RankAtom Pros and Cons

It was a good alternative to quickly identify keywords that are easy to target in comparison to other software. The interface is user-friendly, so you don't need any special skills to use this software. I purchased it as a lifetime deal from AppSumo, but here is what I don't like about it. Until now, I have never received any response from customer support. I have sent out numerous emails regarding the issues with the tool, but have not received any reply. Therefore, I believe my money is stuck with this tool. As I mentioned, since January, the tool has been behaving strangely. It does not display the correct number of results for some keywords; instead, it shows either 1 or 0 results, which is very unusual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
