What do you like best about Altair AI Studio?
it is seriously easy to get up and running. I started working with rapid miner one night and the next day I built workflows that I could actually utilize in a real life scenario if i needed. I'm using to complete data analytics course at University of texas at austin. And really helped me get the ground work out of the way in terms of understanding the basic data mining process flow and how to build models. The companion book Data Mining for the Masses is definitely worth the money as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Altair AI Studio?
It is a little limiting when it comes to trying to preprocess data - in that you are limited to the UI capabilities. It takes a little while to find the correct adapters to use and then a bunch of trial and error to understand the impact of each variable for the adapter. That said, once i worked with it long enough, i had a really good understanding of how the adapter works. So, maybe that's not a bad thing.
Charts are a little difficult to work with and don't seem as intuitive as I would have expected. But they work once you figure out how to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Altair AI Studio?
The most helpful thing about altair rapidminer is that it is very helpful for beginners in learning data science because the User Interface (UI) has used full Visualization which is very easy for beginners to learn and apply basic and advanced techniques in learning data science, the guide to solving errors is very helpful with options that can be easily selected by users. The advantages of using Altair Rapidminer are very visible in the application of data science which usually uses programming codes but can be done with an interactive and easy-to-use GUI that wraps the complexity of programming. What do you dislike about Altair AI Studio?
what is less helpful and I feel in using rapidminer is that it cannot provide the results of accuracy, precision, recall and f1-score metrics, especially for multi-class classification on the confusion matrix. the shortcomings of rapid miner need to be added for more statistical processing such as non-parametric tests. I used it educational and comercial platforms both for more than 2 years in my research. And, I loved it. It has several AI/ML built-in models to test and customise to analyse big data in tabular form having temporal and several other forms of data fields.
There are many evaluation and validation tools. The data can be viewed as pie, sun burst, bars, etc. Confusion Matrices are the best form of representation of results.
