That got better when I simply sat closer to my laptop. I'm new to Data Analytics (11 Months).In a very short space of time, The default screen is very well designed. The "Wisdom of the Crowds" section is very useful. There were plenty of times I was able to select the operator I needed from this section, This saved time. I could do Predictive Modelling and Sentiment Analysis. With reference to Sentiment Analysis, I wanted to compare two data sets. I was able to create a process, apply it to my first dataset and save the process. I was then able to reuse the same process on the second dataset. There was no need to rebuild the process. This saved me a considerable amount of time. There is no coding involved. I could Fine Tune the process and Parameters.This allowed me to concentrate on producing better reports. Rapidminer has the ability to produce fantastic charts and graphs. There is also the option to export results to Tableau. **What do you dislike about Altair AI Studio?** I found it difficult to find an Official online Video to link up MYSQL database to Rapidminer. All operators (except some extensions) are well documented and linked to corresponding scientific papers where appropriate, making RapidMiner a perfect tool also in a reseach context, e.g. to compare different existing algorithms for a specific data mining task (which is a clear adavantage compared to tools like IBM Enterprise miner) - RapidMiner offers an easy to understand and comfortable user interface. The approach of building a data mining process by putting together operator chains makes it easier to understand for people without a strong IT background. - the concept of RapidMiner extensions leads to a huge amount of additional operators for different specific data mining tasks **What do you dislike about Altair AI Studio?** There is not much a dislike about RapidMiner. After reviewing numerous software packages I found in RapidMiner Studio (I think that i started using v 6.1) the best tool that combines in one single piece of software powerfull operators to solve a huge number of problems with a very clean and easy to use Interface. Also i found in the wisdom of crowd and excellent idea from RapidMiner for those who start using the program and also need some help in building processess. Besides, RapidMiner Marketplace had wonderfull extensions to leverage the power of the program. However I found in version 7.3 that the new implementation of parallel excecution on some operators helps a lot. I really like the fact that there are documentation everywhere. Operators and ports have documentation that can be easily accessed. If you would like to compute some additional statistics or goodness-of-fit measure which are not the parts of the operators then it is hard or impossible to program them. For example, in these days I wanted to compare a label attribute with a cluster attribute given by a clustering method however I didn't find any appropriate operator. Just I wanted to see a simple contingency table and related goodness-of-fit measure (chi-square). There is a mapping operator to support this but the output of this operator is rather restrictive.
