I especially liked a lot that there were training sessions online for free for the users. I also likes that the content of these sessions was of big variety, and that there are sessions for users of all levels of experience with Ranorex and testing in general, from novices to experts. The support also is really helpful, they are keen on helping you with understanding how ranorex works, working around problems and even help you with implementation. I faced a lot of difficulties in recording when more than 1 technologies are used for the app.

There was no clear resolution for this matter, I just had to give up testing of this part of our software that used a different techology (.net) than main one (java).

There are several aspects of Ranorex that I enjoyed. Creating new tests is simple, especially for those with less programming knowledge. I am starting testing from any point or evaluating any line sans executing the entire examination. Cross testing and the Ranorex Spy application make it simple to locate site parts. We have been dealing with a number of bugs in the system for years. Support is hard to communicate with, never seem to understand the root of the issue, and our sales rep changes monthly. Took years to resolve a blocking issue that kept us on old versions. Reporting works well for small tests, but becomes unuseable in any sort of large scale tests. 2. Not supported for IOS-15, Not getting the instant update for support the IOS latest versions.

For some of the screens which are developed by SwiftUI, I am not getting the elements locators properly.
