We use Ranketta to measure our visibility in AI search by tracking how our products actually show up (or don’t) when people ask tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, for recommendations in our category. Before using it, we didn’t have a reliable way to tell whether AI assistants were even aware of our products, much less whether they were recommending them over competitors. What I really like about Ranketta is their customer support and their ability to help guide and navigate a new user throughout the tool. I also really like being able to connect all of my data via Looker Studio and visualize it alongside other metrics from Google Analytics, so I can see the full picture and spot some correlations. I would like to have more categories available when filtering citations. Currently, it feels a bit limited. I often have to type in some of the bigger platforms directly, like Reddit or LinkedIn, and then check the citations manually. At BrainMarket, we see Ranketta as a very useful tool for understanding how our e-shop and brand appear in AI-generated answers and in emerging forms of search.
