I love that you can add company and individual photos for each contact within each account. It helps me put a face to a name when I'm doing drop-in visits. It also track each referral from each company so that I can see who my top performers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they had a mobile app to access when on the road.
They also need to beef up the business portion to include graphs and charts. Plus when entering a "deal" there isn't a way to go back and change the client name so you have to delete it and start all over. I wish that they integrated with our sales software (QQ Catalyst). I came to know about this tool a few months ago and it is one of the best thing I tried. The user interface of this software is so beautiful and easy to use that without any product training I easily understood all function. I like the calendar view and dashboard of this tool which makes everything easy & simple to understand. Also multiple options like email, phone number make it easy to contact the leads. We are immensely happy with this CRM performance. The user interface is quite easy to understand and the customer support which they provide is excellent. We can easily import all our important leads in this CRM and schedule them when to send email.
