One of the most substantial benefits I’ve found is Razorpay's large success rate in payment processing, which is essential for minimizing business loss due to failed transactions. This high success rate ensures that customers proceed with their purchases successfully, minimizing any disruptions that could lead to them abandoning their carts. Additionally, the initial setup of Razorpay was very easy, which helped my team transition smoothly from another product. I find the international payment options challenging, as the approval process is very tough and often results in rejections, even if a merchant can receive international payments via other platforms like PayPal.
