Helpful lever to pull to get prospects attention, set meetings, and move the needle with stalled contacts. The booking link integration is nice, can make the gifting -> meeting process seamless.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

No particular downsides. One thing that would be nice: you have to allocated your budget for each individual. Would be nice if it could be untethered, sent to any prospect. Would enable me to cast a wider net with outreach.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A good "hail mary", "break glass in case of emergency" tool for meeting with prospects. Can't leverage it every time, but a great option to have for sending gifts/gift cards to prospects to incentivize connecting.

There is some limitations with sending items to different regions which can cause issues. I also think landing page functionality could be improved to allow the creation of physical gift campaigns with multi-products. But I believe this is on their roadmap.

I love how easy Reachdesk is to use, along with the ability to customize messaging and sending preferences. These options make it easier for me to attract prospects and tailor outreach to what works best. I love it overall!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The pricing on some of the gifts that aren’t gift cards feels a bit expensive. Also, sometimes I can’t figure out which gift is which because the labels are confusing.

It helps me with my outreach and with bringing in prospects. People love getting something in return for their time, and I really appreciate that I can access something right at my fingertips as a simple thank-you.

It offers capabilities that most companies don’t provide at scale, including multiple warehouses around the world where you can store your items closer to their destinations. This makes it easier to manage your gifting journey from start to finish, with storage and fulfillment handled in a more convenient, location-based way.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

At times, warehouses make mistakes, such as shipping the wrong items, having inaccurate inventory, or experiencing delayed processing. There are also improvements that could be made to the back-end reporting from a customer-facing perspective. Having to reach out to support to gather information that should be readily available is tedious and slows things down.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were previously struggling with global gifting for both internal employees and external stakeholders, but now we have the capabilities we need to handle both. This saves us time and helps ensure we’re showing up as our best selves.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I'm using Reachdesk in sending eGCs to my colleagues in different campaigns that we had. And it is very user-friendly, and they can claim the voucher instantly. There are also a lot of stores or merchants that we can choose from both internationally and locally. When I had an issue, the customer service responded promptly and was able to resolve the issue in less than a day. The self-help videos and FAQs are extremely helpful for exploring or navigating Reachdesk.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

None that I can think of. My experience so far with Reachdesk has been smooth.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need to send eGCs or vouchers to a lot of people, I can do it only once because the Reachdesk already has a template where I can input the details of my colleagues, and I just need to upload it in the portal.

I like the fact I am able to reach people all across the country. The analytics is also another great tool it shows who opened it up and when your item is delivered so you can follow up and check in to see how they like it.

I don't really see any downsides compared to the other similar tools out there. This is simple and clean.l.

Problems reachdesk is solving for me is creating the possibilities of making connections with people which wouldn't not be possible without this tool. This benefit me by getting me reactions from prospect and scheduling more meetings.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk is an incredibly powerful tool that simplifies giveaways for our customer marketing campaigns. What would otherwise be a logistical nightmare, like dropshipping 100 water bottles to addresses all over the world, is made surprisingly manageable. I also appreciate how the platform continues to evolve. Since we started using Reachdesk in 2022, it’s become noticeably easier to use. We appreciate all of the thoughtful enhancements that have been rolled out.

Their customer support is also typically very quick to respond and generally a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Its functionality isn’t well-suited for distributing apparel gifts. Each size counts as a separate SKU, and with the SKU limitations built into our plan, managing multiple sizes becomes cumbersome. 

There’s also no built-in way for recipients to select their size—or more generally, to choose one item from a variety of gifts in our inventory. This has to be handled externally (like through a Google Form), which adds unnecessary complexity to the logistics.

It would also be massively helpful to have the ability to save progress on sends or bulk sends and return later. Having to redo work after realizing a campaign setting needs to be adjusted often makes the workflow inefficient.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps us drive higher campaign conversions by offering giveaways as an incentive at scale. It streamlines what would otherwise be a time-consuming and complex process, allowing us to reach large audiences quickly while boosting engagement and response rates.

- Creating a campaign that allows for global sending is really easy
- Simple to monitor and manage different teams budgets and campaigns 
- Enables us to thank our customers and prospects in a personal way at scale
- Their marketplace - we don't have to self-source and inventory all items but can instead use theirs
- Their help and support is some of the best. They're quick to respond and always happy to jump on a call if we need anything.

I can't think of anything; it does what I need it to and it's flexible enough to fit our needs as they evolve

It's solving a few things: 
1. Incentivizing customers and non-customers who participate in research with our team
2. Sending personalized touches to partners and customers to keep Chili Piper top of mind 
3. Sending swag to our global team
4. Recently we reengaged 'ghosted' opps around Halloween with a seasonal surprise gift to try to reengage the conversations

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk makes gifting and warehousing very easy and simple. The team is always very responsive when issues arrive and willing to help with any task. The platform easily integrates with other software and CRMs to make it easy to track usage.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Often it takes a while for items to get stocked in the warehouse which can delay some campaigns, even with months of preplanning. My team finds the interface somewhat confusing, although I thought it was very simple for me to implement on my end. Some features are restricted behind additional paywalls, despite the platform already being quite expensive.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often send out promotional and branded materials to prospects to push deals along, and to customers to help with upsells. Reachdesk makes it simple to manufacture, store, and ship out these materials, without me having to worry.

