## Reachdesk Reviews
 ### 1. Reachdesk Makes Personalized Customer Gifting Easy, Scalable, and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony G. | Customer Advocacy Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk has been an invaluable tool in my role as a Customer Advocacy Specialist. What I enjoy most is how it enables me to create personalized customer experiences at scale while keeping the entire process organized and efficient. The platform's user interface is intuitive, making it easy to build and manage gifting campaigns, track deliveries, and monitor engagement without spending excessive time on administrative tasks.
One of the features I use most frequently is the ability to send personalized gifts and eGifts nationally while managing everything from a single platform. This has significantly improved my workflow by eliminating the need to coordinate with multiple vendors or manually track fulfillment. The automation capabilities and integrations with other tools in our tech stack also help streamline customer advocacy and engagement initiatives, saving valuable time each week.
Another unexpected benefit has been the impact Reachdesk has had on strengthening customer relationships. Beyond simply sending gifts, it helps create memorable touchpoints that drive participation in advocacy programs, customer reference activities, and strategic engagement efforts. The reporting and tracking features also provide visibility into campaign performance, helping demonstrate ROI and justify continued investment.
From a performance perspective, the platform is reliable and easy to navigate, even when managing multiple campaigns. The onboarding experience was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever questions arise. I also appreciate the continued innovation within the product, including intelligent recommendations and automation features that help optimize outreach and engagement efforts.
Overall, Reachdesk delivers strong value by helping me build meaningful customer connections, increase engagement, and execute advocacy initiatives more efficiently. It has become a key part of my workflow and consistently helps me create positive experiences that leave a lasting impression on our customers.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

While my overall experience with Reachdesk has been very positive, there are a few areas where I think the platform could improve. From an AI and intelligence perspective, there is an opportunity to provide more proactive recommendations around recipient selection, campaign optimization, and engagement trends. These enhancements could help users make more data-driven decisions and maximize the effectiveness of their programs.

I would also like to see more flexibility in reporting and analytics, particularly for creating customized reports that tie gifting activities directly to advocacy outcomes and business impact.

None of these challenges are significant enough to outweigh the value Reachdesk provides, but addressing them would make an already strong platform even more effective for customer advocacy and engagement teams.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps me solve the challenge of scaling personalized customer engagement without sacrificing the human touch. Before using the platform, coordinating gifts, rewards, and customer appreciation efforts often required manual processes, multiple vendors, and significant administrative overhead. Reachdesk centralizes these activities in one place, making it easier to deliver meaningful experiences efficiently.
It also helps address customer advocacy participation and engagement challenges. Whether I'm recruiting customers for reference activities, encouraging participation in advocacy programs, or recognizing customers for their contributions, Reachdesk provides a tangible way to show appreciation and strengthen relationships. These personalized touchpoints often help increase response rates and engagement.

 ### 2. Seamless CRM-Triggered Gifting with Global Delivery and Real-Time Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nencho P. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Seamless CRM Integration: Sends can be triggered directly within tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot without switching platforms.

Global Reach & Effortless Logistics: Global shipping and vendor networks handle international delivery and local address collection automatically.

Real-Time Tracking & Notifications: Immediate visibility into delivery and redemption status lets sales/account teams time follow-ups perfectly.

No Expense Report Hassles: Centralized budgets mean reps don't have to buy items upfront and submit manual reimbursement claims.

Diverse Gift Selection: Options range from instant e-gift cards to custom swag, local coffee treats, and high-end curated gifts.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Regional Catalog Disparities: While international shipping is supported, the selection of physical gifts and local vendors in smaller or non-US/UK markets can feel limited compared to North America.

Minor Setup & UI Nuances: Setting up complex campaigns or navigating warehouse inventory management can occasionally feel a bit clunky for new administrators.

Lead Times for Custom Swag: Processing times for uploading, approving, and warehousing custom-branded merchandise can take a few weeks before items are ready to send.

Occasional Integration Sync Delays: Activity tracking occasionally takes a little time to sync back into Salesforce or HubSpot.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves digital fatigue and the high friction of cold outreach. Before Reachdesk, getting prospects to engage via email or phone was becoming harder, and sending physical gifts meant manual expense reports and shipping logistics. Reachdesk allows our reps to send personalized items directly through Outreach and Salesforce in seconds. The real-time delivery notifications let reps follow up at the exact moment a gift arrives, which has significantly boosted our meeting booked rates and accelerated deal cycles.

 ### 3. Reachdesk Keeps Getting Better—Easy to Use with Quick, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mallory D. | Manager, Sales Enablement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

We’ve used Reachdesk for years, and I can confidently say the platform continues to improve. With each release, they roll out features and functionality that directly benefit our teams and make the tool more useful over time. Their support team is quick to respond and provides actionable help. Our CSM is also prompt, genuinely helpful, and clearly on our side as a customer. Nicole has gone to bat for us internally numerous times, and she’s been a real asset. The platform is easy to use and our reps love the interface.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The only downsides I’ve run into with the tool are smaller details that end up creating a bit of extra manual work for the tool admins. Things like budget resets, ship notices, and campaign building can be somewhat time-consuming. That said, the team has been very receptive to this feedback and has plans to improve these areas.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ll be out of the office at the start of our next FQ, so I reached out to the Reachdesk support team to ask whether they could help with some of the new-quarter turnover tasks while I’m away. They didn’t hesitate to step in and offer support, which immediately helped relieve that stress. This is just one example of the partnership they provide and the genuine care they show for their customers.

