the Automated Campaigns which allows me to create a gift link that can be sent by email or via Salesforce. I'm able to incorporate charity donation options for recipients who are not able to receive gifts of any kind which allows me to develop campaigns to engage with all of our customers. I also appreciate all of the ways we can customize Campaigns and messaging to gift recipients.

We are just getting started with utilizing Reachdesk but the support team has been great to work with and very responsive. I'm looking forward to exploring the platform more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

The only thing I wish we could do in Reachdesk that we can't is create curated gifting campaigns that offer recipients a select group of gift options to choose from. Reachdesk offers "recipient choice" which allows a recipient to choose a different gift if they don't like what was sent. While this is great, I like the ability to be able to provide a smaller group of gift options which might be more aligned from a specific campaign standpoint. Not a big issue but just a preference. "Elevated Gifting Made Easy with Reachdesk’s Variety and Warehousing"
5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

What I like best about Reachdesk is the wide variety of gifting options available. They offer many unique items—including food and beverage gifts—making it easy to find something that's a step above traditional swag. It's been a great solution for our VIP and customer events when we want to provide a more elevated gifting experience.

I also really appreciate the Amazon integration, which gives us even more flexibility when selecting gifts. Another standout feature is the ability to store our leftover inventory in Reachdesk's warehouse. It makes reordering and reusing existing items incredibly simple, saving both time and effort while helping us better manage our swag inventory.

One of the biggest highlights of our experience has been working with our Client Success Manager, Sophia. She consistently goes above and beyond to support our team and truly feels like an extension of it. Whether she's putting together creative campaign ideas, serving as the liaison between us and vendors, or simply checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly, she takes so much off our plate. Her responsiveness and willingness to help have made a huge difference in our overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

One area I'd love to see improved is the bulk ordering process. Right now, large orders require uploading an Excel file, and if I'm sending multiple quantities of the same item to the same recipient, I have to repeat their information on every row. It would save a lot of time if there were a way to specify quantities without duplicating recipient information.

I've also noticed that shipping notifications can occasionally be confusing. At times, I've received emails saying an order has shipped or been delivered when it was still on hold or in transit. I've also had an order where the tracking links never updated, even after the items had been delivered. I'm not sure if that's a Reachdesk or carrier issue, but more reliable tracking updates would make it much easier to monitor shipments.

Finally, I'd love to see improvements to the Sends page. For large orders, each individual item is listed separately, which can become overwhelming when you're managing dozens of shipments. It would be much more user-friendly if all items from the same campaign or bulk order were grouped together in a single view, with the ability to expand for individual tracking details. It would also be incredibly helpful to see how many boxes or shipments an order is expected to arrive in, with all associated tracking numbers displayed together in one place. That would make it much easier to plan for deliveries and confirm that every shipment has been received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless SFDC Integration and Outstanding Support for Effortless Gifting"
5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk has provided our Sales Team a platform to gift with ease - The Marketplace features a quick access area to choose which gift reps are interested in without getting Admins involved - A great feature add! The integration with SFDC is seamless and Reps have even connected Outreach for in sequence sends. Our ReachDesk CSM has been nothing short of amazing and incredibly supportive through our ReachDesk Journey expanding into Marketing and People Team during our last renewal cycle. Our CSM is always a quick email or call away to answer any questions to make sure we are seeing ROI and seeing value from the team. This level of support, attention to detail, and trusted follow through has made all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Sometimes it is a bit hard to find what I am looking for when it comes to different Admin features (managing team wallets, creating campaigns, etc), but with how supportive our CSM is, she has been there to provide incredibly helpful tips and tricks on how to navigate the platform with ease - Sometimes live or sometimes with clear emails with documentation. "Reachdesk Makes Event Gifting and Merch Logistics Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

What I like best is how easy Reachdesk makes gifting and merch logistics for events. We no longer have to worry about storage, warehousing, or shipping - it's all handled in a very well-organised way. The landing pages are also highly customisable and intuitive, with handy AI capabilities, and there's a wide range of items to choose from for different regions. We've seen strong ROI from our gifting activities since using Reachdesk. The customer support has been excellent, and our account manager, Lauren, has gone above and beyond to help us at any stage. I've used other gifting platforms before, and none come close to Reachdesk's interface and capabilities. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support and Intuitive Swag Variety"
5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

The support team is really great, and I like that you can get a big variety of swag from different vendors. The tool is quite intuitive, and I don't think I've ever experienced bugs in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

Reachdesk is quite expensive, but I will say I have not compared it to other similar vendors, so it might be similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A multipurpose platform that is crucial for our HR and Events Team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reachdesk?

Anytime I have an issue, the chat feature is great, and inquiries are escalated when needed. Their gift card marketplace has a ton of options globally, and it’s super easy to bulk-send gift cards in high volumes.

The reporting features are extremely easy to use, which is especially important for event budgeting and for monitoring sends both internally and externally. Our CSM, Katherine, is the best and is always supportive with any project or issue we encounter.

Lastly, the ability to upload funds instantly is great for last-minute needs. Assigning funds to individuals is also greatly appreciated by our managers, since they can delegate amounts to their direct reports and still have full visibility into how the funds are spent. The added Amazon marketplace is a great add-on that we use internally for ad hoc gifting that doesn’t require branding (like a get-well gift or baby baskets). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reachdesk?

We have had a few instances recently where the warehouse team doesnt provide the correct tracking number and we are unable to track packages which can be frustrating . The process for ordering swag is also not consistent across different countries. For example, some items I like from US lookbook cannot be sent to EMEA which causes inconsistency in our company gifting. The swag pricing also seems to be higher when comparing with other vendors. Response from Sofia Silva of Reachdesk

Hi there, thank you for your review - we truly appreciate your feedback! Employee gifting is so relevant these days and we're happy to see you're leveraging Reachdesk to make your employees' day!

Indeed, some vendors that are available in a region can sometimes not be available in a different one, and we are sorry if that causes inconvenience. We're always looking for new international vendors to partner with - keep an eye out on the platform as we add new vendors each week.

Again, thank you for your feedback, and for being a Reachdesk customer!
