Raptor helps keep our school safe and makes it easier to keep track of students and teachers during drills, practices, and real emergencies.

It’s a useful program, and I personally don’t usually have any trouble with it.

Raptor helps keep our school safe and makes it easier to keep track of students and teachers during emergency situations.

**What do you like best about Raptor Emergency Management?**

When it worked, it was okay… I guess. But the setup team was abysmal, and they came across as vindictive and petty.

**What do you dislike about Raptor Emergency Management?**

It was an absolute mess. During the implementation, we were treated like children. We went years being charged for equipment that we never even received, and anytime we needed to talk to anyone other than tech support, we were blown off and forced to “schedule a meeting.” It was obvious our school was considered too small to be important.

**What problems is Raptor Emergency Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It caused more problems and headaches than it was worth.

**What do you like best about Raptor Emergency Management?**

Easy to access and delegate access to staff, for school districts this offers a one stop location and connection to manually update and register which site administrators get access as well as delegate other levels of access.

**What do you dislike about Raptor Emergency Management?**

You have to contact support if you want certain records, people or locations to be deleted. Not the easiest thing to manage and can really be ruined by an upload if the sites are not kept up to date.

**What problems is Raptor Emergency Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop shop location for directors and Principals at the site to know and understand protocol in case of an emergency. As well as to run a proper check list of what items need to be covered in case an emergency arises.