 ### 4. Reachdesk Powers Global SDR Outreach with Personalized Gifting and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah H. | AMS Field Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Our company uses Reachdesk to power SDR outreach across our global team, breaking into net new accounts and warming up cold leads with well-timed gifting. The gift marketplace gives our SDRs plenty of options to personalize sends, and the tracking and reporting make it easy for me to see what's working and prove value across regions. The real difference-maker is our Customer Success Manager, Sophia Calandra. She's always available, personally trains our SDRs around the world, and constantly brings fresh campaign ideas before we even ask. As the person managing our Reachdesk relationship and driving adoption internally, having a champion like Sophia on the vendor side makes my job dramatically easier.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Honestly, there's little to dislike. My main challenge has been driving adoption across our global SDR team. Sending a gift is an extra step in an SDR's workflow, and some are slower to build it into their routine. More in-platform nudges, gamification, or rep-level engagement features would help make Reachdesk a daily habit rather than an occasional tool.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

> Reachdesk solves the challenge of running a global gifting program from one platform. Our SDRs use it to break into net new accounts and warm up old leads, with Reachdesk handling international logistics we could never manage ourselves. It's also key to our event strategy. Around marquee events we send experiences like Uber vouchers, and our thank you for attending gifts have performed really well. The result is one consistent global program with clear visibility into engagement and pipeline.

 ### 5. Reachdesk Makes Custom Campaigns and Mass Gifting Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew G. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I love that I can customize unique campaigns based on my audience, and also mass-send gifts to multiple recipients. On top of that, the support I get from my Customer Success Manager, Sophia, is hands down, the most knowledgeable and friendly support I’ve ever experienced. I really can’t express enough how beneficial that level of support has been for me.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I really don't have any dislikes. I've used a handful of different systems similar to Reachdesk, but Reachdesk is by far the best!

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now automatically send large quantities of gifts with just a couple of clicks, whereas before I had to send each gift individually via email. I’m also able to review the metrics to see how many sends I’ve made, whether recipients have opened the gift, and then pull and share those metrics with leadership.

**Official Response from Nick Bennett:**

> Thanks so much, Matthew, this made our whole team smile. Being the best of the systems you've used is exactly what we're going for, and we love that custom campaigns and mass sends are feeling effortless.

And the shout-out to Sophia means a lot. We'll make sure she sees this, she'll be thrilled. That kind of support is a big part of what we want every customer to feel.

Really appreciate you coming back to update your review. Thank you for being a customer.

 ### 6. Convenient and Easy to Use, but Limited Choices

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy M. | PEO District Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

It’s convenient to use, easy to send, and it comes with a good amount of funds to spend.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There aren’t many choices here that I genuinely like. I’d really love to see more non-alcohol options, because I’m not always sure whether the person I’m sending to drinks. I end up using THNKS a lot since it offers more variety. They also have fun, unique gifts—for example, “Thanks a Latte” to send coffee, “Thanks for Everything Bagel” to send breakfast, and “Fan Gear” for sports people.

One issue I’m running into is that I can’t click on certain gifts to view them more closely. For instance, if I click on “Post-pamper gift,” it takes me straight to sending it instead of letting me preview it first. I’d like to be able to see a larger photo and a clear description of what’s included inside the gift.

I would like to add to my signature Paycor Powered by Paychex logo.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It adds a special touch when sending gifts to prospects, referral partners, and internal partners.

 ### 7. Reachdesk + Outreach Integration Streamlined Our Gifting Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailee H. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk integrates directly with Outreach, which my team already used, so it made adding and managing contact info much simpler without switching between separate tools. That integration alone streamlined our gifting workflow a lot.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The gift card redemption flow can be frustrating. If you make a mistake entering your contact info, it won't let you access the gift card, and there isn't always a clear way to go back and fix it. A more forgiving edit/retry process for that step would help a lot.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk simplifies sending money and gifts to contacts. I like the range of gifting options and recommendations it suggests, and the integration with Outreach means contact info flows through without extra manual entry. Overall it streamlines the whole gift-sending workflow for our team.

 ### 8. Intuitive Outreach Tool with Great Salesforce Integration and Thoughtful Gift Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Theresa H. | Regional Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I like the Salesforce integrations, the overall ease of use, the email templates, and the gift options. I also appreciate the intuitive and user-friendly experience and all the small touches such as advanced scheduling, customizations and AI tracking capabilities. It was very easy to learn and adopt as a daily marketing outreach tool.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

It would be great if you could offer more “local” options for the region I’m targeting, so the choices feel familiar and relevant. I understand Starbucks and Peets are the primary options right now, but I know many people who would really appreciate having a craft coffee experience or a local restaurant from their own town included as well.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us do virtual drops with prospects and clients, so we can all show more appreciation and gratitude. It also keeps us top of mind and takes the pressure off having to send gift cards or gifts manually and individually.

 ### 9. Sophia Calandra’s Professional Support Makes This Premium Service Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Manager, Internal Meetings & Customer Engagements, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I love our rep, Sophia Calandra. She always goes out of her way to help answer questions and provide insight. I also really appreciate how she presents options in such a professional way whenever we’re considering different projects.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The price is high for many items, but that’s because it’s a premium product. They personalize gifts by wrapping them and putting cards together, so the cost reflects that premium service. Still, we would use them a lot more if there were some cheaper options available.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with a lot of vendors, and Reachdesk has felt much more like a true team effort. We know we have support for anything we need, whereas some other vendors tend to fall short in that area.