The one-off campaign creation can be a little wonky and confusing at first.

Easy way to send gifts globally, I work with different regions so it is key that we have a reliable partner with a great service in these countries

Some baskets/items are a bit overpriced, it would be great to have gift box options for 50/60 that still have a professional look and feel.
Speed of wallet topping, there should be an apply pay or credit card option without a fee
Need to create a campaign to send 1 gift, we should be able to do this directly from the Marketplace

Easy to send out and create promotional campaigns.

A bit tedious to approve and create individual promo campaigns:
- you must filter by individual campaign which typically includes multiple different gift options so you must choose all of these to approve the gifts specifically for my use case this is via my teams budget and it is very tedious and at times confusing 
- I dislike that you must create a net new campaign for each gift type - for example: if you offer a Visa gift card or an Amazon card you must create 2 different campaigns and tie them to a landing page, this is tedious and confusing compared to other vendors

Promotional gift send outs for paid marketing promotions. Mainly involved in sending prospects gifts for viewing product demos.

Simple to send links or emails when sending gifts to clients. The variety of gift options is also very nice.

It's a little hard to find WHERE to search for items.

I like that I am able to deliver right to the prospects door without having to show up if they are a far away prospect.  I also really like that they have integrated services through salesforce that help make the process smoother.

I wish there were more gifts and options to choose from.

Being able to reach clients that are not within driving distance.  It helps me touch more prospects throughout the week.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

It’s quick to use and makes it easy to send gifts to clients without having to overthink the process. The AI features can suggest subject lines and even draft content, which helps when you’re short on time. I also like that it links back to D365, so I can be confident I’m sending to the right contact.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The UI could be improved, and the product images aren’t always as clear as the descriptions. For example, there may be seasonal gifts for Christmas or Easter, but it isn’t obvious from the images, so you could end up sending the wrong item because the description doesn’t quite match what’s shown.

Old processes were time consuming. Now its much easier to send a gift with an allowance allocated

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I've tried most of the top direct mailing tools - Sendoso, &open, Postal, etc. Reachdesk is by far the most easy to work with and accomodating. It has ample gift options in every country, takes into account restrictions in different states and regions, and offers good rates on shipping. In a crowded market, its definitely great. I'd never give 10 stars - just because there's always room to improve.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Some features could be more user friendly and, like all platforms, it has its quirks. One recommendation would be to lock out gift cards like Amazon, for certain sends - e.g. not allow sending Amazon.co.uk cards to German recipients.

Making gifting easy and frictionless and helping keep users on a budget but still with freedom

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Within Reachdesk, we're able to set up various types of custom campaigns (egifts, direct mail, etc) to send to prospects and customers. It's super easy to set up and can be used by marketing and the sales team. It also integrates with a variety of platforms. We specifically use it with Marketo and Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

It's hard to test out different campaigns. When we submit a test lead and accidentally stay on a page too long, it marks us as someone who had claimed the "gift card" which would take funds out of our account.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Egifting and direct mail helps us reach prospects and customers in a new, fresh way to enhance the customer experience and provide new opportunities to generate pipeline for our team!

How easy it is to build and send a gift. Customizing a note and email is simple and allows for high-level account nurture and ABM campaigns. The broad gifting options are excellent and allow me to send items specific to a customer or prospect's specific interests. Customer support is always responsive and eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Setting up campaigns and adding items to those campaigns from your inventory can be a challenge to ensure you do them in the right sequence.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABM and prospect strategic gifting - small sends that would be cost-prohibitive to acquire and brand multiple items is now easy to do (quickly) and still with a high-level of brand visibility. It's also increased our agility when a quick turnaround is required.

The Reachdesk platform is very easy to navigate. Their sales and implementation teams have been amazing, and their marketplace offers tons of great options. Campaign setup, along with the inventory and warehousing processes, is also straightforward to get up and running once you’ve walked through it once.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

My only major complaint right now is that each size of apparel is treated as a new SKU - with limited SKUs per contract.

With Reachdesk, we're able to use one vendor for our event storage + swag, company swag, and all gifting (internal & external)! This keeps it super easy - one tool across many teams. Their reporting is straightforward and we're able to easily control and track spending across teams and campaigns.

We love being able to send timely gifts to prospects and customers - gift cards for booking a meeting, brand awareness campaigns, and more. It's fairly easy to set up, and integrates with HubSpot for automated sending when certain actions are taken. Our CSM has been great at quickly answering questions when we need clarification!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The shipping costs can be a little bit high, as well as the marketplace gift options. There are a lot of products to choose from, which is nice, but most of them seem overpriced for what they are. I wish that we could integrate our whole ReachDesk instance into our whole HubSpot instance - instead of it being a per-user integration.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were manually sending out gift cards and physical gifts during campaigns, so this has been a lot easier. Before, we weren't enabling other teams (outside of marketing) to send gifts to prospects or customers at all, so now they are able to send things on their own (with just a little bit of setup on our side).
