There are many aspects of RapiPay that I appreciate. However, there are a couple that I don't enjoy as much:

Customer service: RapiPay's customer service is subpar compared to other payment options. Customer service can occasionally be challenging to reach and have slow response times.

The best part in the Rapipay is thier new agent onboarding process as its very simple and straight forward, we just only need aadhaar card and Pan Card and we are good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can access my bank account anytime, anywhere, and do all kinds of transactions with ease. I don't have to worry about visiting a branch, filling out forms, or waiting in queues.