 ### 10. Easy to Use Budgeting and Item Sending

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I like how easy is i to use. The ability to have a budget and send out items. The customer service is also top notch. I had to send out a contact of 20 people and reachdesk sent me a CSV which I filled out and sent back out to them. Some had personalized notes so our rep sent out each one individually one by one!! Really amazing.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

the cost of items are really expensive and maybe thats how expensive it is to ship.
I also don't like how you can't save contacts as that would have been helpful when I worked with current clients.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me a budget and sending items from our store. In my previous job we had access to other items which were fun and I hope Magma considers that in the future.
It also saves me from packing items up and shipping them out myself or someone from the office.
I also don't like that it doesn't auto save there has been plenty of times where I had to start over and re-enter information /address

 ### 11. User-Friendly Platform With Powerful Global Gifting and Click Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I really like how user-friendly the platform is. There are a lot of options, especially when it comes to global presence, which is a huge advantage. I also love that it lets me track clicks and see exactly when someone accepts my gift, making the whole process easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

This may be a limitation based on how my company has the platform configured, but sending a standalone gift card feels more complicated than it should be unless it's tied to a campaign. Additionally, some of the gifting options seem a bit expensive for what they are.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps me build rapport in a way that's often missing in a remote work environment. Being able to send a thoughtful gift after a call, during the sales process, or simply as a touchpoint makes a big difference. It adds a personal element to the sales experience, shows prospects that I'm paying attention, and helps foster stronger, more genuine relationships.

 ### 12. Seamless Engagement with Gmail Collaboration and Insightful Message Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett C. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Great engagement options and relatively seamless to use. The collaboration options with Gmail make it it even more friendly. Love that it provides analytics on messages sent to see what is performing well and what is not.

The team has been a great partner to ensure our team is well-enabled to best use Reachdesk. I have not had the ability to use any AI/intelligence features with the service.

Overall, the performance expected with Reachdesk has been beneficial to our team.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Some of the product catalog appears to be available as a sending option but I cannot find a way to use everything listed. Some items seem to be priced quite high.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us an extra special way to thank customers for taking time to connect with us for a conversation. It's also a great motivator to establish a meeting.

 ### 13. Great gifting platform to support customer marketers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerald M. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk is easy to use and offers several different gift options as well as ways to send those gifts. I like using the Automated Campaigns which allows me to create a gift link that can be sent by email or via Salesforce. I'm able to incorporate charity donation options for recipients who are not able to receive gifts of any kind which allows me to develop campaigns to engage with all of our customers. I also appreciate all of the ways we can customize Campaigns and messaging to gift recipients.

We are just getting started with utilizing Reachdesk but the support team has been great to work with and very responsive. I'm looking forward to exploring the platform more.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The only thing I wish we could do in Reachdesk that we can't is create curated gifting campaigns that offer recipients a select group of gift options to choose from. Reachdesk offers "recipient choice" which allows a recipient to choose a different gift if they don't like what was sent. While this is great, I like the ability to be able to provide a smaller group of gift options which might be more aligned from a specific campaign standpoint. Not a big issue but just a preference.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Reachdesk we have bettwr global coverage for our gifting efforts as well as better tracking to help us understand the impact gifting is having.

Reachdesk also provides great support for our team globally. They engage directly with our users to make sure they know how to use the platform and answer their questions. I think that we've seen better adoption and usage with Reachdesk compared to our previous gifting platform.

 ### 14. Elevated Gifting Made Easy with Reachdesk’s Variety and Warehousing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

What I like best about Reachdesk is the wide variety of gifting options available. They offer many unique items—including food and beverage gifts—making it easy to find something that's a step above traditional swag. It's been a great solution for our VIP and customer events when we want to provide a more elevated gifting experience.

I also really appreciate the Amazon integration, which gives us even more flexibility when selecting gifts. Another standout feature is the ability to store our leftover inventory in Reachdesk's warehouse. It makes reordering and reusing existing items incredibly simple, saving both time and effort while helping us better manage our swag inventory.

One of the biggest highlights of our experience has been working with our Client Success Manager, Sophia. She consistently goes above and beyond to support our team and truly feels like an extension of it. Whether she's putting together creative campaign ideas, serving as the liaison between us and vendors, or simply checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly, she takes so much off our plate. Her responsiveness and willingness to help have made a huge difference in our overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

One area I'd love to see improved is the bulk ordering process. Right now, large orders require uploading an Excel file, and if I'm sending multiple quantities of the same item to the same recipient, I have to repeat their information on every row. It would save a lot of time if there were a way to specify quantities without duplicating recipient information.

I've also noticed that shipping notifications can occasionally be confusing. At times, I've received emails saying an order has shipped or been delivered when it was still on hold or in transit. I've also had an order where the tracking links never updated, even after the items had been delivered. I'm not sure if that's a Reachdesk or carrier issue, but more reliable tracking updates would make it much easier to monitor shipments.

Finally, I'd love to see improvements to the Sends page. For large orders, each individual item is listed separately, which can become overwhelming when you're managing dozens of shipments. It would be much more user-friendly if all items from the same campaign or bulk order were grouped together in a single view, with the ability to expand for individual tracking details. It would also be incredibly helpful to see how many boxes or shipments an order is expected to arrive in, with all associated tracking numbers displayed together in one place. That would make it much easier to plan for deliveries and confirm that every shipment has been received.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk has helped solve one of our biggest challenges: finding high-quality, unique branded gifts for our customer and VIP events. Before using the platform, we often struggled to source items that felt elevated, aligned with the type of experience we wanted to create, and could still be customized with our branding. Reachdesk has helped us deliver a more polished gifting experience while saving time on sourcing and logistics.

 ### 15. Seamless SFDC Integration and Outstanding Support for Effortless Gifting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk has provided our Sales Team a platform to gift with ease - The Marketplace features a quick access area to choose which gift reps are interested in without getting Admins involved - A great feature add! The integration with SFDC is seamless and Reps have even connected Outreach for in sequence sends. Our ReachDesk CSM has been nothing short of amazing and incredibly supportive through our ReachDesk Journey expanding into Marketing and People Team during our last renewal cycle. Our CSM is always a quick email or call away to answer any questions to make sure we are seeing ROI and seeing value from the team. This level of support, attention to detail, and trusted follow through has made all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Sometimes it is a bit hard to find what I am looking for when it comes to different Admin features (managing team wallets, creating campaigns, etc), but with how supportive our CSM is, she has been there to provide incredibly helpful tips and tricks on how to navigate the platform with ease - Sometimes live or sometimes with clear emails with documentation.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReachDesk has helped us with streamlining our gifting to prospects and customers to help improve meeting conversions and increase positive customer experiences overall.

