Compliance Manager has been a great tool in our arsenal to understand what are the exact issues our clients are dealing with when it comes to particular compliance needs. As a result, we have a platform to track all the compliance-related changes to our client machines. As a tool, it's a great solution for anyone who is looking to perform compliance checks for a wide ray of compliances. As a Saas product, Implementation was smooth and we did not have to do a lot of configurations either and we use a suite of Kaseya products so the integration was great as well. There have been times where we saw some amount of performance drops. This resulting in long delays on calls with client. This got to a point where we even had to reschedule the call due to this impact. It sometimes resolved on its own and sometimes we had to reach the support in order to get it resolved.
