We didn't use Compliance Manager in our business because it lacked the features we were looking for. It is also cumbersome to set up the scans and audits. There are better solutions in the industry that are a fraction of the cost and available on month-to-month terms versus the three-year commitment Kaseya demands for Compliance Manager. We were sold on Compliance Manager because we were told it would have all the policy templates needed to ensure our customers complied with the various compliance frameworks we were implementing with them. The reality is Compliance Manager is just a checklist of policies you should have and a way to store them once you create them yourself. There were very few useful templates, so you are on your own to create that content, which is the bulk of the work. We had to sign up for other services to access the needed policy templates. Kaseya owns Compliance Manager, meaning you get sucked in for a three-year term. We paid for three years of this service and never received any value from it. Kaseya offering us an Amazon gift card for our review is literally the most value we got from the solution! Don't give Kaseya more of your money. There are better solutions out there. Complicated. False reporting of items within reports. Not intuitive interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy process to conduct the scans and an automated reporting process.
Reports are professional and ready to present to the client.
Detect out of date applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Application detection is improving and additions to include third party applications will be released soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can schedule scans and automate ticketing. It is helpful for MSPs that you can use more than one scanner. Most vulnerability scanning tools only allow you to use once scanner at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could be more consistent on vulnerability management. Sometimes the ticket numbers disappear before the actual ticket is closed. A single-pane view of active and previous tickets would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Replacing all of our manual documentation with a centralized repository for policy made our certification process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is not cheap. It would be great if they had a cost down version for SMB customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The vulnerability features are very helpful in configuring reports exactly how you need them. I really like the ability to scan internally and externally. I also prefer the web-based reporting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The scans consume a lot of resources and time to complete. It has to be ran as a VM, which can be troublesome for smaller clients with no virtual environment. Would be nice to be see a desktop version become available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about this Compliance manager GRC is that it allows organisations to enforce policies and procedures related to IT security and regulatory compliance. It provides a centralised platform to communicate document and track adherence to these policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Didn't find anything specific as of now to dislike. Just that the onboarding process and deployment can be less cumbersome than it currently is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using VulScan for network vulnerability management for several months now, and I'm extremely impressed with its capabilities. The software is easy to use, and the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. I appreciate the automation and false-positive management tools , which have significantly reduced the number of false positives that I encounter. The scheduling feature is also a key benefit, allowing me to automate scans and ensure the network is continuously monitored for vulnerabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability easly generate reports that flow into my QBR tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cyber Hawk is great at visualising big data and creating strategies around it. It allows you to make decisions easily based on its data reading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Expensive product and other alternatives can be available. However, even if pricy it does offer a wide range of options that can be used around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used to struggle with audits every month for HIPAA; it was a chore to maintain our documentation in a format that was easy to access and utilize.
Compliance Manager and our HIPAA vendor make staying up to date on our HIPAA compliance easy and painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HIPAA compliance can be a chore to manage. However, I don't personally hold that against Compliance Manager; ultimately, it is best for our patients.
It can be difficult to onboard new employees and manually walk them through using the software. A video training module on HIPAA practices and the software itself would be ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