 ### 16. Reachdesk Makes Event Gifting and Merch Logistics Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iulia L. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

What I like best is how easy Reachdesk makes gifting and merch logistics for events. We no longer have to worry about storage, warehousing, or shipping - it's all handled in a very well-organised way. The landing pages are also highly customisable and intuitive, with handy AI capabilities, and there's a wide range of items to choose from for different regions. We've seen strong ROI from our gifting activities since using Reachdesk. The customer support has been excellent, and our account manager, Lauren, has gone above and beyond to help us at any stage. I've used other gifting platforms before, and none come close to Reachdesk's interface and capabilities. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk has covered everything we've needed so far.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk is solving the challenge of managing event logistics: banners, merch, etc, so our team doesn't have to handle any of that manually. Apart from that, it's also helping our partnership, customer success, and sales teams strengthen relationships with current customers and prospects through timely, well-executed gifting moments.

 ### 17. Great Support and Intuitive Swag Variety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie E. | Marketing Events Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

The support team is really great, and I like that you can get a big variety of swag from different vendors. The tool is quite intuitive, and I don't think I've ever experienced bugs in the system.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk is quite expensive, but I will say I have not compared it to other similar vendors, so it might be similar.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the opportunity to have multiple warehouses so we can ship swag easily across the globe is super helpful. Also having a stock we can renew when needed is great. Also, the function of sending gifts to prospects, etc. is something we've finally started doing, which is exciting although we don't know the full outcome yet.

 ### 18. A multipurpose platform that is crucial for our HR and Events Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Anytime I have an issue, the chat feature is great, and inquiries are escalated when needed. Their gift card marketplace has a ton of options globally, and it’s super easy to bulk-send gift cards in high volumes.

The reporting features are extremely easy to use, which is especially important for event budgeting and for monitoring sends both internally and externally. Our CSM, Katherine, is the best and is always supportive with any project or issue we encounter.

Lastly, the ability to upload funds instantly is great for last-minute needs. Assigning funds to individuals is also greatly appreciated by our managers, since they can delegate amounts to their direct reports and still have full visibility into how the funds are spent. The added Amazon marketplace is a great add-on that we use internally for ad hoc gifting that doesn’t require branding (like a get-well gift or baby baskets).

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

We have had a few instances recently where the warehouse team doesnt provide the correct tracking number and we are unable to track packages which can be frustrating . The process for ordering swag is also not consistent across different countries. For example, some items I like from US lookbook cannot be sent to EMEA which causes inconsistency in our company gifting. The swag pricing also seems to be higher when comparing with other vendors.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The logistics of buying and shipping gifts at a global scale is one of the main reasons we use Reachdesk. Their team can offer warehouses outside of the US, which is extremely helpful when dealing with customs and shipping timelines. It’s also a one-stop shop for electronic gift cards, which saves our HR team a ton of time at the end of the year, since I can easily go to the “Sends” tab and pull data for specific time periods (for example, by quarter or annually). With a very small HR team, internal gifting is so much more manageable having the warehouse team "Pick and Pack" curated bundles for quarterly employee gifting.

**Official Response from Sofia Silva:**

> Hi there, thank you for your review - we truly appreciate your feedback! Employee gifting is so relevant these days and we're happy to see you're leveraging Reachdesk to make your employees' day!

Indeed, some vendors that are available in a region can sometimes not be available in a different one, and we are sorry if that causes inconvenience. We're always looking for new international vendors to partner with - keep an eye out on the platform as we add new vendors each week.

Again, thank you for your feedback, and for being a Reachdesk customer!

 ### 19. Intuitive, Reliable Gifting with Seamless Integrations and Standout Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

UI / UX: The platform is intuitive and clean — building a gifting campaign doesn't require a ton of training, and the send flow (select recipient, choose gift, add personalization, confirm) is fast enough that reps actually use it rather than avoiding it. Campaign dashboards make it easy to see send status and recipient responses at a glance.
Integrations: Native integration with our CRM and marketing automation platform means gifting can be triggered directly from existing workflows — no manual list exports or spreadsheet handoffs. This also keeps recipient and engagement data flowing back into our systems automatically, so gifting activity shows up alongside other touchpoints in the account record.
Performance: The platform has been reliable — sends go out on schedule, the catalog loads quickly, and we haven't run into downtime or lag that's disrupted a campaign. Global fulfillment is handled smoothly even for larger batch sends across regions.
Pricing / ROI: Compared to managing gifting/direct mail in-house (sourcing vendors, handling logistics, tracking spend manually), Reachdesk consolidates all of that into one predictable cost, which makes budgeting and forecasting much easier. The attribution reporting lets us tie gift sends to pipeline movement and engagement, which has made it straightforward to demonstrate ROI to budget owners. A major separator between them and competitors is that Reachdesk will refund all unclaimed gift funds.
Support / Onboarding: Onboarding was well-structured, with a dedicated onboarding specialist who helped us set up templates, integrations, and best practices for our specific GTM motion rather than leaving us to figure it out alone. Ongoing support from our CSM has been extremely helpful, and they consistently go above and beyond to help strategize and deliver on all of our campaigns. This is a key advantage and a defining strength of the Reachdesk services offering.
AI / Intelligence: The recommendation and personalization features take some of the guesswork out of gift selection — matching gift type to persona, account tier, or campaign intent rather than relying purely on rep judgment. This has helped keep sends relevant instead of feeling like generic swag.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Honestly, there isn't a lot to dislike — the core product does what it's supposed to do well. If I had to point to something, it would be that feature development can feel a bit stagnant at times. It would be great to see more investment in AI capabilities.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk solves the operational headache of running personalized gifting and direct mail at scale. Before a platform like this, coordinating gift sends across a sales and marketing org means juggling multiple vendors, manual shipping logistics, inconsistent tracking, and no real way to tie spend back to outcomes — it's slow and hard to justify from a budget standpoint. Reachdesk consolidates all of that into a single workflow: reps and marketers can trigger relevant, timely sends directly from existing CRM/marketing automation workflows without needing to manage fulfillment themselves, and gifts can go out globally without us having to source local vendors in each region.
The direct benefit is that gifting becomes a scalable, repeatable part of our GTM motion rather than a one-off, manual effort reserved for a handful of key accounts. It also gives us the reporting to connect gifting activity to pipeline and engagement, which makes it much easier to demonstrate the program's value internally and make the case for continued investment. Overall, it's freed up time our team would otherwise spend on logistics and let us focus more on strategy — who to send to, when, and why.

