Compliance manager meets our needs regarding ongoing managed compliance for our clients.
It makes managing continued compliance easy and convenient. We're able to work in tandem with our clients to provide a comprehensive solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are very few dislikes. The only thing would really be the active directory integration.
It could provide more granular control and be a bit sleaker when it comes to inputting information into the tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very simple gathering process, especially if you use a push tool. You can get a clear picture of issues in a relatively short period of time. The interface is fairly easy, and making reports is a breeze.
I enjoy having some reports with only high-level findings, without details, which can be done as a sales call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel that the platform hasn't had any major updates. If it ain't broke, why fix it? Because technology changes at a fast pace, and people want a look and feel that is modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After some setup, the process is automated and generates in depth reports for evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some devices when queried tend to "freak out" (fax machines, ip phones, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As it helps to review vulnerabilities of our organization servers and helps to remediate them, we used to share the compliance report to our customers and update them about vulnerability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike as it shares the proper compliance report, which we had to share with the customer so i had to find no cons in it; aside it just sharing the report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing on the market near this price point that provides the visibility into AD log changes that can integrate into a host of ticketing platforms like CyberHawk. The level 1 monitoring works great all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The old level 2 scans (which I believe we moved over to their VulScan product) caused constant issues. Would lock up switches, firewalls, etc during brute force scanning tests. The only other thing that was problematic is that certain sales features have never made it to production, even after years of "promises". For example the time based alerting for sensitive accounts never has work- like if the CFO logs in at 3am we wanted an alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's most helpful because of its tight integration with our Kaseya environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not the easiest or most intuitive to use but there is good documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
