I like the fact that we can see pictures of the parents/guardians and children, and match them up. I also like that, in the most recent update, you can now add students to guardians, as you are checking them out. Sometimes it's slow when scanning ... makes it hard on people when waiting. Would like to have Volunteers and Visitors to only scan once so that they don't have to scan a second time when picking up a child. Now they get scanned in for volunteer/visitor and have to then again get scanned when picking up their student. Also, when the update occurred, the entire data base was wiped clean and all parents needed to be re-scanned. We have 700 students, that's a lot of parent/guardians to have to start all over with. I wish there were more employees of raptor that actually worked at a school site prior. There are so many things that don’t work or make sense and if they worked at a school prior it would help them understand things a lot better and actually have those things work. Raptor offers an easy way to keep yourself and establishment safe from potential threats. Its fairly easy to run a drivers license through your machine and pull up any possible offenses of that person.