**Official Response from Nick Bennett:**

> This might be one of the most thorough reviews we've ever received, thank you for putting real time into it. It means a lot that the things we care about most came through: a send flow reps actually use, native integrations that keep data flowing back into your CRM, and a CSM who goes above and beyond on your campaigns.

Your point on AI is well taken, and it's an area we're investing in heavily right now.

Really glad Reachdesk has made gifting a scalable, repeatable part of your GTM motion. Thanks for being a customer.

 ### 20. The Platform Is Great. The Partnership Is Even Better.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey M. | Podcast Freelance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk has been incredibly easy to adopt. The UI is intuitive, and it's easy to build campaigns without feeling overwhelmed by the platform. It doesn't take long to get comfortable, which made it much easier to encourage adoption across our sales organization.

The partnership has been the biggest differentiator for me. Nicole Barry has been amazing to work with. She's helped me troubleshoot, brainstorm new campaign ideas, answer every random question I've thrown her way, and even collaborate on our internal Reachdesk training program to help drive adoption across the business. It genuinely feels like she's invested in helping us succeed.

The integrations have also been a huge win. Connecting Reachdesk to our CRM gives us visibility into ROI and the impact gifting has on our pipeline instead of treating it like a black box. We also leverage multiple integrations to reduce friction for our sellers, making it as easy as possible for them to send thoughtful gifts without disrupting their workflow.

I haven't spent a lot of time using the AI features myself, but our sales team has been genuinely excited about Gifty since we introduced it in our latest training. It's been fun watching people discover new ways to personalize their outreach.

Between the platform, the integrations, and an incredibly responsive support team, Reachdesk has become a tool our teams actually enjoy using.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The only real challenge I've experienced has been the occasional inventory or warehousing issue. That's probably unavoidable when you're managing physical gifts at scale, and I never felt like it reflected the team itself. Nicole, Rita, and Bruno were always proactive, transparent, and quick to help us find an alternative whenever something came up.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk solves the challenge of scaling thoughtful gifting without adding friction for our teams. We can launch global gifting campaigns, automate parts of the process through integrations, and make it incredibly easy for sellers to engage prospects and customers. The CRM integration also gives us visibility into ROI and campaign impact, so we're able to measure the value of our programs instead of guessing. It helps us create better relationships while keeping the experience simple for both marketing and sales.

 ### 21. User-Friendly Bulk Gifting with Great Documentation and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika W. | Email Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

It is very user friendly and makes sending bulk customer gifts so easy. They also have great documentation for when you are setting up new campaigns and our customers success manager is always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I have no complaints about the platform! It has been a great tool for our company and compliments our campaigns.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps streamline our surprise and delight component of campaigns with the added bonus of the ability to have a personalized touch. Each gift we send customers includes a personalized letter with the customer's name and the sales associate that is tied to them - and the sales associate doesn't need to lift a finger.

 ### 22. The best and easiest to use gifting platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan J. | Enterprise Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

My favorite part of the plethora of options to choose from without having to go procure different vendors myself. It's all available within an easy to use platform that even my elderly parents could figure out. It was also a seamless integration to get it implemented in salesforce as well.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Nothing comes to mind yet. There have been many gifting platforms come and go and Reachdesk is the most comprehensive solution.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use reachdesk as a prospecting tool to gain attention. The executives we are going after are busy and receiving a gift makes them pause to understand who and why they received their gift.

 ### 23. Great Customer Support and Gifting Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis S. | Field Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I like our customer success rep, James. He is super personable and always looking at how to elevate Orca. He is on top of seasonal gifting offerings and is ready to pull data and offer help.

Product-wise, the e-gifts and amazon connection work very well for us. Yes I believe ReachDesk is worth the price.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

sometimes the features are not intuitive to myself or the sales reps. I wish it operated as more of a retail "store". Also the marketplace items take forever to ship so I am not inclined to use them in a campaign.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us reach customers and open doors

 ### 24. User-Friendly Tool That Streamlines Global Direct Mail with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Head of Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

This is a very user-friendly tool that has simplified our direct mail campaigns. The Gong and HubSpot integrations are excellent and were easy to set up. Reachdesk also enabled us to centralise our efforts globally, which has significantly streamlined our operations and made the overall process much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Reports and insights are useful, but they could be more customizable to better fit different needs.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk centralized our direct mail initiatives, which were previously managed regionally and took a lot of time. This change has made the process much more streamlined and easier to manage overall.

 ### 25. Easy-to-Use Reachdesk with Handy Amazon Gifting and Slack Notifications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

My favorite part about reachdesk is the option to gift through Amazon. The UI makes it easy to navigate as a first time user. I have reachdesk integrate through slack which is nice because I receive instant notifications when a prospect clicks or claims my gift, making follow ups seamless. I don't feel as I am getting money's worth as I haven't had many people claim gifts

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I think performance is fine and it tracks everything for the most part, I think it'd be helpful if I could see my balance returned when a gift is not collected.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk is helping us solve our outreach by providing a platform that helps build connection. There is an AI tool that helps search for gifts which is also super helpful.

