Their online system is secure, it loads the information of all our clients, their care process is monitored, all the steps are recorded, their technical support service is very good, they explain in detail and always give solutions to problems or doubts. What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

I love that you can add company and individual photos for each contact within each account. It helps me put a face to a name when I'm doing drop-in visits. It also track each referral from each company so that I can see who my top performers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

I wish they had a mobile app to access when on the road.

They also need to beef up the business portion to include graphs and charts. Plus when entering a "deal" there isn't a way to go back and change the client name so you have to delete it and start all over. I wish that they integrated with our sales software (QQ Catalyst). Also have not figured out how to integrate the calendar with Apple's iCal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a free demo version to get you started and has powerful tools and interface. I literally track everything using Raynet! It also has the ability to export all your contacts to Mailchimp, Office, and Apple ISO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

I came to know about this tool a few months ago and it is one of the best thing I tried. The user interface of this software is so beautiful and easy to use that without any product training I easily understood all function. I like the calendar view and dashboard of this tool which makes everything easy & simple to understand. Also multiple options like email, phone number make it easy to contact the leads. What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

We are immensely happy with this CRM performance. The user interface is quite easy to understand and the customer support which they provide is excellent. We can easily import all our important leads in this CRM and schedule them when to send email. With Raynet CRM it took me only a few seconds to find out everything there is to know about any of the clients, activities and sales processes. It has an easy-to-control contact management system. I can integrate it into Integromat that allows me to connect with a wide range of accounting and billing systems, electronic commerce, project tools, etc. benefiting in the business to have full control from my smartphone.
