It is completely unethical that we have to see the pop up ads for drugs when we are prescribing. We pay for the product, we should not have to deal with this. it also diverts attention from the rx process, increasing the chance for error. There seems to be no concern about cursor efficiency and using this requires lots of mouse and keyboard movements that could be minimized. It seems frequent changes to functionality occur without notification to each individual user...not acceptable. The fact that completing an RX requires scrolling down to the bottom of a page is also inefficient. Calls to the company have been greeted with absolute arrogance. Rcopia is an add on to our EHR system. We use it every day. We have had some glitches with the program off and on since I have been here.