 ### 26. Effortless Gifting with Hubspot Integration and Helpful AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Ease of use and the company campaign where we have gifts created that we can select and send to customers. Also, sending gift cards and lunch vouchers is super quick and easy. Love the integration with Hubspot. The AI intergation is also helpful for when writing what to say to customers. Not sure how much it cost but I think our organization is generally satisfied with the product Not sure how much it cost but I think our organization is generally satisfied with the product

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I don't like the way that customers have to accept/verify addresses. Sometimes I will send gifts and only 25% get accepted a month.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve customer re-engagement after a long time since the last contact, making it easier to re-engage them.

 ### 27. Makes Sending Unique Gifts Simple With a Diverse Selection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quynn A. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk makes it really simple to find unique items to send. They also make it really easy and have a really diverse selection.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I do wish sending in bulk would allow more than 5 items in some cases. I don't know if that's company specific to us though, vs a reachdesk problem.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They send very quickly, efficiently, and communicate when it sends so I know when to follow up with the recipient. It also helps us stand out by not sending the same things everyone else does.

 ### 28. Simple and Efficient Platform for Client Gifting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C. | sales development representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Very easy to use and great giftcard options!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I have not come across anything yet, it has been very seamless

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Reachdesk to simplify and manage sending gift cards and other gifts to clients. It solves the problem of having to manually purchase, organize, and send gifts through different vendors or processes. It saves me time, makes client gifting more efficient, and helps ensure gifts are sent accurately and consistently. It also provides a centralized way to manage and track client gifting.

 ### 29. When you want to say 'thanks,' reach for Reachdesk.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Simply put, I love how Reachdesk delivers what it promises -- and how easy it is for me to use. I didn't need to read any documentation or hunt for answers. Everything makes sense to me. From a performance standpoint, I can easily send one-off acknowledgements or upload a CSV for larger sends. It provides a variety of options for gifting, too--from various types of gift cards to customizable treats and swag.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I feel that reloading money in Reachdesk takes a while. I typically give myself a month lead time to reload.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk has proven essential in supporting me with growing and strengthening customer relationships. I manage customer advocacy, and a simple thank you gift with a personalized message goes a long way in demonstrating the gratitude I feel for customers who collaborate with my org on case studies, speaking at events, etc.

 ### 30. Super Easy Sending with Great Tracking and Gift Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Super easy to send, makes it so I don't have to submit reimbursements to my company which can be like my absolutely least favorite thing & provides tracking so I can see that clients are using my giftcards or recieving the gifts I send. Also like the variety of options for sending. I think the pricing on the sends is also reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Sending packages like food sometimes that can't be delivered if someone at the business isn't there, but when there is such a long send time such as a week it can be hard to verify when delivery will be. So I have had a couple packages returned to sender and money wasted.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with clients who are difficult to reach via phone or email. Love the ability to send a gift in exchange for their interest

 ### 31. Great Option for Reaching Customers & Managing Inventory

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

The ways in which you can leverage Reachdesk are plentiful. So many options for ways to reach your customers/prospects and promote your brand further. Additionally, great for inventory management and tradeshow sends.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Sometimes the tool can be a bit confusing when building bundles or packages. Additionally, if a team member isn't perfectly enabled on the tool sometimes campaigns can be a bit tricky to explain or walk through.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk is providing support across warehousing for promotional materials, creation of promotional materials, and sends of those items (and more) across our organization. Warehousing and creation of promotional items is a benefit for our events organization, and sends (primarily across sales and CS team) benefit us from a revenue and pipeline generation standpoint.

 ### 32. Easy-to-Use Platform with Proactive, Best-in-Class Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk’s platform is easy to use. I’ve used the Marketplace to customize a handwritten card, and I loved being able to see my changes immediately as I made them. For a more custom gifting campaign, they sourced great gift options for me and presented everything in a clear, easy-to-follow proposal.

The team has been a dream to work with. They communicate proactively, answer questions quickly, help brainstorm the right gift and overall process, and share best practices along the way.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

For custom projects, it isn’t easy to see the packaging and shipping costs upfront.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this gifting campaign, we’re hoping to create a more special way to break into Enterprise new-logo accounts and engage contacts we don’t yet have relationships with.

 ### 33. Reachdesk Is Easy to Use with Plenty of Gifting Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sammy K. | Senior Events Marketing Manager, EMEA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I’ve found Reachdesk to be a really easy platform to use. It’s user-friendly and straightforward to navigate, and there are plenty of gifting options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I’d like to see more gifting options available for the EMEA/UK region.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps support our field event activations. It’s been beneficial because it’s quick and easy to send out gifting options, whether that’s a thank-you gift for a speaker or a follow-up gift to a delegate after an event.

 ### 34. Good Landing Pages and Flexible Amazon Gifting Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

The ability to create landing pages is really nice. I also like that I can order basically anything that’s available on Amazon.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

An integration with SDR's Outlook calendars would be helpful, and the ability to have a requirement that SDRs have to book meetings before a gift can be accepted would also be huge. Also, there was a time when clicking the gift card link would automatically redeem the gift card, even if someone was only clicking the link to see what it would look like for the customer.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building pipeline by separating our outbound emails with a gift is good. Helps get conversations for the AE's and break into accounts with an introduction meeting.

 ### 35. ReachDesk Makes Timely, Personal Gifting Effortless for Relationship-Based Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I recently used ReachDesk to send a few casual “thinking of you” gifts to prospective broker and account manager partners following a World Cup match. They were modest—around $50 each—but felt personal, timely, and genuine.

The response was fantastic. The gifts created an easy opportunity to reconnect and continue conversations without making the outreach feel overly sales-focused. ReachDesk made it simple to turn a timely moment into a memorable touchpoint.

It’s a great tool for relationship-based sales, especially when you want to show appreciation or stay top of mind in a thoughtful, natural way. I’ll definitely continue using it!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There is not a thing that I dislike about Reachdesk.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warming up cold prospects

 ### 36. Reachdesk Delivers Flexible Gifting Options and Warehousing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I like the flexibility and array of options that Reachdesk offers. Not only in gifting, but also in the warehousing aspect. They are also continuously updating their platform with new features to help their users.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There are a lot of settings and features within Reachdesk, and sometimes it can make things not as streamlined as I'd want them to be. But with the abundance of resources in their knowledge base, and an incredible CSM, any issues I encounter get sorted quickly.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass gifting and event warehousing. Having both in a centralized space, is a significant time save and not having to worry about shipping anything myself takes a lot of the logistics load off my shoulders.

 ### 37. Easy Customer Gifting with Personalized Notes, Tracking, and Notifications

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will J. | Valet Driver, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

It’s easy to send gifts to customers, and I can include a personalized note. I also like having options for tracking and notifications, plus a way for customers to self-address the gift.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There are too many options that I can’t send or that aren’t available in my region. I eventually realized I needed to focus only on the gifts my company allows, instead of browsing the full catalog.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is an easy way to send gifts to customers and thank them for their business, using an allowance instead of going through a lengthy approval process.

 ### 38. Gift Selection with Easy Shipping and Custom Branded Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Large variety of gifts you can send, including custom/branded options that can feature company logos for you and/or the client if needed. There’s a lot to choose from, and the shipping options are straightforward, either to you or directly to the client.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I’d say ReachDesk definitely offers premium, more expensive gift options, but you can also find less costly items. It really comes down to who your target audience is and what they enjoy.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The direct ship options are great. If you’re working with someone who’s farther away than a quick drive or flight, you can send items straight to their office, and it still arrives at a good speed.

 ### 39. User-Friendly, Well-Organised Interface with Fast, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virjinia V. | EMEA Events Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

The user-friendly and well-organised interface makes it very easy to execute any project or idea. Their team is very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

In some countries and regions the items could be quite limited or overpriced.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a centralised platform to send out gifts and merch to tradeshows. The fact they're sourcing out the vendors and producers really saves us a lot of time and effort.

 ### 40. Effortless Gifting with Salesforce Integration and Easy Recipient Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip P. | Sr. Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk is super-easy to use when you want to send a gift, and since it's integrated with Salesforce, it automatically shows up as activity in the system. Plus, they make it really easy to send a physical gift to someone, because they send an address confirmation email to the recipient, reducing the likelihood the gift will get lost in the mail.
And I love how you can track whether the recipient has opened and/or claimed their gift. That way, if it gets stuck in their junk/spam folder, you have a legit reason to reach out and ask them to claim the gift (another touchpoint).

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The only thing I dislike about Reachdesk (regulatory and employer restrictions notwithstanding) is that when I’m logging in, I can’t simply hit the Enter/Return key after typing my password. Instead, I have to reach for the mouse, move the pointer, and click the Sign In button. Other than that, I don’t really have any other critiques.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps lower barriers with prospects, conveys warmth, and reinforces the fact that my company is a major player in the marketplace.

**Official Response from Nick Bennett:**

> Thanks so much for the detailed review, Philip. We are glad to hear the Salesforce integration, address confirmation, and recipient tracking have made gifting easier and more reliable for you and your team. It is great to know those touchpoints are helping create more opportunities to connect with prospects.

We also appreciate you calling out the login experience. That is helpful feedback and something we can share with the team as we continue to refine the platform.

Really glad to hear Reachdesk is helping lower barriers with prospects and support stronger engagement. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 41. Swag Management Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca J. | Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing & Advocacy, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

We use Reachdesk for customer gifting and company swag. They offer warehouse storage for customized company gear and alternatively offer gift cards and other gift items through their marketplace. It's easy to manage and track sends and you can sync it to Salesforce to track campaigns. The products and options are endless! You can also create and customize swag right on the platform!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Some overseas gifting require customs numbers that aren't easy to locate. When you customize products on the platform, it would be great if you could go back in an edit after it's created. Currently that's not available.

Also would love to be able to send a one off swag that I created on the platform without having to order bulk items. Currently it's possible to do it manually, but not possible to send a storefront link where the customer can check out for free.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy platform for gifting customers and colleagues.

**Official Response from Sofia Silva:**

> Hi Rebecca, thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback about marketplace categorization—we just launched our new Intelligent Search, which helps you find relevant, impactful gifts in no time by recognizing common search queries and delivering a wide array of gift options! We also recognize access to our support team and timely responses are key—we are working on implementing new and efficient processes to guarantee all our customers have the best support.

Thank you!

 ### 42. Easy to Use with Great Support, but Shipping and Custom Merch Costs Add Up

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan M. | Quality Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I genuinely like how easy the platform is to use. For the most part, it’s very straightforward. There is a bit of a learning curve when you’re first figuring out how to create campaigns and sends, but once you’ve done it a couple of times, it quickly becomes second nature. There are also plenty of help guides available if you run into any issues.

I also like that you can send messages along with physical items, and that some products can be customised. This saves us a lot of time, since we don’t have to upload a design every time on another platform.

There’s a huge range of gift cards available, as well as a large marketplace of physical items you can send, and I really appreciate the selection. Even though I tend to stick with virtual gift cards and customised merch, I still value having the option and the wider scope of the catalogue.

I’ve also had a great experience with customer support. They’re always attentive, quick to reply, and transparent about any issues, and they consistently do their best to help. I really appreciate that.

I use the Reachdesk platform a few times a week to reward colleagues, and I like the simplicity of being able to log in and send something in just a few clicks. Overall, it’s been a good experience, although in my opinion it would benefit from improvements in a few areas.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I find the cost of products, particularly customised items, to be very expensive, often more expensive than going to the provider directly (for example, Printful). On top of that, shipping costs feel excessive, and I can’t see any real justification for them.

It’s also frustrating that some items indicate they can be sent to a certain geographical location, but then, at times, you can’t actually ship them there. We’ve also had complaints from recipients that they’ve had to pay extra taxes and customs fees, which wasn’t expected by them (or by me as the sender).

It’s disappointing that you can’t include a personalised message with a direct order from the marketplace for customised merch. You can only add a message when items are stored in the warehouse and then shipped to a recipient. That approach comes with higher costs, because you pay to ship to the warehouse and then pay again to ship to the recipient. Overall, the cost of sending and shipping really prevents us from rewarding more colleagues, and it feels unbalanced.

Lastly, there’s no easy way to create a form or campaign where a user can select an item they want dispatched directly to them unless you already have stock stored in a warehouse. This isn’t something I do due to the costs involved, and because we have people across EMEA, USCALP, and APAC. There also isn’t an APAC-specific warehouse for places like the Philippines, where we send a large number of gifts as well.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent sourcing products, pulling everything together, and sending items out manually. Before using the Reachdesk platform, we would physically purchase products online or in shops and then ship them ourselves, which was a very manual process. Reachdesk solves that problem and makes the overall workflow far less time-consuming.

That said, it isn’t a perfect platform. It’s expensive, but it does have its perks. The best feature, in my opinion, is the ability to send virtual gift cards anywhere in the world in a matter of minutes, with no additional cost associated with that. It’s great for virtual gift cards, but there’s still work to be done to improve the experience around physical products.

 ### 43. Easy Customer Gifting with a Wide Selection and Helpful CSM Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

They offer decent gifting options, both physical gifts and e-gifts. I also like being able to create landing pages for recurring gifting, which makes repeat sends easier to manage. The Salesforce integrations are helpful too, since we can send our customers champagne when they close a deal. Support has been amazing, especially from our CSM, Sophia. I also appreciate the ability to create custom gift notes.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

-limited gifting options in some categories/countries
-landing page creation tool could be updated/a little smoother
-pricing is a bit high on some items

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReachDesk is making gifting for our employees, prospects, and customers much easier by keeping everything in one place. I used to have to go out of my way to search the web for different gifts and then send them to people individually. Now it’s also much easier to surprise and delight our employees, customer advocates, and partners.

 ### 44. Reachdesk Shines with Top-Tier Customer Service and Smart Claim Limits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly S. | Director of International Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

One of the best things about Reachdesk compared to competitors is their customer service team and the fact that they give a time limit for claims, which means if a gift isn’t claimed it goes back into your wallet.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I’d like to see more gifting options for the less known countries

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Address confirmation for contacts we don’t have the details for. The recruitment team use the platform daily also

 ### 45. Time-Saving Custom Campaigns with a Straightforward, Easy-to-Use Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitch B. | Development Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Its ability to set up custom campaigns and preset offers is a big plus. It saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to search around for specific items, and I can keep particular gifts ready and pre-selected for different use cases.

The UI and dashboards are also straightforward and easy to use, which makes the overall experience smooth. It makes it easy to come back and continue using it.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There’s a bit of a lack of confirmation when items are sent. It’s not a major issue, but it would be nice to get a reminder or notification that the recipient has received the gift and, in the case of digital gifts, opened or accessed it.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surprise and delight.

Sending a small gift before or after meeting goes a long way in sentiment toward myself, our company, and what they're looking to solve.

**Official Response from Nick Bennett:**

> Thanks so much for the review, Mitch. Great to hear that custom campaigns and preset offers are helping save time and make it easier to keep sends organized. We are glad the dashboard and overall experience have felt simple and smooth to use.

We also appreciate the feedback around confirmation and notifications. That is helpful input and something we are always looking to improve so users have more visibility into when gifts are received and engaged with.

Love hearing that Reachdesk is helping create those moments of surprise and delight before and after meetings. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 46. Super Easy to Use with Plenty of Marketplace Options and Global Send

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina T. | Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Super easy to use, lots of marketplace options, and global send capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I am still new to using the product, but so far it is a great tool that meets all of my needs.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to easily send SWAG packages to customers globally, create a nice and branded landing page experience, and choose custom gift when needed.

 ### 47. Simple to Use, Seamless Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shamima T. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Simple to use, and it integrates with Salesforce, which helps keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I haven't run in to any issues but would like to get notified when a redemption happens.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an easy way to enagage with prospects in a unique way. Helps to break through the noise of regular outreach, and say thank you when things go well.

 ### 48. Reachdesk Makes Business Relationships More Personal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I like Reachdesk because it makes business relationships feel more personal. I like how it helps people feel valued through simple but meaningful gestures.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

One thing I don’t like is that sometimes products run out during a campaign, so I have to replace them with other options. Also, not all products are always available for LATAM.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps me make ABM programs more personal and measurable. I can create meaningful experiences for key accounts while using integrations to track ROI and understand the impact of each campaign. It saves time and helps me make better decisions based on results.

**Official Response from Nick Bennett:**

> Thank you for taking the time to write this, it genuinely made our day. "Makes business relationships feel more personal" is exactly what we set out to do, so hearing it land that way means a lot.

We also hear you on the two frustrations. Product stockouts mid-campaign and gaps in the LATAM catalog are real, and both are areas the team is actively working to improve. If it's ever helpful, your CSM can flag preferred items so we can keep them stocked for your programs, and share the LATAM roadmap with you directly.

Really glad Reachdesk is helping you make ABM more personal and more measurable. Thanks for being a customer.

 ### 50. User-Friendly Gift Selection with Helpful Monthly Analytics

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with show rates for discovery meetings
